I loved the team on sawmill rd in Dublin OH. Our first experience with them was last year. First time ever using a service to complete our taxes, but we moved into a new state and wanted to make sure all was done properly. This team went above and beyond to make me comfortable and explain everything to me and answer any question I had. I will definitely be a life long customer.

I hope whoever sees this information will BEWARE of never to use Jackson Hewitt for your taxes. I will tell everyone in detail as of why not to use them and go elsewhere for your tax service.First, I never received my 2016 state refund from Jackson Hewitt after being told by the state taxation office that funds were direct deposited to Jackson Hewitt that I NEVER RECEIVED from Jackson Hewitt.Second, I spent countless hours/days on the phone with the Jackson Hewitt National Call Center Supervisors only to be told that the funds that were sent had been reversed back to the state taxation office because the withholding bank (METABANK) that they were using had a timed stipulation of which they could not process funds to be direct deposited after a certain period. After being flat out lied to by several Client Care associates and supervisors in regards to the above process, I was finally told to contact the office I originally filed my taxes with only to be directed to another office that had nothing to do with anything.Third, I escalated my request via Jackson Hewitt Client Care Department in regards to recieving my state funds only to be told that I have to deal the state taxation office in order to wait another month to receive my funds after the reversal of funds had been confirmed by the state taxation office.This process has taken 3 weeks and again countless hours on the phone to ultimately end up dealing with the state taxation office to receive my state refund. To date I have not received any funds relating to my state refund.If this is the process you would like to go through to receive your state refund, good luck to you and God bless because it has been a complete HORRIBLE experience and waste of time only to end up dealing with the state taxation office all over again and then being delayed another month before receiving my funds.
