That’s weird After being turned down at the other ups store down the street, these guys shipped the package with a hand written ups label like every other ups store I have been too. Hmm. I’m coming here from now on. Thanks Riverton ups store for nothing

The young, red headed girl that works there is incredibly disrespectful to customers. Acts put out and annoyed by everything and is so rude. Second time I have dealt with her and the same result. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with her attitude.

I love this place! The lady that helped me really knows her stuff. Theyre fast and friendly and a great price! I come here every time. Skip USPS and come here for sure.

The owner will nickle and dime you to print off labeling from Amazon (even though Amazon has agreements to pay for shipping and labeling) and pay for the paper to print.$2 for computer use.$.15 for paper.Felt very cheap and not customer care friendly.I did give one additonal star for speedy process.

I was surprised the only covid precautions were a note on the door and stickers on the floor. Shame on this business. On the door it says only 5 customers at a time. No one was enforcing this. At one point there were 12 people in this tiny store. I stood outside to wait thinking others would follow my lead. No one was wearing a mask. Not the customers or the employees. Nothing was disinfected while I was there. Not the counter, the Visa machine or the pen. I wish I would have turned around and left this establishment. I appreciate their doors being open but would prefer to support businesses who care about customers, safety procedures and employees. So many businesses are struggling right now and would follow precautions to be able to open their doors. It’s sad a mandatory business can’t follow them. I will not return or support them anymore.

The team that works here is unreal! There has never been a challenge that Ive given that they havent superceded my expectations. This location has become my home office away from home on most days. Brad and Liz are always cheerful, efficient and work very hard for every customer that walks in. The way their brains can multitask is incredible. I am a small business owner and have always appreciated this branch and all the employees who work here that go out of their way often to help me get my work done on time and looking for professional. This review is years overdue, and Id write the same review for the Sandy location off of 11400 S. Bill is the owner and he trains a group of great individuals at all of his locations that are loyal and trustworthy. Thank you guys! Youre the best!

I have been at this UPS in Draper at the Hidden Valley shopping center many times. All the times I have stopped in they were under staffed and staff were stress out (and on the cranky side). Out of all the UPS stores in the area, this is my favorite. However, I would rather go out of my way to go a FedEx Ship Center instead.

I had to wait longer than usual as did about 5 other people but when I was waited on they did a fast and efficient job. The cost is extremely expensive.

That gal at the desk was very efficient and helpful. The store was about to close and yet she stayed to help the line of remaining customers that kept walking in.

Dont expect your packages to go out the same day you drop them off. The driver may or may not take your packages depending on his mood. I frequently have packages sit around for days after I drop them off before they are picked up.
