I had to swap cars due to a flat tire. All they had were electric cars with low batteries. I barely had enough battery power to get to a job site and to the airport to swap again to for a gas car. I am traveling for business and do not have time to charge the battery. At least charge the battery to full capacity. The enterprise rep at the airport even agreed with me that it should have been fully charged and he does that before releasing the car to customers.

This Enterprise location has the nicest, most helpful staff! They are all very accommodating and knowledgable. Their location didnt have the type of car we requested, so they made up for it by giving us a free upgrade that was incredible, and still suited our travel needs. Even during a busy Saturday, the staff members didnt seem rushed or like they just wanted to get to the next person. We felt well taken care of.

They are the best! My work always sends me here for company rentals and they always go above and beyond for us! Nick is so profesrand friendly and makes the process super enjoyable!

Service and quality definitely has gone down over the years. I always feel like I am rushed into getting into a car THEY want me to pick, rather than something I want. I understand availability changes, but if a customer is asking about a certain range of cars (because there arent enough options on the lot by the reservation time), more effort should be done to locate that range of cars in neighboring office areas. I dont like that Enterprise staff act like they are doing you a favor whenever you ask them to fulfill a request (especially if you show up for a reservation and are told there are no cars). WE are the ones spending the money and renting the cars. They arent driving the cars personally so I dont understand the attitude whenever a customer makes a special request.Furthermore, some employees clearly have listening problems, and dont know how to be thorough and professional when rushing a customer off the phone, or off in person.The latest main issue is that they did not charge the right card at the end of rental, even though the notes explicitly said to charge a specific card instead of the one on file. So I had to wait for the charge to go through on the wrong card, and call to have them refund it, and charge the right card. Now I cant use that card for any other purchases I planned to do because I have to wait for that charge to appear and clear, which should have been originally done at the time of drop off. And NO the main people who caused it were not apologetic. Im gonna need the Enterprise employees to actually show better concern and care for their customers, or find another job if they cant handle the workload and demand.

Only good things to say about my experience here! Lauren and Nick-very helpful and nice......But the big thanks goes to Tyler! He went above and beyond-awesome customer service and really such a sweet guy! Actually, its an awesome team all around-made my first car rental easy breezy. Quick service and friendly staff

Check in and out was a breeze. The worker make sure you have everything you need prior leaving the lot. They take their time explaining and going through your rental agreement. Upon returning the car it was a quick in and out. The best thing is that they send you a copy of the receipt instead of giving you a lengthy print out.

Booked a car (class) I thought was the right size/comfort a long trip to haul a limited cargo for my freshman. I even called and dropped a note ahead that I will not be able to compromise on the size. When I landed there, I got a car in the same class, but way (way) smaller than I bargained for.We were pushed to go for a step-up (of course, with extra per day) for the sake of extra space in truck and leg space. What made me drop a couple of stars here was the way they easily threw their arms up and said - this is all we have. A total compromise from what I was promised at booking and what we ended up with.Makes me reconsider this location for one with a larger lot size/options. Basic stuff.

He’s truly the most understanding loving caring considerate individual in this world I tell you I’ve had nothing but bad luck with getting someone to rent me a rental car with no hardcopy drivers license no regular bank debit card due to my wallet being stolen they don’t take prepaid credit cards they don’t take temporary drivers license at over 99% of the rental companies . The rental truck was filthy. The seats had all sorts of stains. When I asked the guy about it, he said that is what happens with cloth.The inside of the car was covered in dirt. It looked like it had been off-roaded in a dust storm.Ultimately I needed a truck for a strike team to head up north as a medic in a relief effort. So it got the job done in that regard. However these vehicles should have been cleaned better. I ended up spending an hour cleaning the inside, trying to get it at least like somewhere I felt comfortable sitting for a couple hours. All in all very disappointed in enterprise. Will be going elsewhere movjng forward.

The staff were awesome, rented a Tahoe went to get it was fortunately rented (lol) I was about to lose my mind when the gentlemen said I have a brand New 2020 Armada (let me tell you it still had the tags and plastics on it) for lower price.. That representative of enterprise earned a lifetime client with many referrals... It was on 3rd week of January we went to lake Tahoe and had the best ride!

Ive rented cars from enterprise in San Rafael, Richmond, Walnut Creek/Concord and now Dublin. Ive always had a great experience with their sales people and almost every time theyve had a decent car for me, which takes a lot of the worry about not having transportation away. Vehicle was dirty when we picked it up and smelled of smoking. There was 1/2 a candy bar and an empty water bottle under the seat and a comb in the pocket in the seat. Car ran well and was a good value. Local Enterprise agent gave me discount when I turned in the car because it hadn’t been cleaned previously.

I had an emergency type situation (brakes/master cylinder of my own car going out) a d they helped me in a pinch. I made my reservations moments before on my phone and I even showed up early...... Picked me up from the collision shop within 5 minutes of being called. When I got there they had my reservation and car all ready to go. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Couldnt have gone smoother. Very happy with my service.

Car rental was going well, up until the day I returned it.The day I received my rental I placed my magnet phone holder on the air vents. As I use that to hold my phone while I drive have been doing it for the past 2 years.The day I returned the car, I forgot Enterprises address so I looked it up in google maps and mounted it on my magnet in the rental.I turned in the rental shortly after they gave me a ride to the body shop to get my car. 5 minutes later I got in I got in my car and as I always do out of habit it try to place my phone on the magnet, and noticed I forgot it in the rental! So I raced down there, the rental place is 3-5 minutes away but I ran anyway just in case.As I got there literally 10 minutes after just dropping off my rental. They could not find my magnet, I told them it was literally right on the vents, i went to look for myself, it appears someone took it. They went to search for it and could not find it. They said they would call me if they find it, yeah right.I followed up this morning and of course the jokers want to blame me, calling me a liar and saying no one took it.You know, I know I am part to blame for this as I shouldnt of left anything in the car because you cant trust these idiots. Also this magnet costs $7 on Amazon. Its not the value of the item its the principal of the thing. They took it and to make things worst call me a liar. Honestly, I should show up there and beat the hell out of their asses but I dont want to go to jail for a $7 magnet.If I were you, i would go somewhere else, or make sure you take everything out of the car when you turn it in, these guys are thieves. Ten minutes later they steal it and still have the audacity to call me a liar.

Waited 40+ minutes after our confirmed pick up time for the car. No ETA was given at time of pick up how long we would be waiting for the car. Kinda frustrating

Ive used the Dublin location many times. Theres always a different staff there but always good service. Care are clean, run great and they help with any issues. Usually quick pickup and drop off.

We have friends from NY visiting and we needed a bigger car to shuttle everyone. We had reservations at Muir Woods for 1030 am. Enterprise open at 9 am. But Brian got there early. He helped me on my way around 845 am. I barely made my Muir Woods reservation by a few minutes. Brian was both friendly and courteous. I would rent from here again.

Ive rented from this location twice now and theyve always been kind and courteous. I recently rented a car and unfortunately it was dirty and a check engine light came on while driving it. I informed the staff and I wasnt charged for the rental. I didnt catch other other sales associates name but Omar at this location is awesome. This is now my preferred place to rent.

Best experience ever. I had a last minute rental, I reserved on-line for the weekend deal. I originally reserved a car at another location (to remain nameless). However, they called immediately before I had to leave to let me know that theres no cars that can fulfill my reservation, however they would call me to let me know. I was a bit annoyed as it was mothers day the next day and I wanted to take mom out for the day. To make a long story short, I went to reserve another car at another location, no cars were available and I had to reserve one about 15 miles away. After I made the reservation, I got a call (almost immediately), from Nicole (the manager) stating that since its Saturday, she wanted to make sure that I got there before noon. I told her that I would be there just 30 minutes before. She explained to me what she would need and I made sure that I got everything she needed. I got there, there were 4 customers ahead of me. I waited about 30 minutes to get to the counter. It was Nicole that took care of me. She remembered the conversation that I had with her and she got my reservation and got all the necessary paperwork out of the way and I got into the rental within 20 minutes, no glitches. Thats what service is all of about.

By far the easiest rental transaction Ive had. Everyone was professional, fast and a seamless transition! I highly recommend and have already booked another rental.

Check out was super smooth, front desk was not pushy trying to sell more stuff, gave me a choice of vehicles, very professional. Like it. No complains. Well a tiny one. Please have the gas tank full so i can return it full. Getting a car with half tank, 3/8th etc is difficult to track and i feel like i was taken advantage of, when i invariably return the car with more gas than what i got. Will update review if anything else crops up.

Great customer service and provided good information at their office. The only one thing was that the car I rented; the maintenance-light for an oil change came up after my first day of rental ..... I knew that it was not a bid deal because they will probably check those thing ahead of time and will do it after.

This was an easy and pleasant rental. They gave me a car that had just been returned and they offered to clean it, but I wanted to get on the road,and they got me going, less than 15 minutes in the office with a pre-booked reservation. I dropped the car off after hours and received an email receipt first thing in the morning. Very efficient and polite office.

Wonderful service, very kind. Gina Snyder listen to us and help me get a rental car for my wife so she could get to work after our car was totaled in a car accident. We were a walk in, after trying Hertz Rent-a-car and not getting any help at all. Gina fixed us up with a great car and got us on our way in less then an hour. After such a traumatic event it was so nice to have someone who could think outside the box to help us. Have used enterprise in the pasted always like them now we defiantly will use them for all our rental-car needs.

Definitely the only rental car place Ive used (and Ive used a lot!) where the process has NOT been awful with added charges, bad cars, poor service etc.. I chose this location because it was the closest to my home after an accident. Unfortunately, my repairs were going slowly and I had to pay a few visits to this locations. Without a doubt, every time I left feeling better about my situation and that the staff really cared about my situation. I will definitely be back if I ever need another rental.

I booked a 15 seater van almost two months ago and they even sent me a confirmation email just 2 days before the pickup date. Oneday before, a gentleman calls up and says that he will not be able to provide a 15 seater van BUT will provide two 7 seater vans.I explained the person that the whole reason for me booking the 15 seater is to travel together and his offer of two 7 seater vans is of no use. The person was rule and did not even listen to what i say.Best to pick up vans from airport than from Enterprise. Never going to go with Enterprise. I had to pay almost 100% more to get the 15 seater from another car place because Enterprise messed up.

Never going to Dublin enterprise again!!! Worst management! I have taken car from enterprise literally a hundred times and these people were extremely bad! They said if we take full insurance, they will provide a letter to drive at DMV and then i took full insurance and when i went the next day for letter, they said the policy changed( Literally in ONE DAY) because the manager said so. I have to waste 1 working day and 70$ and all the so called friendly staff was just looking at the manager. Disgusting way to treat people. Never Ever Going with Enterprise after being an active renter for 7 Years!!!

Cant promise you a certain vehicle that was seen a couple weeks prior, but certainly can give The BEST Customer service EVER !Profession, courteous and last name addressement. Sir and Mam for current or Univ. Level not JC schooling. Far cry diff. Than silly Hertz that hires gool-a-gongs that are the opposite and mumble. NOT HERE. Walk thru and signing on Tablet right after and post inspection youre on your way. Just be sure to have your reservation complete. They have fulfilled last minute requests in the past but some Saturdays they are sold out and just better. Darius and other Manager Trainees are helpful and learning. But Management is always visible. I mean come on, who picks you up and drops you back(work or home).So much more positive could be said. But one downfall...Sundays all Branches are closed-you are still charged for that day-1 way out of that-Airport locations. 365almost 24hrs ($FO is OAK is not 24 as SJose). Save the trip higher fees and taxes apply at Airport dropoffs besides diff. Location.Choose Enterprise, youll have less headaches.Wanna try something fun?? Go to one of their Exotic Locations SJ or SF or even Scottsdale or LV. Rent a Tesla or Beamer or Benz. Some even have Ferraris or Lambos. Enterprise Exotics. Its just plain erotic and fun to drive!
