Let me just say , Mountain west, Went more than professional and careful with my walls and floor . I Got my complete kitchen and rest rooms done on time and I have not one complaint other than ,professional Yes they are! Great job !! And I like to get my cabin done next spring. Thanks guys.

They literally do not respond. Not to text, email, phone calls. The only success Ive had is literally walking in, in person. They dont answer cells or the main office line. Pretty frustrating since I live 30 minutes away.

I went to them to get my countertop purchase and installed however the job was cancelled last minute because what they quoted was different than what was actual. I was promised to get my deposit back three different times however the owner would not return my deposit even after 3rd week. Still waiting for my deposit back.
