This company surpasses all my expectation. They resolve all my technical issues immediately. My clients and staff express the app is easy to use. I have used other software programs for my 24 y/o business...and this one by far is the best.

This was an absolutely horrible experience worthy of legal action against Vagaro and I want to warn any medical practice against establishing with them... if you are thinking about it.We were told on 2 different customer support calls that our account has been closed and that the credit processing merchant account refunded our patients.We spent a considerable amount of money and resource time migrating data into Vagaro and already terminated the account that we were using prior. There was significant expense in the Computer tech support of our business to migrate and transfer the data and he had several conversations with your sales department and HIPAA compliance and data migration process. At no point were we told that there were limitations due to scope of my medical practice for the merchant account. As for medical limitations that you have in question, all doctors are licensed to write prescriptions for blood products, hormones (birth control pills, or menopausal hormone replacement therapy), hormones also include diabetic and thyroid meds as there are many hormones other than estrogen or testosterone, that may grouped into therapies.They created an extreme disruption in our clinic flow and processing of the credit from our patients reflecting that someone did not communicate their discrimination practices prior to accepting our practice into the software.We have requested compensation of the disruption of flow, cancellation fees from the company we migrated for and spoke with the attorney for the Vagaro, were treated very rudely and condescending in nature and were not given any answers, ignored and even had our legal counsel try to call with no call back and disrespectful e-mail with female discrimination overtones.This total, not including the disruption of our business, which could have cost thousands of dollars in the time frame that we lost business, and consumer confidence could easily be assessed by our legal team.The terms and limitations of the merchant processing agreement should have been one of the first discussions during account set up. It would have saved our time and resources as well as prevented disruption in the daily clinic functions to have prior notification of limitations for physicians and their private practices.I take it upon myself to warn other consumers through google reviews of the lack of communication regarding limitations of the merchant processing, and discrimination of medical doctors practicing well within their scope. I highly suggest this be something Vagaro add to their customer onboarding information prior to anyone in the medical field considering your services.

Nobodys perfect, but this company is close to it. Vagaro has nearly fixed each and every concern I have ever had. Id rate them 97.5 / 100. Good luck finding a better company in the industry. Thank you for the years of service Vagaro !

Great customer service. My wife was shopping around for scheduling system with inventory control, sales, promos, marketing tools and more. Needless to say we went the corporate office in Dublin to talk to the team. We were very impressed with the level customer service and warm welcoming we both received.

Wow, when I see these reviews I am SO confused....We LOVE Vagaro!! Our whole team calls in for help all the time if we are stuck. The process to onboard was seamless. This has been the worst company I’ve ever been affiliated with. They stop depositing my payments into my account without notifying me the reasoning. It’s been well over a week and their merchant service manger never calls me back.

Overcharged and can’t talk to a manager. support was not helpful AT ALL! I’m very disappointed.
