1st time here and will most likely make it my new and only service location. Staff is very informative and reliable, most importantly very respectful (Ive had not so pleasant experiences elsewhere) I purchased my 4th Nissan vehicle and I am that person that will ONLY have services done at dealership for future mechanical issues if any. I like to let the record show only dealership/certified location has touched the vehicle. (Fingers crossed there arent future issues but just in case)Thank you Julio for being so welcoming and attentive.

Usually this place is alright and on time, but this time was horrible. I went in for a brake check and a brake fluid change.I arrived to my 12:15pm appointment on time. I did not read my car until 5pm after being given an estimated wait time of 2 hours. I did not mind the 2 hour wait, but I was not told the wait time was going to be longer than 2 hours. Usually y’all offer a ride home and I was not offered one. After 2 hours of waiting, I asked about my car and a service employee told me the mechanic was going to take 20-30 more minutes which I did not mind. However, a total of 2 additional hours passed and no updated at all. I had to go outside to the outside desk and ask about my vehicle. The service employee told me he will get my paperwork in 20 minutes which I waited and at this point there was no point in asking for a ride home because I assumed my car was done. 1 last addition hour passed and I had to go outside and ask for my paperwork which was on a pile and my service employee was nowhere in site. I finally got my car and went home after.

Very friendly staff. Frank was very helpful.The mechanic sent me a video of the issues my vehicle had.Will be coming here when my vehicle needs service

Over price for a ac compressor with labor over 1000 dollars for a 2012 nissa smh all bad this ppl took my money for years never again

Contacted this place over a week ago after seeing a vehicle online and hearing they help people with challenge credit.I submit in online inquiry they responded the following day Stephanie did asked a few questions.I told her i would like to submit the application online to discuss qualifications prior to going in person to lot.She said i was more then welcome to do so which i did.A few days past and i got a called from Stephanie saying they had gotten the online application and were working on it she would call me back the following day which she never did.A few days later i get a text very unprofessional saying credit can use some help that i might have some options.I then replied credit can use some help.!This is something i already know but Downey Nissan having good reputation on helping people i said why not give it a try.I then contacted a person that goes by la jalisquilla as she is well known on radio ads in helping people out at downey nissan.I explain to her my situation she said give me your number i will work on your deal tomorrow and contact you she never did.I got a call yesterday 05/05/2020 from this person named jay jay we discuss down payment he said i will work the deal i will contact you asap up until today 05/06/2020 have not heard back since.The point here is that they need to stop lying and wasting people times i understand everyones case loans terms credit may be different but at least just be up front and not give the run around please.This rating is for the Dealership Downey nissan not the service center.

So first of all they are super lazy. I took my pathfinder for service. After my wife got it back she said it sounded different when stepping on gas . I drove it and right away notice something was off. Open hood and saw air filter was not closed at all. When the dealer checked the filter didnt put back together. Then they left the writing on window too. Man downey nissan focuses so much on sales they dont worry about service . I got two recalls on this vehicle lets hope they dont mess up there.

The service department so rude they don’t listens what you in for they just try to take your money when I was there service advisor andres Padilla eating oatmeal meanwhile he helping me out not paying attention what I’m asking him I would never come to this location I’d rather go to Nissan In la puente better customer service they all ways have oil change specials!!!!
