My truck was stolen and needed repair: ignition and steering column and cluster board replacement. To save cost, they researched to find my parts such as the cluster board. Kept me abreast of the situation and worked with me to keep cost down So happy I found them. Highly recommend them. Josh is the person who worked with me.

Great place to get a smog check from a star station. They had a coupon I was able to get online. Came on a Friday morning, and they got me in and out quickly (was about 20-25 mins to get it done). Will look to used again in 2 years when I need to smog my CRV again.

I started having a transmission fluid leak after only going for a smog test. I have never had a transmission leak on my 2005 chevy blazer for over 7 years. I noticed that for some odd reason my transmission fluid was over filled above the hot line when I check it this morning while cold. I wouldnt trust this shop.

This is the most honest and trustworthy mechanic shop Ive been to in a LONG time. They always treat me with respect and give me straight information as well as different options with more than reasonable pricing. The quality of work is unmatched; my car is running like new. Attentive staff though Restroom needed refreshing when I visited.

They told me to change my filter back to factory so it can pass smog but never advised me not to disconnect battery and now they say I have to drive atleast 500 miles and have to pay again for a smog.

Went for a smog check on a new used car that I purchased and repaired. I paid and my car did not pass because the computer had just been reset, (car needed to be driven to check all systems.) They give a free retest, or so thats what I was told.After driving the car enough my check engine light came on. Turns out there were two sensors that were bad and needed to be replaced. By the time I did that then had to drive the car again because the computer was reset again, it was just short of 1 month before I got back for the retest.Turns out you only have 10 days for the retest. JJs employee noticed that my receipt did not have the stamp that he said they put on all receipts for cars that do not pass...... FREE RETEST ONLY GOOD FOR 10 DAYSSo being that this was not stamped on my paperwork I never seen it and did not know. JJ was not in and the employee said to come back the next day and talk to him to see if hell honor the retest because they failed to tell me.Anyway a short story longer. I seen JJ and he would not honor the retest and I had to repay again. Even after I explained to him that I am homeless and I just got a job and purchased this car for work, and Im just starting to get back on my feet.... He still would not honor the retest, claiming that I should have seen the sign. The sign is on the inside wall of the waiting area approximately 10 feet above the ground and above a door frame. If you go in and out youll never even bother to look up there. He still made me repay.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONSAND UNWILLING TO ADMIT HIS ERROR AND NOT RECHARGE ME FOR THE TEST.

Please retrain your mechanics on how to be careful with other peoples cars after I left i noticed they messed up my hood from the mechanic not knowing how to close it he kept slamming it a bunch of times when I left it was loose and wobbly and they also left a scratch on Car that I had just washed the night before and didn’t say anything

Today at about 5pm (Thursday) I was driving home from work in the city of Orange. CHAPMAN and MAIN street were the major cross streets. Hope you get to the bottom of this rude man.Your company truck almost got in my lane. I moved to the next lane same thing happened again. Drove up to see BOTH men on their cell phones. I honked my horn warning them to get off their cell phones. Your driver was looking on his!! .. he sped up as I pulled in the island SUPER CLOSE to my car to try and scare me then pulled infront of me made a u turn and I was able to snatch a photo.I DO NOT appreciate men who decide to put other lives in danger because their on their cell phones which is against the law. This represents YOUR COMPANY.Hope you have a good talk with your employees to OBEY THE LAW and control his anger when driving when it clearly IS HIS FAULT for scrolling on his phone and driving. Surprised the passenger was on his phone like nothing was happening.Ridiculous.

They try to steal $350 from me just because they couldnt see the catalyctic number on my truck doing a Smog check star certification, they said they could find it but it would cost me $350........ My mechanic used a sand paper and found it for free, i showed them and still they said they need to see it physically....... But still try acting like they could see it (2) of them 😠😠😠😠😠😠 not recommended to come here!!!!!

Went to change a coolant hose on a Nissan pathfinder than ran under the manifold. They changed it for $400. Then truck started vibrating badly. Took it back and said spark plugs went bad. Charged me for that. Truck started shaking again, this time with a bad noise. I stopped driving, towed it to a specialist, and told me the engine went bad. That someone dropped something into the engine. Jj will not take responsibility for their mistakes. Now I have i spend $2000 for another engine. Incompetent mechanics. Avoid this place.

I pulled up around noon on a Saturday to get by brakes done. After finding the owner, I noticed he was working hard over a BBQ, he then proceeded to offer me a giant carne asada taco and a coke. The service only got better when he gave me a great price for my brakes and an oil change. In my opinion this is exactly what a local garage should be; honest people, doing honest things,serving up honest prices with a side of tacos.
