My son is artistic and weve been going here now for 2 years almost free and they take very good care of us and my son they know how to work with him theyre very understanding of his need and they do a really great job

Staff didnt seem too thrilled to be working on a Sunday. Haircut for my son was good though. Price was ok.

Nice enough hair stylist but place is filthy. They dont even sweep up hair between guests. Work stations look filthy too. Doubt they clean their tools between guests.

Called to make an appointment and was told it was walk-ins only. Called back a few minutes later to see how long the wait was and was told 15-20 minutes. When we got there around 4:30PM, we were greeted at the door with OBVIOUS attitude. No hello, only “have you checked in online?” We were never told we had to, only that they were offering service for walk-ins ONLY. Next, i mentioned that i just called and was told there was a short wait. They asked if we were sure we called the right store… then when i told them that I called the store addressed as 3500 Dodge St, which os THIS ONE. The two women then swore up and down that they never got such a phone call, which in fact DID HAPPEN. The women working said they were all booked up and were going to be closing in 30 minutes, yet their hours online are until 7pm- no mention of closing early on the phone call.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Haircut is good. We will go back soon there…We are a filipino leaving here in dubuque.Such a nice hairstylist. My kids is happy with there haircut. Thanks

Called to make an appointment to get my haircut I was told they’re not making appointments for haircut walk in only. Ok that’s fine but unfortunately that wasn’t the case at all I went after I got off work. Upon getting there no one was in the waiting area. So I should have been next. As I was waiting there 2 other people came in and were helped before myself and they were getting just haircuts. Now I’m confused bc at this point I’ve been waiting for 20mins already. so I ask the lady I thought that you didn’t need to make an appointment and that is walk ins only for haircuts? Yes that is correct but they are Reoccurring ones.I was here before the 2 people that just sat down. How much longer before I’m next? Well if the other 2 people dnt show for their cut you’ll be next. So what is it either need an appointment for a haircut or you don’t and I guess new customers money isn’t as valuable as current customers for their allowed to make appointments but if your new customer getting a haircut you have to sit there as a walk-in not a good way to do business new client is just as valuable as an old client. So I left to take my business elsewhere to someone that values my business no matter if I’m new or a reoccurring one.

Terrible haircut. They charge extra for every little thing. $36 for a haircut ? They did wash it but that’s included any place else. Had to have it done again a few weeks later. At a real place.

Very nice stylists

Ive had a couple issues with 2 different stylists. Called to talk about my problem and one stylist said I would get a refund. Manager said no to that and gave me credit. Worked out with a haircut credit and a color credit. Just waiting for the next color to see how it works out.

Amy is flexible working you in. Plus she does a great job cutting my hair/ with attention to the little things like eyebrows... Friendly and Quick to get you through. Very much satisfied. 😊🙂👍

I love this place! They know me by name and know how i want my haircut! They treat you like family and always ask is there anything else they can do to make you happy!

I have been going to Supercuts for about 6 months. The girl that cuts my hair does a good job. Its a military cut so it can be tricky for some stylists as they dont really teach that style cut in stylist schools. (So Ive been told by many different stylists) Nonetheless, she gets better and better every time I go. The price is great and I always feel welcomed when I go. I cant speak for all Supercuts, I can only speak for the Dubuque Supercuts. I do recommend them.

Walked in this afternoon, Terissa was my stylist. She was absolutely amazing, cut and color are perfect, she took her time and I felt very comfortable. I recommend this location and Terissa!
