The worst Honda ever dealership ever. My newly leased car which was in an accident and was brought back to their shop for repairs has been there for more than 2 months now and every week the ETA for the repairs increases by another few weeks. I understand with the pandemic parts are not readily available but to fix a bumper in a body shop shouldnt take almost 3 months. Customer service representative from Honda is not taking this matter seriously and has been harassing by not giving an exact date by when they can deliver the car back to me.

I had issues with my 100 month Honda battery. It was only 30 months old and they would not replace it unless I had a receipt. I told them it is a Honda brand battery and it has the date code on it, but they said it was against policy for Honda to replace it without a receipt. After some time, we were able to find the receipt. By the time they replaced the battery, tested it out and sent me on my way it was almost 3 hours.. ugh..

I know and understand all vehicle maintenance facilities are currently over booked. So, I was surprised when I was able to book an appointment (a set time for service) WITHOUT the standard, we are currently booked over capacity and may not get to you at your appointed time I even received two confirmations for my 1:30 appointment. Sadly when I arrived for my 1:30 appointment I was told I would have to leave the vehicle OVERNIGHT. They could have alleviated my frustration by SIMPLY acknowledging the fact that they were overbooked. When I tried calling, all technicians were busy and the mailboxes were FULL, so I couldnt even leave a message asking for assistance.

I had a scheduled appointment for 10am yesterday. When I arrived, there were about 15 cars lined up at the service check in. I parked and walked in to see if I could drop the car since I had a scheduled time. The service rep just laughed at me and said they were busy. I left. Lousy customer service. Lousy attitude. I have been doing business with Harvey Honda for many years. This was a big change in their performance. Time for management to get busy and get the standards back up to par.

The worst honda ever. i always have great service at walnut creek or stevens creek. Dublin alwys has rude workers. i made an appointment for 8am and came 7:50am for an A service. i was in the service lane and when the person came to ask what i needed, i said i made an appointment for an A service. he said no i couldn’t have done that and i need to wait ALL THE WAY BACK IN LINE FOR THE EXPRESS LANE even tho i was in front of the line for service. Stevens creek never had such thing happen. they alwys took me in with an appointment and never told me such things. I bought the car here also and a light came on in my car HOURS after purchase. Even the autozone people nearby told me NEVER GO TO DUBLIN HONDA. they are faulty.

I will never bring my car back here again; they were dishonest with me about the safety of my car and tried to scam me out of hundreds of dollars. I brought my car in for a typical service, A13 which, among a few other things, is a transmission fluid change and an oil change. In total, the cost for this service was $250, which is already too expensive for the service they provided. I made an appointment for 2 pm, and brought it in. The man at the service counter casually said that the tech would message me when they started the service THE NEXT DAY. There was no indication on the website that I made the appointment on that it would take such a long time. I have no idea why they needed to keep my car overnight for something so simple, and his casual expectation for me to be ok with it was incredibly manipulative. I tried contacting the service department a few times because I was worried I wouldnt have my car back in time to commute to work the following day. They got back to my 3rd message in the afternoon of the next day (it took two texts and one voicemail). I was sent a list of repairs that were critical safety repairs, including replacing my brakes. The tech said that they were completely worn down to the service limit in the front and the rear and wanted to charge me $750 to replace them. The service advisor indicated that I was unsafe and that my car would sustain substantial damage if I didnt take care of it immediately. I told the service advisor that I was going to replace the brakes with a family friend, because the price they quoted me was too expensive, and he seemed very concerned when I said that. When I replaced the brakes myself a few days later, the brakes were fine and still had PLENTY left, many millimeters more than what they said; in fact the rear brakes seemed especially fine. This was overall a terrible experience, and they TRIED TO SCAM ME FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. Lesson learned about dealerships. They also said that there was a fluid leak that would cost $790 to fix, but I genuinely do not trust this to be factual. I will never be coming back and am more than happy to pass this along so that others also do not take their cars to be serviced here. Going to be submitting pictures of their report and my old brakes to the BBB.

I made an appointment online to have my car serviced and called ahead an hour before the appointment to make sure my car could be serviced while I waited on-site. I was told that wouldn’t be a problem and it should only take 2-3 hours. When I showed up at my appointment time I waited 20 minutes to even start the check in process and was told I’d have to leave my car overnight. I had no way to get a ride to my home 15 miles away and they refused to provide any form of shuttle service (even an Uber) to compensate for their error. Complete waste of an hour of my day.

They care more about the sale than the customer. I trade my old car for my new car and over a month later I got a ticket in the mail for my old car because they hadnt taken it out of my name. I had already been trying to reach them about the Honda app not working or the spartan app when this came. I also had been advised to cancel my check for the tags for my old car since it was paid early by one of the several people who talked to us. I now have a bill from the dishonor department of dmv and the number that I was given by the person who sold me my car wont call me back to fix this and the apps for my car still dont work. I didnt want to go to Oakland because it was Oakland but maybe I would have had a better outcome there then here.

Dec 2017 I purchased a Ridgeline here and had a wonderful experience. My salesman and finance person were great. It was a very pleasant event. I recently traded in my 2018 Ridgeline for a 2021 Ridgeline at another dealership. I called Ken Harvey’s to ask about the extended warranty on my 2018 and the salesman told me he didn’t know about that and sent me to a blank voicemail where I left a msg which was never returned. I called back to see when the finance person would be available and the salesman rudely said “till 8PM” and hung up on me while I as I was about to ask another question. I drove to the dealership and as I enter several salesman were gathered in a circle and someone was yelling at one of them to “Go home now, leave NOW or I’m calling the police!” I was handed a form and told to “just fill this out” and the guy walked away returning a few mins later, made a copy and said “you’ll get the refund in 30-40 days” turned and walked away! I’ve bought 2 new Honda’s here but will not return for any future purchases if the customer service is as rude as it was the past few days! I don’t like giving negative reviews but this place has gone down hill!

Pathetic service. Too slow. I went in for a oil change and they have a queue for service reception. Stood in that line for 30 mins and then I was told to move over to next queue with express service and go back in line. They took over 60 mins just to take my car and 4 hours for an oil change. They need to have someone to check in before and make sure they stand in correct queue. Also once they are in line it cannot take 60 mins just to give the car keys.

Bought a used 08 Honda Accord EX-L V6 for 9 grand, I’ll give the car the benefit that it only had 118,000 miles for a 13 year old car. The purchasing process wasn’t the problem, the problem was that I bought the car without really paying attention to small details. I got home from the dealership and noticed one of the fog lights was cracked, back license plate light was out, and the steering makes a horrible noise when the wheel is turned more than 75% of the way. I get that it’s a used car but at least make it worth the money the customer is paying for. Since then I’ve fixed the fog light assembly and back license plate light which was an additional $200 dollars on parts alone, but that steering nose is still there. The car report showed no accidents but the front bumper part that latches to the hood is cracked, back bumper is slightly a different shade than the rest of the car if you pay real close attention. I’ll put some of the blame on me for not noticing this stuff when I bought the car but hopefully it gets me through at least 200k-250k miles.

I booked for service appointment (friday - 06/04 @ 10:30 AM) and almost after waiting for 50 mins, the service advisor did mention i cant get the car back until Monday. The worst part is he is not ready to offer a ride or courtesy vehicle until my car is serviced. He asked me to go back to express service and wait in the line (there was already 20+ cars waiting) to get the car serviced by today. I hear people always complaint about Dublin Honda and this is the first time i am facing horrible experience with them. I returned back without my service done and i have 5 years prepaid maintenance scheduled with them. I dont have any other option other than cancelling the same.

Stay away from Shivneel Deo he is the worst. Every time he tries to over charge me. He even suggest things I dont need. Told me I had to replace a camera when it wasnt broke. Told me to change the filters that were just replaced the last visit. Called out on it and he said youre right. I will be driving further to another service dealership!

I have had my 2007 Honda Accord since 2011 and have always brought it to a dealership service because I trust that they would do what is needed and actually give sound ADVICE because they are titled Service ADVISORS -- well we were lucky enough to get Shivneel as our Service Advisor who basically said we needed everything under the moon and my husband went through everything that was recommended with me and we debated on some of the items but Shivneel highly suggested we do something that was even marked wrong on their inspection of the vehicle. He said that it was actually called something else and that we should do it because it affects the coolant in the engine. So we went with his advice and approved that service. After discussing that and being told that our total would be around $4700, my husband mentioned that we had a $100 coupon off since wed be spending well over $1000. Shivneel proceeds to tell him not to worry because he would be working on the price and getting us way more off that total. We brought our vehicle in there on Wednesday April 21, my appointment was at 8:30am. They told us our car would be ready right around 4:30pm. My husband goes in around 4:30pm and they say that they havent started working on the car and need to give us a loaner vehicle. Here it is Monday April 26, 2021 and they drop the bomb on my husband stating that the grand total is around $5400!!!!! Of course we ask for a manager, and to our surprise, Shivneel says theres NO MANAGER IN THE BUILDING!! Saying that his manager would be in at 8am tomorrow morning. Firstly, at 5pm if theres not ONE damn manager in the building, your operations clearly needs some work cause if something happens there should be someone who is in charge to ensure that things are flowing properly in a business like that. So Shivneel recommended that he keep the loaner vehicle yet another day. Here it is Tuesday April 27th and my husband walks in ready to speak to a manager... and magically the total has went back down to $4700 as originally quoted by Shivneel.Im hoping that someone from this establishment gives me a call or reaches out to discuss this because its unacceptable. You charge people a lot of money who trust that you will do the right thing, give advice as needed on vehicles we use daily, but employ people who dont know what customer service really means. I think management needs to do a revamp on their customer service training in this place. I definitely wont take my car here ever again for my service. Ive taken my Accord to Honda in Palo Alto and Livermore and always had exceptional service. Im truly disappointed because I genuinely love the Honda brand!

I bought a 2021 HRV that had many problems so I brought it back after a week and made a deal to trade it for an Insight which was a better value. I was told all the paperwork was put through that would take it off the Honda Financial website. Still more than a month later and nothing has been done and Honda Financial is calling me to pay for the car that is past due even though I dont have the car. No one in any important department answers the phone and even had the phone answered by someone saying Who is this? Extremely poor customer service. DO NOT GO HERE! had enough of getting the run around.

Miserable experience. All I wanted to do was check out the new Accords. When the sales rep showed up took me walking around the lot. Then couldn’t find the keys of any of the cars I liked. Being short on time and not getting to see any cars I said I am leaving. Sales rep got irate. Started cursing with racial innuendo. Went inside and talked to the manager with limited success. STAY AWAY from this dealer. Go to Livermore Honda. Much better deals and people to deal with. Have bought 3 Honda’s there.

Sales :I was looking for a pre-owned vehicle depending on my budget and after searching around for sometime i decided to purchase it from Honda for obvious reason of trust and service, so i bought 2012 Civic in 2012 for a hefty amount compared to Individual buyers, and guess what within 2 days i had to claim insurance to change Engine Harness wires. (Reason was given by dealer that some animal may have cut the wire), It was a hassle for me and cost me out of pocket for Insurance ~1000.Service :So in order to make sure that i do not indulge into other issue, i decided to service at Honda Dublin.All the repairs like Engine Harness, oil changes and other services were done at Dublin Honda. Now after B14 service paying almost 800 bucks, they messed up my Oil can threads and asking for another ~800 bucks! Also they dont bother about customers.I extremely had a very bad Honda car owner experience at Dublin Honda in last 3-4 years. Dont have less start rating than this. I hope that helps to others before going to Dublin Honda.Please dont waste your time visiting at this Franchise.Honda lost one customer!

Bought a new 2021 HRV. I was not informed of any features and found out afterward there were acceleration problems, shock issues where I feel every bump on the road, a cut in the floor fabric, a button that is supposed to open the trunk but doesn’t do anything, a massive amount of bondo paste in the wheel well and it wasn’t even clean inside and out even after an “attempted” wash. Thoroughly disappointed with the car and the service. The personnel is split between half good and half bad.Update: the sales manager Keith helped work out a even trade to get me a car that I felt was better. Thank you for truly listening and working with me.Update: I scheduled appointment for Oil change by using their online system. It turns out there are no appointments and I waited in my car 45 minutes to have someone come to my car and ask me to go into the office to sign the paperwork to see what I needed to get done. The employee was kind but had said that it would take 3 hours. So the appointment system is useless and should be scrapped or actually utilized. Two separate employees said they hated the online appointment system. Bad customer service as far as ownership of the dealer is concerned so I docked the deal ship another star.

This was the worst visit to a dealership for service I have ever had. I only had 3500 miles on my new car & they required an oil change & tire rotation. That doesnt make sense. & they charged a lot of money to do it. Then they tried to sell me a new tire (for $300) because they found a nail in one of the tires. They claimed that they couldnt patch it. I took my car to a tire expert & he patched it for free. Bottomline... it is a rip-off taking my car to the dealership. They upsell you at every chance they can for things you dont need & charge you an arm & a leg for it. I will never go back to a dealership again for general maintenance. Only go back if I need warranted services or recalls that they never told me about 2 months ago. Car dealerships are out of control. They need to be more government regulated.

But still problem is not fixed in my car. I made an appointment for airbag recall. According to Honda, it should take about 30 minutes. When I made the appointment, Nick from service department told me it will take about an hour. On the day of the appointment, a girl at service counter told me I had to leave my car and it would take a few days because they had a lot of people coming in on that day. I asked her what was the point of making an appointment if they couldnt fix my car. Nevertheless I agreed to leave my car and asked her to arrange for a drop off at home. She told me that they couldnt do that because of Covid while Mazda next door is still doing pickup and drop offs using Lyft.I dont think they understand what appointment really means, or probably they dont care. I am going to Livermore Honda from now on.

Just got off the phone with a Mark from this dealership he asked me when I would like to see a Honda HR-V when i let him know i would have to look into my schedule for work he told me i could just hang up the phone when i didn’t hear him and asked him to repeat himself he said hang up. Met two of its staffs who has attitude issue. I was looking for different cars before deciding which to get and they werent helpful at all. They only want you to confirm the car you want, sit down, and make the payment. No test drive were offered, didnt share any valuable information about the car. Werent willing to share the out of the door price until you are ready to make the payment? And wanted to do a credit check before sharing of the price? Did I say that their price is also a few thousand more expensive than what I was quoted from 2 other dealers?Ended getting from another Honda dealer. Thats how you lose a business and any other future business.

This place is horrible for service. I had a recall nd the service desk folks are not service oriented at all. I spoke to their service manager Rich and he is nice but no one else takes the time. I would recommend people go the little extra mile to the Livermore Honda for their services and purchases. I know I will make sure my mechanic buys parts from Livermore and not ken harvey honda. Should I ever need another Honda I certainly will not be going to ken harvey period. Good luck for anyone who wants to work with them.

This location has the worst customer service ever. They rejected the warranty service offered by Honda. I had to take my car to a different location in order to get it fixed.Answer: We I went to another location, they entered the VIN and pulled the record. No one knows when and where their battery breaks down and no one carries the receipt. You guys just need to update your outdated system.

Good car service and helpful staff. They offer free Lift/Uber rides for picking you up and dropping you off. Scheduling appointments is quick and easy, online. When you book an appointment and arrive at the service center go straight to the regular service line. The express service lines are first-come first-served and only of you havent booked an appointment or if you have a flat tire.

Weve been customers for 16 years. The service advisers then were very professional, courteous and polite. Pretty much what customer-facing people should be. They make you feel important. But those people are all gone and the old customer-friendly culture of this shop is gone too. The new batch of advisers act like you need them more than they need you. Talked to 2 service advisers and the cashier today. They are unfriendly, inconsiderate and just dont care. They look like they are just eager to go home. I leased a vehicle from here. It was my first time leasing, and I was very unfamiliar with the process. When the lease was up, salesman Danny Li was overly nonchalant about the entire deal. I asked numerous questions about the mileage and return fees at the end of my lease, and he repeatedly said there would be no issue and no extra fees for turning in the leased vehicle. He was obviously only focused on selling me another vehicle. I understand that the dealership is divided into departments and each one has an individual function; however, I think the proper thing to do with a first time customer would be to direct them to someone of this expertise. A few months later, I received a call saying I owed approximately $1600 as a return fee for the lease. I called Dublin Honda with questions about this and spoke with Sydney (whom I believe worked in Sales). He told me to hang up, call again, and dial the extension for finance. I asked if he could simply transfer me over to finance, and he said “no.” I called again and realized the extension for finance and sales is the same in the phone menu. So I dialed again, got a new call taker, and was put on hold until the call dropped. Completely unsatisfied with the customer service here. I love my car, but will never buy from this place again.

The Dublin Honda express service is supposed to close at 6pm yet they don’t take anyone after 5:15-530 pm even if it’s for a simple and quick oil change, AND there’s NO ONE in line waiting for service. That’s the only time I can make it during the week. It’s incredibly frustrating that they don’t accommodate to the needs of their customers. They have refused me service several times because “they’re about to close” what?! It’s 5:30! Plenty of time for an express service like an oil change. They should change their hours if they will not take people after a certain time! It’s false advertisement of service hours. I’ve worked in customer service and you help all customers that are at the door by closing time, even if it takes you a little past closing time. So Disappointed and frustrated with this location. I’ve tried getting service at other locations and they have just as bad customer service. It must be the culture of the company...

Strongly recommend not to go for any kind of service. They have very irresponsible staff and no organized customer service. They charged me more than $400 for car service but not even they cleaned my car outside while handover just they changed filters and oil .

Dublin Honda has consistently come through for me and appreciate them so much for that. Yesterday I went in asked them to replace a busted headlight for me. I was expecting them to charge me, and would have been perfectly okay with paying for the labor.But the did not charge me, they did it for FREE! Thank you Dublin Honda for being the one car place that comes through for their customers even years after purchase! I know where Im buying my next car!

No surprise this is the lowest rated Honda dealer around. They tried to sell me the car for $1300 more than their quote, after waiting and filling paperwork for 1.5 hours. The reason: they were confused because I inquired about a different car first. I got better price elsewhere than their best that they tried to hustle me with. Readers, do yourselves a favor and go to a better rated dealer.

When I think of customer service and great value, this is not the business I think of. The 2 time I brought my car here for oil change, the express service is slow at best. I never received the complimentary car wash that they offer, due to the car wash being down. Also, their courtesy shuttle can only take you so far. One of the reps said they wont drive me back home because I only came in for the A1 service. I live in a neighboring town.

I will never recommend this dealer! They are very misleading. Shady shady shady! They displayed a benefit of Sirius/Xm satellite radio free for 3 months on the vehicle I bought. I mentioned how excited I was to have this feature during the test drive where the sale person, Boris, stayed silent. We bought the vehicle and when I got home I tried to program on Sirius but guess what? It wasn’t there. I called Boris and was told I needed to read the wordage as it was for factory installed radios!!! Then why advertise this on the vehicle if it does not come with a factory installed satellite radio? They will not accommodate me at all. They said I can hook my iPhone up to the stereo and listen that way!!!! I don’t have unlimited data!! This is a very shady dealership and avoid at all costs. Sure they may have low prices but I would have rather paid a little more and received all the benefits that I was suppose to get. Very disappointed with this Honda dealership. STAY AWAY! I will not recommend this place at all.

Not a place I would recommend my friend to go for getting a car. Sales person are not informed enough to tell details about the car. Having asked what is the difference between 17inc and 19inch tires I didnt expect a reply Who really knows what is the difference? I mean really! You dont know what you are selling?Called them and asked for appointment for test drive. They said come over no need for appointment. I reached there they say, who took you phone call? I said I dont know because they didnt tell me.Last but not the least, Sales person was expecting me to make a purpose without giving me a quote on the car. Yes, they want me to commit to buying without actually telling me the price of a Car. Buying a car is important decision in life and if you guys cant help please dont make it hard. I thought every dealership will be this kind of unprofessional but surprise dealership are all different.If you go there be prepare with quote you have in mind and go there to make a purchase directly . At least that is what they expect.

0 stars is what this dealer deserve seriously.By far the worst dealer with unacceptable Mistakes that will affect your life very very badly, which I was not expecting at all.So after taking couple of days off my work to deal with their financial Department mistakes.1st they lost my social security card photocopy2nd they sent a wrong contract to their financial department3rd they caused my credit score to drop 100 points because of there mistakes.4 when I called them to figure that out the financial manager was very rude and was trying to tell me that he is doing me a favors, while because of his mistakes he was making my life hell.I do recommend NOT TO DEAL with them, by far the worst experience

Asked about a lease pricing on a 2019 Honda Accord sport and he quoted me more then I was willing to pay, and when I told him what I was willing to pay he said “you’ll never get it for that price”. So after calling 3 other dealerships I got a better price then I was looking for and they had to do a trade with Dublin Honda for the color car I wanted. Sure enough 5 minutes later the guy from Dublin Honda called me back saying you got the price you wanted huh, Berkeley called me and I decided to give it to him. How rude!? Terrible dealership I strongly advise shopping around before getting ripped off here.

I had to go in for my tire pressure light being on. Turns out there was a nail there. I got the tire replaced and paid for within an hour and a half. The people who were helping me were super knowledgeable and wonderfully helpful.

The Service at Dublin is great. Jim in the service department goes way out of his way to make sure you are informed about true service costs and he makes sure by going above and beyond that youre not inconvenienced. The service department called me to pick up the car when they said they would, and they offer smiles and genuine interest in doing the right thing.

I went to this location and attempted to be quick with my purchase. I called ahead and had an agent ready. However, it ended up taking about two hours to get through my entire purchase.I bought a car on February 22nd. I expected to get my license plates by the next week. However, I called DMV April 3rd (6 weeks after purchase) and they told me that the dealership did not submit my paperwork until March 19th (4 weeks after purchse), and that the paperwork they submitted was incomplete.The inefficiency has created an entirely new headache for me, as if buying cars wasnt already a headache.

If possible I would give 0 stars.If you are a Indian never go there.The sales person prejudged that I am not going to buy.He was not interested even in talking to us. Told us to chose the car from the lot buy our self and he cant guide us. After we chose the car, he wanted us to sign the credit application before we talk anything else.His behavior and response to each of our doubt was humiliating.He asked more question to us than a immigration officer and wanted to me show proof. All these questions he asked was before even we decide which car. I had enough, bid good bye.I straight away went to other maker near by and bought the car right away and drove home the same day. Thanks to him for humiliating me and my friends.I can even tell the name of the sales guy, but he should be a family and I dont want to spoil his career.

Please fire Tito Perez - worst salesperson ever! I was looking to buy a new Honda Accord and emailed them to see if they have the model I was looking for and to get a quote. A sales representative named Tito Perez replied asking me which city I live in (without any explanation). Although I found it weird, I replied with my city (I assumed this had something to do with taxes). After that he just started insulting me! He just started throwing random numbers and mocking emails. First I thought there was some confusion regarding the model, but then it was clear that he was straight up being rude and insulting! This is no way to behave to a customer in any setting! I can understand if he didnt wanna discuss that through email (like many dealers do). He couldve just asked me to come over or talk on the phone! I cant understand why someone would hire this guy as a salesperson. No wonder this dealership has the worst rating in the area. Avoid this place at all costs!!

Great service. You typically get good service at most Hondas but this one is by far the best. I went in there without an appointment and even though they had a line they were very quick about it. Alex was great and very helpful. The cherry on the cake was that they paid for a lyft to take me to the office from their service center and back to pick my car up once it was done. So efficient and very quick. I’ll be a lifelong customer for this kind of service

Wife just leased a Honda Clarity. Huge mistake for a variety of reasons. First and foremost, is instruction oh the nuances of an electric car and getting the electric charge card to use charging stations. The Dublin Honda team actually have no idea how to teach a new owner how to work and manage a hybrid car.I strongly urge your organization to prepare an instruction manual and go over every operational item of your similar hybrid car.I can honestly say our next car or mini suv just might be a Toyota, and not Honda # 6 from Dublin Honda.Best of luck to you and your staff. I hear only good things about your dealership.That was what I told Dublin Toyota this AM.Their instruction by their “expert” Tito was useless, as was his general knowledge of the electric car.My advice to the ownership is to get Honda Training team to your facility fast.Oh we still don’t have our license plates or the rubber floor mats that were promised to us.As soon as we can get out of this lease we will!!This dealership has no clue about electric hybrids.And the irony is, that was our 5th Honda from this dealershipOh, and our lastDublin Toyota, here I come.

Had a poor experience when I called Dublin Honda. Last month, I was planning to buy Honda Civic 2017 4 door. I called the dealership to ask about the price. The representative was impolite and told me to do my survey in the market in other agencies and then get back to them regarding the price. The salesperson was acting as if he is doing me some favor by selling the car. He said we are big dealers and that we will discuss about the price once you come over to the showroom. The overall experience was extremely poor and I felt disrespected. I ended up buying my car from Honda of Stevens Creek. The staff there was extremely friendly and the sales person had good knowledge about the car. At the delivery, he explained me each and every feature of the car. Dublin Honda not recommended at all.
