I have been coming to this shop for about 15 years now . . . . In my opinion, they are one of the last honest mechanics left in the business. They are very well family oriented. I have trusted them with my car, my wifes car, and all my family comes here as well . . . . They are always able to accurately diagnose any issues and are fairly affordable.

This has been my go to mechanic shop. Very professional and they really know their stuff. Like all businesses there’s room for improvement however you know your car will be fixed and safe to use.

Unprofessional and unfair shop. A buddy of mine was getting an engine rebuilt to have forged internals. Car was running completely fine before until my buddy got his car back. Off the bat, you can tell the car was not running well with excessive vibration from the engine. The shop did not balance the crankshaft and refuses to fix it unless my buddy pay additional cost. This would not be necessary if the engine work was professionally done in the first place. I usually like to support small businesses, but be careful doing business with this shop.

As a female is very hard to find a shop were people are trustworthy and honest. Brought my car here for some repairs because of a horrible noise it was making. Of course this is going to sound cliche but I know nothing about cars. They seemed nice and I thought I could trust them, but I received my vehicle back the first couple of days it worked fine than the noise came back and it was worse. I took it back and they said I must have not been driving the car correctly. How do you drive a car correctly? The guy made a sexist joke about girls not knowing how to drive. They refused to repair my vehicle or refund me my money. He told me to go somewhere else if I wasnt happy. Very upset that mechanics think that it is ok to take advantage of females because its true most of us dont know much about fixing our cars. But this is the reason we take our business to someone that we trust will know what they are doing and will be honest and not take advantage. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Please dont do business with them.

Horrible service was promised to have my car fixed didn’t, they didn’t keep the promise they messed up kept the money and betrayed the trust, no one should be treated like that here. Go somewhere else better yet learn how to fix your own car like I did. Scam artists here.

I brought my car in for an engine rebuild and they did a terrible job. They forgot to balance the crankshaft even though the part said it needed to be done. Now the car shakes vigorously when you drive it. I will need to take the car to another shop to get it fixed since they refused to compensate me for it or fix it. Avoid this place and find somewhere else to get your car fixed.

Amateur hour at soto auto repair. Shoddy work done, with somehow even worse customer service. Youd expect a small shop to take pride in their work and customer experience, but not here. Highly recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere to recieve a proper experience!

Really bad service and not nice people I cant belive i was whit an old friend an old woman she had a big nail in the tire.. there its a big sign tires shop too, before go in the freeway 105 we came to this place i speak to the gay there in spanish if he can repair tires he just answer in english givin me directtions to other place, i ask him why you have a sing out if they dont repair tires or sale he say we repair but we dont have on the machine to fix it, well if you dont have some service because are lazy to do it maybe must take out sings to dont make waste time drivers i was really upset because some peopple dont care their jobs and less the safety of custumers when have risk to go in freways and need the service, real crap place
