I am in Plano Illinois had a faulty water supply valve to my new refrigerator. Called Romexterra and the mitigation crew, Jose,arrived within a few hours (from Addison). Did an awesome job cleaning up and drying out both kitchen and downstairs bedroom. Next was reconstruction team lead by Jim Pilcher. Jim was as blessing to me, “held my hand” through complete project. All work is totally satisfying and would recommend Romexterra to everyone in need.Thank you to all involved..

After our hail storm in Wheaton a few months ago, the scammers came through in force. After one of them told me our roof needed to be completely replaced, I called our insurance agent, Paul Schuwerk, and asked for a recommendation. He gave me your company name, Romexterra, and Alex Dutas name. In a day or two Alex was out here, inspected the roof and said we had no damage. I asked if he could remove the two tv dishes on the roof, and he promised he would do it. He asked his colleague Charlie to do the job, and he came today and did an excellent job, even taking the dishes away with him. I am so pleased with their work and the special attention both Alex and Charlie gave us. And they both were very pleasant to work with.
