Ordered carpet through Lowes and UCG Flooring installed it as the independent contractor. All billing was through Lowes but the installer did a great job and left us the leftover carpet. No complaints.

Contractor came to my residence to measure sqft for laminate flooring through Lowes.. Not once did this contractor check the cement slab for any sort of slope or sinking..The next day i go to Lowes to schedule the install and UCG is requiring 3500 extra for the concrete slab which they NEVER looked at, never brought up during the measurements.. Bad business practices.. If you are going to bid a job, DO IT RIGHT! If you as a company got burned in the past because of poor practices, you shouldnt pass that experience on to the customer..
