I have been using Ryans Tree Service for years. Our jobs are never very big, but Ryan has always treated us with nothing but the utmost respect. Not to mention the work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

Very friendly Owner. Received updates with photos during the day while I was at work. When I got home from work the trees were gone and my property was nice and clean.

One of their drivers was driving super aggressive, cut us off at a turn when he was in the straight lane and not a turn lane. If theyre this careless driving imagine them dropping a tree on your property.

One of their truck drivers very aggressively cut me off today driving through dover nh. They were driving the company dump truck like it was a racecar. Almost hit me. The guy laughed about it too and flipped me off. Very unprofessional.

Nice enough guy when I met him but behavior did not install confidence in me (i.e. simple directions on where house is, greeting, answers to questions, other than we can do anything you want. .Arrived in flip-flops and convertible for estimate to walk into woods, OK, well perhaps I caught him on vacation. Other guys show up in Pickups with service name on side of truck. OK, no big deal. But I also noticed whenever I called the other guys are in their truck on the road or at the job site. When I called Ryan it was if he was talking from his living room. OK, no big deal.Unclear on how many people work at the company and therefore how many on the job that day. Listings show 1 employee.Price per day was $400 cheaper than other estimates. I know the general price per day as I had tree service done 10 years ago for a 3 person team with equipment. The lower price is good but only if the crew is the same size as the other guys. If one service has 3 guys and his has just 2 then its no savings. I did not get a contract. I waited. I got a call from Timber Tree Service that they had an opening for next day. I called Ryan immediately to see if he still wanted the job.I could not get a professional answer from Ryan as to when he could do it, i.e. a date signed or something more than we probably can do it Friday. Too hot on Saturday (but I know he has a new boat too).And he said, I dont care, you can go with someone else, too its your choice. If someone doesnt care if they have my business before they have it, theyre not going to care during or after. Then he yelled at me.So I I took his advice.Take a chance I guess, perhaps youll have better luck than I did. The price was right and he was not pre-madonna about it like Burkes.
