The employees were so friendly. 🥰 They actually tried to help US, instead of themselves. (Unlike certain Verizon stores). I would definitely recommend switching to Comcast.

After 6 days of trying to get our Xfinity problem fixed through phone support (which was awful), we went to the xfinitymobile store in Dover, NH. Manuel was AMAZING and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and couldnt have been nicer!!!!!!

I’m very disappointed at the service I received from this Xfinity Store yesterday (4/01/2021) when I was there to drop off my equipment. I already canceled my service via phone with Comcast representative (moving out of the State). I also already initiated the equipment return online. I just need to drop off the equipment.There is a new employee in training. So the guy (I don’t remember his name) who is training the new employee went in details step-by-step how to proceed when someone comes to drop off an equipment.I don’t have any issue with that, because we, as a customer, need Xfinity employees to be well trained so we can receive a great service back.The issue is that that trainer should just for courtesy ask me if it’s ok, if I can allow his just an extra time to give a little training to the new employee, if I have time. I’d gladly said yes. But he took his sweet time, and my time, over 15 minutes to proceed.And at the end he didn’t even say a simple thank you for my patience.I’m a longtime customer of Comcast Xfinity and this is the first time I have to write something negative about customer service.I was disappointed at that store. This needs to be corrected in the future.To be honest and fair, not to punish all workers at that store who are probably doing a great job, I won’t give 1 Star to the Store. I’m going to give it a full 5 Star. But with the hope that they address this particular issue. No

Took walk in customers ahead of me when I had a scheduled appointment and was on time. Asked to upgrade to new equipment per a notification I got from Comcast that said it was free, but the rep just gave me a refurbished version of the exact same box I already had. I’d expect nothing less from Comcast, don’t know why I bothered going into the store but I never will again.

This was a horrible experience with the manager on duty, the original sales person was fine. He could not get information to process properly and had to call for tech help, which was fine, but when the store manager got involved she was rude, blurted out our personal information with several people in line, when asked to lower her voice she got even ruder, blamed her literally yelling our info out on the fact she had towear a mask, she became very defensive when we tried to ask her to please lower her voice and THEN she asked my calm husband to LEAVE THE STORE! OBVIOUSLY not well trained and with 5 other witnesses was going to threaten my husband with a me too call out because he asked for her name so he would have it when he called a higher manager. Will consider canceling ALL xfinity accounts. She needs MUCH more training in several areas and should NOT BE A STORE MANAGER! Go to Portsmouth if you need technical help, Dover had nobody that could help us even though 3 days ago they literally told us they could. BAD UNNECESSARY EXPERIENCE BECAUSE OF A WOMAN WHO WASNT TRAINED IN GUEST SERVICES.

A shout out to Jackie and her crew at our local Xfinity store in Dover, NH! My husband and I bought new phones last year and changed to Xfinity Mobile. We needed lots of hand holding as our mobile phone needs far exceeded our technical knowledge! Everyone there was patient, knowledgeable and handled the pressure of customer frustration so professionally...that kind of business environment comes from the top!We travel to Florida and not all Xfinity stores are created equal so when we have a local gem like this one who really puts service as their number one product...we wanted to let them know how much they are appreciated! You may have to wait in a line...but they are so worth the wait! :)

I work for a phone company where we have a local number available for customers to reach us on. It’s so extremely inconvenient, aggravating and ridiculous that there is absolutely no other number but the 800 number to call when you need help. Please fix that.

Last year i had used them, the service was slow but ok for cable onlyThis year as i am a seasonal reaident.However the manager at this location is not good at her job, and unknowledgle. Disapointment in customer care. The 800 number customer service says yes second line and manager doesnt want to her job and go home as its 2 hours until close

I walked into the store to pick up some equipment literally 2 minutes before close, and over the floor hed just mopped, yet Jeremiah still greeted me with the enthusiasm and friendliness that I would only have expected as the first customer of the day. Theres a lot of things about Comcast that I could complain about, but the customer service at this location is definitely not one of them. Thank you, Jeremiah!

Despite the wait being nearly an hour, the employees were extremely helpful with great customer service. They were very informative and helpful when it came to picking out a phone. There was no pressure to up sell me anything either. They worked with me well passed “closed” to help me set up my new phones with no rush to get me out the door. Overall a great experience, glad I switched both internet and mobile over!

Had a very successful experience at this store. The gentleman I spoke to at the 800# was a dud. That poor guy, who works only on Xfinity Mobile, didn’t know this store was even open yet.But when I found the store and met Ricardo things went much smoother! I switched over a phone, kept the same number and the unlimited price is great! Thank you for your time and patience.

I just had my cable/WiFi box installed today, he arrived 10 minutes early, he took his time to make sure all the wires look nice and make sure everything was hooked up and working. So far I’m happy Being a new Xfinity customer many more months/years to come. I just wanna say thanks again and I’ll definitely highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to which to Comcast!!

Showed up to the store with a box that was previously broken and even though I was a few minutes past closing time, Alec still allowed me to come in so he could help me with my issue. He was able to get me in and out within 5 minutes, and was very helpful! Much appreciation as football season is here! :)

If only Dover NH had another competitive company, their customer service is poor and their service is not as good as my house which is in the sticks. They upgraded our service and weve had nothing but problems since. hard to do business when you cant even get emails.

We had a problem with our cable box. Arianna in this location was such a big help. It took some time to fix our problem at the corporate level but she keep her cool and keep me calm until it was resolved. Everyone in this store were so nice and helpful. Im going back next week to get a new phone for my mom. These guys rock.

The 3 times I have been in this store they were professional, knowledgable, and very helpful. Chose a new Galaxy phone, had it activated, and was back in my car within 20 minutes. Couldnt ask for a better experience. It shows this compamy has been working on their customer relations. Better late than never. Now if they could just work on some of their less than popular business practices and pricing....

I want to say how fabulous this store is. I have had help with my internet modem upgrade exchange and Rico and Carissa were very helpful and fun to deal with when I wasnt entirely sure what I wanted to do. They also explained the eatlt cell phone upgrade to me which was very helpful! Today, Jacquie, Carissa and Alec teamed up to help me when a tree took out my cable. Jacquie spent time on her own phone trying to help me out and Carissa and Alec were both trying to help get things sorted out. The first service call they could get was Thursday but Jacquie was able to get them to come out this afternoon! I do highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!!!

Props to Alec for being an extremely professional, well-informed, patient rep with great follow-up. He helped my family and I move from AT&T to Xfinity and made the whole process very easy. When some unknown errors moving an old Samsung to new iPhone looked to be the end of our upgrade, he was able to work through them and transferred the phone without issue. Alec worked tirelessly with my mother to get her all set-up...working through her tech illiteracy without issue. She and I both appreciate his [hours] of time, especially when we were able to get back in touch with him after our visit(s) to the store. Thanks so much Alec and Rico - great teamwork!

The employees at this store are the ONLY reason I haven’t told xfinity what they can do with their Mobile service!! They care! They try as best they can! It’s the Comcast/xfinity system that is completely broken and useless. These guys are going above and beyond for us!! Ricardo should be training the call center people on how to act and how to do things. They’re still working hard to find a resolution to our situation while we were brushed off by all 12 people I’ve spoke to via the 800 numbers.
