Steve is the sweetest guy. He came out to look at our unit knowing he was a 3rd quote, and that we were moving soon. He also taught me a couple things about A/C units and home maintenance. He was honest and responsive. Thanks again Steve!

MMT did an excellent job on our recent AC repair. They came out one of the hottest days of the year, the day before the 4th of July holiday weekend and arrived within 2 hours of my call. The repair person, Josh, was very professional, courteous and diagnosed the problem and reviewed several repair options with me. After discussing options, Josh repaired the AC unit and it is working like new and keeping us cool again. I cant say enough good things about this company and would not hesitate to call them again and recommend them highly.

MMT installed a new furnace for us last year. They did a great job - quick service, reasonable prices, friendly servicemen. The furnace kept us warm through a terribly cold winter and we expect it to keep is warm for many years to come!

Our furnace broke down and we were starting to freeze! I called MMT and Steve, whom doesnt know me from Adam, came to our rescue within an hour of me calling for help. They had the furnace fixed with a new part in no time at all! And now were warm again! This is a great business! Thank you so very much Steve! Amazing! Simply AMAZING!

I am very happy with my new Bryant furnace installation from MMT Heating. Every interaction I had with them from initial sales contact to the install of my new furnace was great. I was impressed by their knowledge and that they took the time to explain things and I really appreciated their straightforward pricing. I liked that they also followed up the next day after install to make sure that I was satisfied with their work and to see if I had any remaining questions.

MMT has installed a Maxim 250 boiler and most recently a Mitsubishi Heating / A/C unit in my home. Both units perform exceptionally well and MMT did a fantastic job of installing both.Steve and his crew are very knowledgeable and readily answered any questions we had. I had a very unique situation happening with my pump seizing up and my lines freezing from my boiler. They were my last hope, they worked with me and made it affordable for me to purchase new lines and fittings and although I didnt have a truck available to bring the lines back to my home (45 minutes away) Scott kindly delivered them on his personal time and gas and then stayed in the dark to assist my handyman and make sure he was connecting everything properly. My water line had burst in my house and he located the leak and also isolated it so that I could have running water!!!!lSteve and Scott absolutely have made a customer for life. I cannot say enough good. Highly recommend!

On what had been the coldest day of the end of 2017 thus far (-14) my furnace was nonoperational in putting out heat. Exceeded the CO2 emissions by a bunch and got red tagged and shut down. I called MMT who answered immediately, was with another customer but returned my phone call within 15 minutes. I was given quotes and decisions to make. I decided to just replace the furnace so called them back after a couple hours of having to get a loan for it and they sent someone out with a furnace to start the process within I think an hour no more than two. They worked diligently and as a team as issues came up (being as it was a tight space and installed 18 years ago). I had heat that night, good thing to as it was going to be another negative degree double digit one. To the outstanding service here are some points from large to small. Additional costs came up which they did not tack on and stuck to the quote, the workers were efficient and friendly (as little a mess as possible for those of you who look for that sort of thing), removed the old parts and pieces. They had to basically redesign the piping and it is still a small space, but I swear it looks larger. I could go on, but will say thank you MMT team for making the experience as painless as possible.

Steve Gave Us VERY Competitive Quotes on A Heat Pump And A Central Air Unit. After over 40 years of gathering, cutting, splitting, stacking and feeding the wood stove/boiler, we elected to install a Maxim 250 pellet boiler from Central Boiler. After shopping around, we chose MMT Heating & Cooling for the job. We always do extensive research before we make major purchases. MMT Heating & Cooling came out on top of our list of potential suppliers.Because we already had an outdoor boiler inside a building (separate and removed from other structures) we asked MMT Heating & Cooling to put the pellet boiler inside the boiler shed with the one-ton hopper outside the shed adjacent to the building. We were told it has never been done before, however, they would make it work. And, they did it! We now do periodic maintenance on the boiler inside a warm and dry building. We also store our pellets inside a woodshed out of the weather.We are now approaching the end of our first year using the Maxim 250. We love it! We have three zones going to three buildings (house, garage and shop, and studio); and, we heat our domestic water too. Instead of feeding the boiler twice a day we now feed the hopper once a week.The service from MMT Heating & Cooling has been excellent and they have always responded to our needs. They show up on time on the scheduled day and get the job done. They are polite, courteous and listen to what the customer is saying.We would highly recommend MMT Heating & Cooling to others.

MMT helped me to decide on the system I needed, quoted thousands of dollars less than competitors and completed the work to my satisfaction during the coldest time of the year. The system has been running without any problems for over a month. I am completely satisfied.

I’d like to send a HUGE shout out to Scott for bailing us out of a furnace failure situation... for the second time in 15 months. Our hot water heater/furnace system is one he wasn’t familiar with, but he researched the brand and came up with a fantastic solution to get it working again. He even checked 35 igniters at a supply store downtown to find one that fit our water heater. If that’s not going above and beyond, I don’t know what is. Every interaction I’ve had with MMT has been positive - from phone conversations, to timely service, to pricing, to just plain friendliness. I’d highly recommend MMT to all my friends and family. They won’t disappoint!

This company installed a new furnace for us this last August. They removed our old oil boiler and replaced it with propane. This was a large project and was completed in less than 3 days.I found the installers to be friendly, informative about the process and tidy with their work.A few days after start-up I was having difficulty with air in the system and Steve came out immediately to help.MMTs bid on this project was far lower than any of the other 4 we got. They went above and beyond the original quote by doing some work that enhanced the functioning of our heating system.I am very pleased with Steve and his crew!

No other heating specialists would come out and look at my garage furnace to give me an estimate on fixing it. MMT came out and gave me a free estimate on how much it would be to not only fix my current furnace but also gave me very reasonable quotes on how much it would be for a new heating system in my garage.
