Weve been self employed for 20 years now. Most years we had on and off times of business flow. During the colder months we would be slower, including Christmas time. After hiring MechanicNet to do our customer correspondence and marketing we do NOT have those times of declined work orders. We are steady all year long. Our GPM raised 32% the first 12 months! We didnt think our customers would use coupons, or think that this would benefit us. I knew about this for about 3 years before finally making the decision to try it, what can it hurt? I should have been doing this all along. If you own a service type business (auto repair shop) hire MechanicNet TODAY! Do not let another month of higher profit pass you by. Also adding, their customer service is prompt, kind and efficient!

Sam Freeman has to be the best person to help me plan our companies CRM management. We had issues with our internal marketing and Sam has help me build plans to reach out and show our customers we want to retain them. She has help me develop and build a game plan that is not all at once and allows me to step one step at a time to not overwhelm me as we have over 10 locations. Right now we have turned on our second location because we trust the feedback and plan Sam has help us build to retain our customers. I used Mechanic net service for about 6 months.Samantha was the sales person who signed me up for the program.During this time period I was never contacted by anyone from Mechanic net.After being 6 months in the program I called Samantha and asked her how is the program working for me and if she can get me ROI Report and asked her about no one ever following up.She told me she is very busy but she can get me report in 1 week.I waited for 1 month and called her several times.After 6 weeks I called mechanic net and requested them to cancel my service because of the worst customer service experience.Its been about 3 months since I called Samantha.i did got a call from a customer service and I gave him all the details about the situation and never heard back from him.After looking in the market I found a lot better program and better ROI.definitely not recommended and I wish I never signed up for the program

So here I am about a year into using Mechanic Net, I continue to be blown away with the results I get, the information at my fingertips and how helpful the whole team is at Mechnic Net.The reminder for oil changes, worked needed and service intervals have an outstanding return rate. Lost customer retention feature is my favorite, this small part of the service Mechanic Net provides actually drives so many customers(that we lost contact with) in to my bays to create enough revenue to cover my Mechanic Net expenses. These lost customers tend to be regulars that wandered away for various reason but most are not unhappy just out of the habit of coming into our shop. With all that said I havent done justice to the reporting and tracking function that are simply great, Im still learning ways to get more from this whole program.I happen to have a great sales rep Samantha Freeman who has proven time and again to be a different type of salesperson Samantha has held my hand the whole time and helped me get a grasp of the ins & outs of the Mechanic Net. Samantha has proven that not all sales reps are the same, some actually still care a lot after the sale is complete. Mechanic Net has risen the bar for how staffs treat clients.

It has been my experience with most software/tech companies that their attitude is take it or leave it when it comes to the functionality of their product. If there is something you dont like or would like to see improved, youre out of luck. So what a refreshing change it was to work with the folks at MechanicNet. From day one they didnt only make sure that their product interfaced with my Point Of Sale software as advertised, they went above and beyond to make sure that it interfaced the way I wanted it to. Later after using the system for a while when I suggested some changes I felt would make the product better, they were very receptive to my input and instituted the changes. Oh and by the way, the system works. My customers really appreciate the thank yous and the reminders. Heard about Mechanicnet through our Napa auto care provider and decided to switch over. We had a rough time figuring everything out due to the holidays and both parties having time off but as soon as the holidays were over we were able to buckle down and transfer everything over. Customer service is hands down amazing! Juan helped navigate us through training and setting everything up. Not only did he work with a difficult part time schedule of ours but he also went above and beyond to make sure our shop was taken care of. Can’t wait to see how much this program helps our shop in the future!
