This was the worst escrow experience. Dena Hoss was our escrow officer. Just a few items that occurred: my client was insulted by escrow, there was no communication between escrow and my client, the clients lender and me, its tough to get them to answer the phone and, when they do, there is always a number of excuses on why something hasnt been completed. Also, one would be lucky if you get a response to your email or questions/status and, if you do receive a response, its vague and does not really address the issue. I struggled to get a special performed - had to work with the lender and title directly to make this work and received ample push back from escrow. The escrow officer does not arrive to work until around 10-10:30am even though it was known that we were performing a special. Escrow drew up an amendment two days after closing addressing an item regarding the commission disbursement (that was provided to them weeks prior) and stated that they emailed it to my broker - He received nothing. We received this excuse only after we followed up five business days after closing requesting the closing package and check. We finally received the commission check nine days after closing - no closing statement though. The lack of acumen and knowledge about a transaction is stunning. I highly recommend avoiding this escrow company.

I Sold my house through them. They are the most incompetent, Unprofessional Company Ive ever dealt with. From the very beginning starting with Bad Communication. Not responding to emails, or taking all day to send needed forms. Right up to the very end taking 5 days to wire final funds. Then waiting until the end of the 6th day only to wire to the wrong acct # to not fixing it right away the next day. I am speechless at the things they have screwed up. Its an escrow Company. You dont send that kind of money to the wrong place. I can only assume that they are incredibly incompetent. Based on my experience with them. I Would Not! recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst Escrow office, please go elsewhere. Denna and Craig are very unprofessional not only to say Craig is the owner of this escrow company and he also works for Ticor Title....SCAM SCAM SCAM I had a second loan in my prior home they both said this loan did not exist and I didn’t owe it. How did it slipped, I don’t know if it show in the preliminary all along. Due to their negligence I am in a huge messed thanks to both of them!
