Over the past 10 years i had hundreds of transactions and worked with many different escrow companies all over CA,however this is the worst escrow company that i have ever worked with, very old fashion work style, the entire company is running by one person which have requested documents after closing of escrow multiple times via email and have never received a response, they dont respond to email dont answer the phone and dont provide customer service all they care about is Money.
