I shop here often, at least twice a week and I have to say the manager is one of the nicest and most helpful people in this place! A few others should take a lesson from this lady, as they are at times rude and seem to be bothered if a customer needs help finding an item. As for the clutter and boxes I have read in others reviews, it helps if you just ask a question as to why and then you will realize that this Store does not have a room for stock so theres no other place but on the floor for it to go. Again the manager deserves much credit due to the fact that shes always there and from what I see the ONLY ONE putting the stock on the shelves. There are plenty of other employees that work there so I have to say to the manager... MAKE THEM EARN THEIR PAYCHECK AND HELP YOU DEAR!!! I was in management for 32 years and all I can say is they wouldnt be working for me very long! It seems the higher ups like DM, and general manager need to acknowledge this manager (Im so sorry I cant remember her name at this time 😟) and give her the credit she so definitely deserves!

I was in line made my purchase had to get a duplicate of something that I purchased. So I paid for my order, as I was coming back with the extra item I already pd for I spotted something else I wanted to purchase. I got back in line, I had 2 people in front of me & approx 4 behind me as I was getting closer to the checkout the manager called on the white lady the ONLY white person in line to come over and be waited on ahead of everyone else in that line! I was highly offended, I left my cart and as I was exiting I SAID what you should have said was next in LINE to which she replied hes finished referring to the man in front of me! I said & so is SHE referring to the white one that she just waited on ahead of everyone else. While getting in my vehicle the next person to exit the store was the white woman that she waited on, then shortly after the black man who was in line ahead of ME! What a disgrace😡😡😡

I like this store a lot. Tons of affordable everyday items. Went specifically for bleach and left with 6 other items. Seasonal/Holiday specific items are great from here, and this place is a hidden gym for common decor for your home. Ive seen some really nice items for great prices.

Love 2 shop there & get all their bargains. People may be busy stocking,but always greet u & say b right there. Cant wait 4 the Kenton store to open!

Love this store always a friendly staff member to greet me as soon as I come in and u instantly feel the love! Always find everything I need and then some! My husband always says how do u spend so much at the DOLLAR store! I said u gotta b kidding right I can shop in there every day! Love it!

Great little store , they have a great selection of merchandise. Prices are great and you can find some real bargains. Some merchandise is even cheaper than the BIG BOX stores.

One of my favorite stores to shop. Very convenient. Prices are not bad. Not handicap accessible due to isles being over crowded. Parking lot not the best either.

I love shopping there , you can go there and sometimes find what you cant find in other stores. Very good and respectful customer service.

Convenient for a quick I forgot... shopping. Sometimes it can be cluttered with items but thats a matter of staffing and time management.

Cleaner better organized than most

Staff was super friendly as they normally are at this location however most of the walk ways were blocked off and tons of boxes everywhere. I know they are getting holiday stuff in but when u cant even get around the store and get to product you need its upsetting

Needs improving organization. Plus cleaning every where shelves nasty. Floors look like never been clear or mopped. When MS. Peggy ran store it was stocked always, clean no dirt an dust on everything that messes up ur clothes.

Mustve been truck day! Boxes everywhere, unable to get down the aisles that I wanted to. There has to be some sort of safety protocol for stocking to avoid consumer injury. Boxes were piled high. (Shrugs shoulders)

The staff is good at helping you and i can find what i need there.

Prices are great, but as with most Dollar generals the aisles are hard to navigate. Unpacked stock blocking access is never a good thing in retail.

Always has just about EVERYTHING my larger family needs and Ms. Kesean is very sweet and helpful

I went around 1030 in the a.m and some aisles were actually closed like the toy aisle, so they could put up all the boxes. Try to explain to a 5 year old why the aisle is closed after promising them to get a toy.

The prices are good and you can get alot of home goods there.

Disgusting store, isles were closed off at random for stocking. I came in for some random kids gifts and was extremely disappointed at the stock they had, even with it being a dollar store. I wouldnt waste your time going here

Store is dirty and product is probably as old as the building itself. Staff was friendly but product was enough to make me not shop here again.

Its ok place to run to when youre just picking up a few things. They dont like customers using digital coupons too much.( DG near Little Caesars)
