Browning Holland and his wife Victoria have been our insurance agents from December 2001 until this week in March 2019 when we sold our Suwanee GA house. They have been nothing but extremely professional and even more helpful in meeting our insurance claims and changing needs. Terrible customer service.This agent feels it is OK to berate a customer who decides to leave, going so far as to belittle the customer and even call them names. Instead of attempting to apologize or correct the concern, Browning instead chose to become irate, defensive, and abusive.That behavior is beyond inexcusable. I highly recommend you to either purchase your policies online, or find a friendlier, more helpful agent.EDITED REVIEW after as of 1/25/16:This is been an ordeal of epic proportions. Yes, Browning was disrespectful. Yes he was rude. To say that he was anything other is a bold distortion of the truth.I did not ask for coverage that I had turned down. When this incident took place, it was after I decided to move my business elsewhere and I was asking for my policies to be moved. I repeatedly tried to tell Browning that I felt I had not received the customer service I was looking for. Instead, Browning continued to berate me saying that I was wrong and that Youre Nuts! - direct quote. I continued to try to explain that it was a customer service issue not a policy issue. I understood I did not have the coverage, which was my oversight. I took full responsibility of it. But all that aside, my review above was because of the final conversation.And this goes further.. Browning- the agent- proceeded to call my parents who also have policies from this agency. During the conversation, Browning made vague threats for me to remove my above review. Keep in mind, I am an adult with a family of my own, he has no business calling anyone to discuss me in any way.Lastly, my I stand by my review. It is an HONEST account of my feelings and the occurrence I have experienced.At this time, I am in the process of lodging a FORMAL complaint with State Farm Insurance Company as well as the Georgia Insurance Commissioners Office.Furthermore, at this point, I truly hope to have NO FURTHER contact with this agent, additionally, if any further calls are made to my family in regards to me, I will seek legal action.

I find this negative review laughable. How old is this person? What is this world coming to? Browning and Vicki have been taking excellent care of me and my family for many years. Over the years we have come to trust them and know they have our best interest at heart. My mother also has her insurance with Browning. I know I will never have to worry about her, and she tells me he treats her as if she is his own mother.

Bad guy. Tries to scam and when that doesnt work, he threatens and belittles customers. Its unfortunate that I cant give a 0 star rating.

Went there to ask about sudden hike on my policy they called cops on me saying i made threats agints them and i have it on my cell video and told cops i will post it on you tube and he came out saying i am sorry about all this please dont post video and i cancelled both my cars and renters with them
