The entire team possesses very good people skills and customer service. During a recent visit, I was getting an oil leak repaired on my car. While there, their pointed out that my tires were dry rotted and it would be dangerous to continue driving on them. I bought in my tire protection plan, thinking my old tires were still under warranty. What Mario, the Store Manager taught me, was that the previous place sold me brand new tires that had been sitting in a warehouse for over a year. Not only, did Mario, Jennifer and Lou help me buy some new tires, but they taught me what to look for to make sure I get exactly what I am paying for......brand new tires!!!. Additionally, I had to leave my car overnight and catch the bus back to South Central. Lou ran after me, offering to give me a ride home thinking I live in the area. I was very grateful and impressed that he was willing to give and old disabled veteran a ride home. They won me over and I encourage anyone looking for a team to work on your car as though it was theirs, to give this store a shot to take care of your car needs. You wont be dissappointed!!!

Bernice and Eric provided me with STELLAR customer service. Eric gave a detailed diagnostic test on my 2007 Chevy truck. He was so thorough and informative. Eric changed the oil using “Synthetic oil” at my request due to high miles and flushed my brake fluid. The price was RIGHT for both services. Being a woman , it’s important when the mechanic is someone that can be trusted! I would definitely RECOMMEND G & R Goodyear for all your car and truck needs! Had a huge advert sign $13.95(approximately) oil change. Turns out its only 4 one specific wt. Because my vehicle has more than 100k miles needs a recommended type of oil. About $40.00. Misleading advertising !

This place has gone bad. Just awful service. Its dirty. No coffee. I asked for Albert the manager and was told i fired him by one of the most rude people I have ever met. Albert the Manager was the reason i went there for 5 years. Him and his team always took care of me. I will find another store.

Always under staff... They told me to come back at three different times and all three times they still couldnt help me because they need workers. Id never waste my time or my gas going back to them.

Am very unhappy with service, my hubby took car in to make sure can drive over 800 miles one way, found out right front tire was ready to blow, told by mechanic in El Paso was lucky made it safely. Then found out today the tires were never rotated as told. How could this happen? have been taking to this place for a very long time, and the kid who took care of the car did NOT do his JOB. REFER TO NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN

Next time update your damn business hours, they ARE NOT open on sundays! We went yesterday waited for no one to show up 👎🏼. Its very important as an owner to make sure you are on tops of things so you have happy customers.

Absolute rip off. They dont tell you that you need special filters or oil ($$$$) until they empty your car. Plus basic oil changes on a new car (first 5000 mile change) takes 2 hours and $185 in up charges (per manufacture recommendation supposedly)

Went in for a 20 dollar oil change at 8am.. its now noon and my car is on the racks and in pieces.They already told me my 2011 needed more work.. funny it didnt make that sound when i came in...Buyer beware... especially be aware of these fake reviews

Horrible customer service!!! Took my truck to get a simple oil change they said it would take 30-40mins. After an hour & 40mins I had to call the location to find out why my truck wasn’t ready, The Who answer placed me on hold & receptionist answered stating it was ready & they’re short handed. I then tried to ask how long it’s been ready but the receptionist hung up. So rude & unprofessional!! When they charge me it was more than what I was first told asked them why & she responded because it needed it. I told her you’re job is to call customers & inform them before you do & if it’s ok! Never going back!

This place sucks I was there for 3 days waiting each of those days I was in there for about 1-5 hours they said they can handle my truck at the end of the day they decided to take it to a other shop ! These guys dont know what there doing plus the Manger there just rips you off I paid 500 just for two Little things that would charge me 80 dollars. they said it was so expensive because I have Warranty I went again and they denied it !
