Purchased my first hatchback and couldn’t be more satisfied. The service at this place was AMAZING!!! I work in Ashland KY and Toy Barn is located 2 1/2 hours away. I didn’t get off work until 5, so I got there after closing, but Chris Scott waited till I got there even after hours. The car was cleaned inside and out. The service at this dealership is like no other!!! I highly recommend!!! And ask for Chris Scott!! Thank you again for a great experience and will be recommending to all friends and family.

Came to Toy Barn because my cousin had a good experience buying his 435i there. Though I didnt end up purchasing the vehicle I test drove at Toy Barn, the experience was phenomenal. Greg my sales specialist was great and knowledgeable. Aftermarket tuner options are available, they took good care of me. If it wasnt for finding a rare trim package out of state, I would have bought my BMW at Toy Barn.

Purchased a used 2018 Audi RS5 from the dealership about a month ago and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience! Came up from Dayton, OH to check out a few cars I had seen on their website. I did not have an appt but was met by a sales rep as we walked in who was more than happy to help! Rep’s name is Chris Scott. Chris arranged for us to test drive a few different cars and was very patient with us as I asked to “re-test drive” one of them again (after it had already been put away). When it came down to the time to talk numbers, Chris treated us very fairly and I felt incredibly valued by the whole experience and that I got a great deal on a great car! Couldn’t be more impressed with their whole team.Met the owner of the dealership who also seemed to be a great man. The finance guy we worked with was a really kind and thoughtful person as well. I have to say, for a dealership specializing in such high end cars, their whole vibe there is way more down to earth than I expected it to be.Fast forward a little bit and I reached out to Chris about a second key for my car as he wasn’t able to find a second one the day I bought it. Turns out they didn’t have one. Chris offered to take care of it for me even though it was not part of our agreement in the sales documents. I was VERY impressed by his willingness to back what he said when I bought the car and it just further showed how committed they are to honoring their customers. They have earned a customer for life from me.

A fun place to go and check out cars. They are always family-friendly (never seen a minivan on the lot though). Lately, I think their prices are a bit high, and sometimes the history of a car is questionable. However, if you know what to look for, you can find a nice car. Its probably the most visited dealer in the state. They have a great selection.

I took my Land Rover to Toy Barn for service this morning and the customer service I received was phenomenal. Travis and Lamar were knowledgeable, friendly, honest and had the issue fixed very quickly. Hands down this is the best service I have received from a car dealership ever. I am now a customer for life.On top of Travis & Lamars great service-I am also in the market to buy a new car for my daughter who is about to turn 16 and they both offered me great advice on buying and gave me details about a few cars on their lot.So, not only will I be back for all my service in the future, I will be back to buy my next new car from the Toy Barn thanks to their outstanding customer service. Im writing this today because of the care and disrespect that my son received from your establishment. Dec 9th my son Virsna, had an appointment to tint his 2 door car. Reminding you that I purchased the vehicle from the Toy Barn some years back. My son arrived and there was a gentleman that stated that the service department was backed up and that they were going to push his appointment time back and that if it were going to be done on the 9th it would be rushed. My son said that it would be ok to have the car stay and tinted the next day. The gentlemen by the name of Brian said it would be done in the morning. The following day which would be the 10th, no call was received. Virsna called the Toy Barn several times to the point he was hung up on and a young lady stating its you again? The 3rd day which would make it the 13th now, the gentlemen Brian questioned my son and asked him IF HE HAD A WARRANT? UNBELIEVABLE!! Im appalled at the questioning of whether my child has a record or not? Wait...it gets better. My son explained that he works full time at USPS and needed a vehicle. A rental was offered, with only 200 miles per day. No one took into account how near or far my son lives from the Toy Barn, nor how near or far he works. UNBELIEVABLE! Within minutes of my son Virsna driving off and headed to work he received an email stating that his car was ready. He had already taken a day off work and needed to head back to work so was unable to come back. The 4th day now, an email was sent at 4:36 Pm stating that the rental car needed to be returned by 5pm or that he was going to be charged! No way to treat anyone, especially a paying customer. UNBELIEVABLE! After I myself, speaking with the GM, whom had no knowledge of any of this, was able to meet my son at his place of work to drop off his car and returning of the rental car. Once the car was dropped off my son noticed the tint job was terrible. Pictures will be attached to see for yourself. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Im appalled and disturbed at the way my son was treated. I havent been able to rest thinking that another adult would question my son if he had a warrant or not, is it because of brown skin that he was asked? Is it beacuse of how old you assumed he was? I can almost say for a fact thats not a standard question that you all ask EVERYONE on a daily basis....so why my son? Im really not understanding.... The tint job that was poorly and toally below acceptable standard. Asking if You have a warrant? is highly disrespectful and should led to some serious retraining at the very least, and termination at most. Customer service was hostile from the begining ..is this the standard of care at your establishment? if this is how you run your business, then I highly suggest shutting down because treating customers with such discrimatory language is rude and illegal since 1964 under the AntiDiscrimination Act.I look forward to speaking with you.

You got to love the professionalism of this company, were looking to buy a fairly expensive car and their salesman reach out with a very compelling email, two words still interested? BTW this is the second time he reached out with those two words (alone), and when I did have questions he still barely responded. Now were in a tough spot, we still really want a McLaren, but cant find any others (this model) currently for sale Ohio, but really dont want to support theses guys anymore either.

Buyer Beware! If I could give 0 stars I would. The car is great, but this dealership runs like theyve never sold a car before. Stay away from Ryan Getz if you end up purchasing something from them.I have had multiple issues transferring registration over even after two months have passed since I purchased the car. They keep giving me hoops to jump through and we still dont get anywhere. I learned this by looking at the Ohio BMV site and discovering the registration was still tied to my old car. I was then told my wife had to stop in and sign something, which she did. When I asked for an update I was finally told they couldnt transfer this. AFTER, I asked multiple times to make sure this would resolve the issue. This also never came up at time of sale.In addition, they snuck in gap coverage when selling me the car and tried to get $1,000 from me for something I didnt need. I had to request to have this removed. Watch up when they rush you through paperwork at the end of the day. They will try to pull one over on you.They also gave me two keys for the car that did not function. After bringing them in the service manager laughed and said the sales guy should have never said they could re-program the keys. Another stop at the dealer thats 25 minutes away to be told they couldnt do as promised. I had to take them to Byers to have this fixed because they were incapable.This has been the worst experience Ive ever had buying a car, and some of this still isnt resolved 2.5 months after purchase. Unbelievable.If you find yourself purchasing something from these amateurs, I hope you have better luck than I did.

This is an amazing place and not just because of the amazing cars! I took my sons last Saturday evening, they enjoy looking at all the amazing cars on display (I do too...). While we were there we met Jeff, the sales manager. He was unbelievably gracious and welcoming even though we were only there to look. When you get first class customer service and youre not even a customer you know the business is being run by people who get it. My experience at Toy Barn was amazing! I went to look at the exotic and rare cars that you don’t see everyday! The selection was great, even better when I walked upstairs I was greeted by a man named Shawn Cunix he is the owner and CEO of Toy Barn. He shook my hand and talked to my dad and I and took time out of hist day to talk to us for awhile! We talked cars and he told us his story, he is one of the most humble, generous and most true people I have ever met, which you would not expect from an owner of an exotic car dealership! The absolute worst sales experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. If it were possible to leave no stars, this dealership would have it. Began communicating through their online chat discussing a vehicle in their inventory with the “sales manager” Gregory McDevitt.After an extensive amount of chasing him down just to speak, he began estimating my trade in which took about a day in itself. The following day, I was given value and I began playing phone tag yet again chasing him instead of the opposite. Finally received a phone call back and processed a deposit on the vehicle to prevent losing it. I was even given the story of “the previous owner was trying to buy it back from them, but we told them we were in a deal with you” story.Placed the money down with my credit card over the phone, and shared the good news with my family that the vehicle was secure now with the deposit. This is was according to McDevitt that we could relax and come in when it worked out best for us at this point. Began dinner for the night with the family and received a phone call from McDevitt and he says, “You’re never going to believe this, when I processed your payment, another salesman came running up to me saying he was working a deal with this vehicle currently.”I said, so we were not in a deal ourselves and you didn’t notify your salesmen beneath you of our process? I received the response, let me talk to my boss and see what I can do for you. Again, I had to chase him down to speak again and he chose to respond by text, “sorry I have my buyers on finding you another one.”This was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a business. Days go by after, and no call from “sales manager” McDevitt. I try to contact, no luck. He responds one random night by text and says “Im on it.” Weeks then go by and absolutely no response.I go to another dealership at this point, and they had what I needed within days on a dealer trade and actually provided me with water, coffee and even offered food. I told them about their service being the direct opposite to my recent experience. Their response was you aren’t the only one that has said that about the Toy Barn. This statement in itself spoke volumes. If you want to chase the worst experience of your life, head to the toy barn website or their “sales manager.”

I drove up from Cincinnati for a great deal on a Mercedes S Class. They made a great offer on my old BMW and I traded it in which I did not expect to do; and everything went really smooth. My sales agent Jeffrey Warrington was great. That is one hard working Dude right there and he went way out of his way to take care of me. I really recommend these guys they did a great job. The car I bought was immaculately detailed and I couldnt be more happy with the deal made.

Be careful if you are having the vehicle shipped without going to see the vehicle in person first. I purchased a 2016 Tesla Model X back in 2020, Pavel was the salesman helping me out. I was sent multiple photos of the interior and exterior of the vehicle and shown videos, none of which showed the damages that the vehicle had. Huge gashes in the leather, and small crack in the windshield, and scratches all over the back of the seats...none of which were mentioned when I asked if there was anything wrong with the car. When the vehicle was received after I had it shipped in California, I was absolutely shocked to find the damages! I was told I would be taken care of, but theyve simply stopped replying to me. Going forward I recommend only buying vehicles if you are in the state and can physically inspect the car before making a purchase. This was during covid where that wasnt possible for me.

Brian “the Bull” came to the rescue and fixed my Mercedes C 300 in which I purchased from Toy Barn. Two other locations were not able to fixed the mechanical issue. Service was excellent and Brian was very personable. I have bought alot of cars over the years. By far this was the best buying experience. Jeff ( my salesman) was not only extremely knowledgeable about the cat I bought. He went out of his way to make the feel welcome. The deal I made was by far better than any other dealer I dealt with. Mamoon (the credit manager) also went out of his way to get the best interest rates. He also meet with me after hours to do the paperwork. Knowing I had a long ride home the next day.All in all I could not be happier.

This dealership is by far the best car shopping experience I have ever had!Browsing their website one day I saw an immaculate 2011 Audi S5. So upon calling and inquiring about the car, Frank (one of the best salespeople there) had let me know that it was still available and scheduled me same day to check it out. This car was pristine had all service records in the carfax from audi dealerships. After completion of the test drive, Frank was informative, understanding, and completely transparent and thorough in the application process all the way to completion. His finance guy Mamoon (sorry if I butchered that) was as experienced as they came and got me through the process without skipping a beat! These guys were above and beyond in every aspect and Chris (I believe he is the sales manager) is one of the best people you will ever meet. These 3 guys stayed past closing to make sure everything was squared away. Honestly I cant look at any dealership the same as they have exceeded all other dealers I have came across and have earned my business for life.Fast forward a few days later and a CEL light came on so I made a call and they offered to take care of it seeing how the car was just purchased recently. Even the service process was astonishing. Frank kept in contact with me to see how it was going and if I was taken care of (mind you this is after the purchase was made). The service department was swift in ordering and diagnosing what I needed. And Chris in service (I hope I spelled that right) was very polite and made the check-in process easy. I took the car in at 10:15 AM and they had it serviced, washed, and back out to me by 11:45 AM. Their mechanics are some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and the process was so smooth.So if you are looking for a great reliable car that WILL check all of your boxes off, go to Toy Barn as they are the best as they come in every aspect of the car buying experience. We recently had our allroad totaled due to an accident with a deer and were on the hunt for a replacement. We drove all over Ohio and, Indiana looking for another allroad or an A5. Toy Barn had by far the cleanest and mechanically sound pre-owned out there. On top of that Ryan was a Rockstar working with us and even staying late to make sure we walked away with the A5 we came to look at. The whole process was a refreshing no pressure situation that weve all become used to when shopping for a car. Toy Barn staff as a whole have been awesome to work with. They will definitely be our first stop for future auto purchases.

Just bough a vehicle from the dealership, through Sales Manager Chris Scott. Overall, the experience was great. I needed some time to check out and drive various models before I settled on one, and Chris helped me every step of the way. There was no pressure to buy everything I drove, and once I found the one I wanted to buy, the rest of the process was very smooth.Overall, Id recommend the dealership to anyone with interest in the types of vehicles they sell.As far as the car, Ive only had it for 1 day, so I will update this review if there are any issues down the line. Chris assured me that their inspection process was very comprehensive, and that my original manufacturers warranty would be very much intact. If that holds true, this dealership will have my business for life.

Cautionary tale about this car and this dealership.Here are the facts: I purchased a 2012 Audi Q5 from Toy Barn in May of 2017. My mechanic performed regular oil changes and maintenance on it. However, I found myself adding more and more oil in between oil changes. In May of 2019 I was told by two separate mechanics that I would need a new engine.The problem can certainly be pinned on Audi for building a defective engine, but fault also lies in Toy Barn for selling a vehicle that they almost certainly knew had an issue before selling it to me. Their customer service is great, but their underlying values seem corrupt. I would suggest only buying from this place if you want a high-end vehicle that works when you buy it but may have severe problems in the near future.My vehicle worked for two years before I needed to replace the engine. The graph below shows each time I had to add a quart of oil during those two years. You decide if it had oil consumption issues before I purchased it.

I normally do not write reviews but I had the most fantastic experience buying my first new(er) car here. I saw a mustang in their inventory that caught my eye so I gave them a call. Scott the sales manager picked up and agreed to meet with me later that day. I came in, test drove the car, and ended up driving it home a couple hours later. Scott and one of his associates were even so kind as to tail me home in my old car while I got to drive my new one. I feel very fortunate to have bought my first car here as the whole process from start to finish was so easy and I felt very welcomed the entire time. It’s been a few weeks and everything is great with the car, I truly can’t recommend this place enough based on the experience I had! Thank you Scott for the sweet Mustang!!!

My partner and I bought a used wrangler from them, about 2 weeks later the “check engine” light came on. We took the wrangler into the service department and Zach took care of us. We figured out that it was the transmission that was going bad later that day, they said that they will take care of us. They will make sure to get the insurance we purchased involved in everything and see if they cover it. First we were in a loaner car that was a sedan, and it was great so clean and nice. But Our only concern was that the light came on In The wrangler about 3 days before a big trip to Tennessee into the mountains. Zach said that wasn’t a problem and he would work something out. The next day they gave us a car OFF THE LOT that had AWD to use and take to Tennessee. No questions asked. We are blown away by the amount of customer service Toy Barn has to offer. Not to mention they saved us money after reviewing the paperwork we signed. I would highly, highly recommend Toy Barn to anyone.

I planned to buy my parents a fun little convertible for the holidays. Found a reasonably priced BMW 3 series they both fell in love with. I called to confirm the vehicle was available and confirmed a same day appointment to come see it and (if all went well) purchase it cash. I asked very clearly for a courtesy call if the car was sold. I was assured by the salesperson that they wouldn’t do that because I was coming in so soon. In his words “I’m looking at the car now, can’t wait for you to see it.”I was not asked for a deposit.Picked my parents up, drove them 40 minutes to make the 4pm appointment. Stood around being ignored for 15 minutes until the person we were to meet with, Sam, came up to tell me they were selling the car as we spoke.I don’t believe this is Sam’s fault and he seemed genuinely bad about the situation. He mentioned they ask for deposits to hold cars, which I would’ve been happy to do. Sam asked if I’d like to talk to the GM, but I declined because short of stopping a sale, there was nothing to gain.I understand I wasn’t coming in to purchase a 100k car and I didn’t expect a red carpet reception, but common courtesy is not above anyone. My experience buying my Audi S7 from Toy Barn years back was completely different. I can sadly only assume they start caring when the price tag is worth their time.Onward to find the parents another fun car for their retirement. I won’t be looking at Toy Barn again.

I was 100% satisfied with the transaction, on-line communication, Pavel the salesperson I worked with and most important the car I purchased. Everything was completed on line and by phone with Pavel. The on-line photos were exceptional. I asked Pavel for a few other details and photos and he was quick to response, When I flew out to dealer to pickup the car Pavel went though the car in detail but he also took the time to show me around the dealer. The dealer is named correctly, it is a fantastic toy barn and the cars were fun to look at and tale about with Pavel. He is a serious car guy and knows his stuff.

Came down early march with my son to finalize a purchase and pickup of a 2011 Creme White P911 and after we BOTH booked flights, and hotel to spend the weekend and pick up our vehicle, we found out it was promised (and sold) to someone else the month prior. They then tried to sell me a way more expensive model, that we had no interest whatsoever in. Out thousands and cant say enough bad things about them. Stay more than 6ft from them, theyre worse than covid.

Inquired about a vehicle that was listed “for sale” on their website and all of the larger vehicle websites. Associate responded promptly and explained that the car was “in route” to the dealer and “I would have pictures coming my way soon”. A few days later I received a text from the associate stating that “the vehicle was sold” and it was now “no longer coming to the dealership”. Complete waste of my time and somewhat underhanded in my opinion. Here is a new concept, DO NOT ADVERTISE VEHICLE THAT YOU DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE!

I bought a 2012 Audi A7 from them a couple weeks ago, and the exhaust started making a strange tapping sound after some exuberant driving. I took it in and they gave me the courtesy BMW to drive as they were diagnosing and working on mine. It was a flex downpipe that was a little too loose (there is no way they could have seen that on an inspection). They asked if I wanted the OEM or the performance replacement and I opted for the performance option. They didnt charge me for anything, and Im back in the fast lane. Zack and the service team are awesome.

The staff at Toy Barn are some of the most knowledgable, genuine, and hard-working people I have come across in the industry and Ive been through the doors of countless dealerships around America. They go out of their way to make sure youre treated right and never taken advantage of. Their vehicles are fairly priced and always great quality.Most of the negative reviews on here are from young fans (who have never done business with Toy Barn) of a YouTube channel who falsely accused Toy Barn and its staff of negatively treating them and taking advantage of them. The YouTube video, which has since been deleted, spewed exaggerations and lies about the service at Toy Barn for views without providing any evidence whatsoever.Coming from someone who has gotten to know most of the leadership and sales team well, I can tell you this is a top-quality dealership. The staff acts with integrity and truly cares for their clients. I highly recommend Toy Barn to anyone in the market for a high quality preowned vehicle - you will not be disappointed.

Strange experience....we drove up to the Toybarn from Louisville (3 hours), so we are serious buyers, to see a 2017 Maserati Granturismo Sport SE we had been watching on line for a bit. The price had dropped several times to $70,600. We were greeted by a sales rep who was expecting us since we had called prior to our visit. He was courteous and friendly. We inspected the car and drove the car. There were a number of issues we found including the steering wheel not centered; drivers window tint separating; numers scratches and a defect in the clear coat on the hood; a missing seat trim piece. We felt ok with making an offer of $65,500. The sales person said we dont negotiate but hen said we might be able to do $69,000 and went to talk to someone. He came back and there was no room for negotiation so we left. About the time we were almost home we received a voice message from the manager saying to call him back to see if we can work something out. I called and spoke with the sales rep who seemed mad that we had been contacted. He did not call back. We called the general manager and left messages and he never called back. In the end we ended up buying the same car in Albany, NY for the $65,500 we offered the Toybarn and the car we bought is so much better. Maybe we should send a thank you car to the Toybarn since we didnt buy the not as good car. The other thing that is disappointing and a negative for the Torybarn is, while we were at looking at the GT I told the salesman I have a friend who is looking for an Aston Martin in the 2015 range. We would not recommend the Toybarn to our friend because of our experience. Also, as a side note....they still have the GT we looked at.
