Beyond satisfied is an understatement! They were quick to come out to do an estimate and when I accepted their bid, they squeezed the job into their busy schedule because one of the trees posed a risk to a neighbors yard. They are in the process of handling other services for our trees as well. Would recommend them for anything you need. And they have certified arborists on staff.

Pro-Cut Tree Service cut down a tree that fell into our privacy fence and damaged a few panels. I called them today, 5/6 around 8:30am. The estimator came to assess the tree, same day at about 9am and around 11:30am a team was here cutting it down. I was absolutely amazed and thankful for their efficiency, price and their ability to get the job done in less then 6 hours of me making the initial call. The team that came out to remove the tree were professional and friendly. Their clean up was exceptional! The receptionist at the office was wonderful and the guy who came to assess the tree was also very professional and friendly (I wish I remembered everyone’s names, I’m terrible at that.) I have no complaints and I am extremely happy with their services! I had originally contacted a different company on 4/13 when the tree actually fell. I was upset with said company, every week I called they continued to put off scheduling a day to come remove the tree. I am so happy I called Pro-Cut Tree Service, had I not, the tree would still be in my yard and on my fence.

Removed 2 tornado damaged trees. Came back and ground 1 stump and repaired lawn damaged by their equipment. Highly recommend

The crew arrived as planned, sawdust was falling 25 minutes later. The guys were very safety oriented. Nothing but sawdust even came close to the house. They left my yard cleaner when they arrived. The only sign they were here was the very clean looking trees. The cost was very reasonable, already planning for another visit to fix other trees.

This company is fantastic. The crew and owner were extremely professional and knowledgeable, great people, and did wonderful work. An extremely well run business - even their truck was immaculate. I cant say enough good things.
