I went in to buy a new phone not knowing what I wanted. I was greeted by Anthony a very knowledgeable person. He helped me choose the perfect phone. Anthony also took the time to download all of my photos and other things that I didnt know how to do he answered all of my questions and I had a lot but he took his time with me and I so appreciated that. Best experience ever and Zach was amazing. He really took the time to make sure we got the best deal and even showed us a few new shortcuts on our Galaxies!!! Not only did we get a new S21+, but a new Otterbox and the coolest screen protector ever!!! This young man is an asset to the company. On Monday I went to Verizon in Dover, NH to help my mom trade in her iPhone 6s for an iPhone 12 Pro. Very long story short, because her phone was so old we ran into A LOT of problems and ended up staying in the store for 2.5 hours while they tried to transfer her data to the new phone. Id specifically like to thank our associate, Matthew C., for his help and patience, as well as Jamie and Jacob for their additional support. They always came up with another solution when something didnt work, even keeping the phone overnight so we could go home while they worked on it. My mom picked up her new phone yesterday afternoon and is incredibly happy with the product and service we received. Thank you!

I went to Verizon in Dover NH yesterday, where I was greeted right as I walked in by Anthony Mosca. He asked if my son and I if we wanted some water and also let us know he was training and he introduced us to Jamie Friars. The overall experience was fantastic. Jamie was very helpful with explaining things to not only me but to Anthony as well. They were not trying to push me into any huge sales or anything. They explained the kind of upgrades my family and I could get and didnt push any further questions if I said no. Both were very professional, funny, friendly and patient. Yesterday I had a wonderful customer experience at the Verizon store at Weeks traffic circle in Dover. Jamie and Paul took a team approach to my phone issues, and directed me toward a new Moto Edge with tablet (yes, Christmas came early for me!). With my trade-in, I paid nothing out of pocket. Sweet! I am grateful that the entire process was relatively quick and painless, not too bad considering they have your digital life in their hands as they transfer data, contacts, photos and apps from old phone to new phone. I stopped into Verizon this week looking to purchase the iPhone 12 without increasing my phone bill by a lot, so I knew what I was looking for as soon as I walked in. Zach, kindly greeted me right as I walked in and was very attentive about listening to what it was I was looking for and how he could help. I wasnt sure about switching over to Verizon but because of Toms great customer service I will be sticking with Verizon. he was very patient, he did everything in his power to save me money and he made an effort to make the interaction more personal. Went in to upgrade two phones on my plan. Worked with a very nice guy who seemed to know his stuff. By the time we were done we had paid $229 per line for a total of $458 to upgrade early which had to be paid before we started the upgrade so we did. Following the upgrades we decided to take advantage of the “promotion” of $150 off each Apple Watch once we were told upgrading will actually save us money because the watch lines would be $5 a month, so also got two watches. I had one watch already which we had to pay off early at an additional price of $175. We’re now at $633. We also were talked into 2 iPhone cases at $39.99 each so now a total of $712.98. He attempted to talk us into screen protectors and an additional charging blocks but we declined. After adding all 4 devices and all was said and done we find out after the fact with no prior warning that there is a $45 PER DEVICE NON REFUNDABLE SET UP FEE. Our $712.98 has instantly become $892.98 to all be paid today never mind the $3109 I just financed. This device charge was NEVER once talked about prior. I wasn’t happy but I paid it thinking this was the same as the “upgrade fee.” It gets better, three days later I log onto my Verizon app and look at my upcoming bill which has been $287 and is now $534 for the upcoming month. I’ve now been charged a $40 PER LINE ACTIVATION FEE on top of the $45 PER LINE “DEVICE SETUP.” Thirdly, my bill that was only supposed to go up $7 a month has officially gone up $70 a month starting after next months bill with the activation fees. We won’t even get into the promotional discounts I lost by upgrading. Needless to say, it’s cost me now close to $1500(some of which was money for early upgrade) to upgrade these phones all because no one told us the fine print beforehand. This is absolutely ludicrous to allow Verizon customers be scammed like this! Guess it’s time to take the hit and change companies.

I love Verizon oh, Ive been with them for 25 years. These stores are just commission hungry sales people who think they know more about everything than you could possibly. All they do is push the most expensive highest phones that you dont need even if you come in knowing what you want. I knew what I want I knew the price I wanted to pay and I am actually writing this on that phone. Its a great phone and these people were trying to talk me out of it. I think its just because they dont keep it in stock its not a high enough profit margin for them.That being said, I still wouldnt go with anybody but Verizon for service for my cell phones they are the best. Their salespeople though, they leave a lot to be desired.

PSA for Verizon customers: You can get a new phone/plan from the employees at Best Buy who aren’t paid by commission so they’ll have your needs in mind instead of their own pockets. So when a certain individual (Tom) lies and tells you that Samsung headphones work the same with an LG phone as they do with Samsung phones, you don’t buy it and get disappointed. Not to mention he advertised the lg V60 with its second screen but happened to “forget” to inform me that I had to order the second screen myself. I’ve been a customer of Verizon for 5 years and feel deceived and ripped off every time I go there. And my last two experiences I got it even worse.Long story short he sent my trade in phone to the wrong place so I went without $600 for a few months. When I finally got my money back a few months later, I got an apology from the sales rep and nothing from the company to fix the damages caused by being literally robbed for months.I’ll keep Verizon until my renewed contract goes up, but I’m sick of paying top dollar for mediocre service.-the guy who pays too much for his phone plan and received too little.

I told her what was going on with my phone so I decided to upgrade after she showed me some phones. She answered questions, made me comfortable with my choices. I had purchased a phone at this location and moved to a different city and was needing help with my device. That being said, I had spent quite a lengthy amount of time on customer support with Verizon to get my issue resolved and decided to call this location since the one I went to where I currently reside said they could not help me. I was told I needed to call on another line, which I did not have, to receive customer support on how to factory reset my phone. When I got off of my shift, I was on hold for minutes trying to get support to once again resolve this issue borrowing a coworkers phone. That didnt work and decided to call Verizon in Dover where I got the device.Both Josh and Jacob were fantastic at answering my questions and helping me factory reset my phone with no issues. I cant thank them and this store enough for being so helpful and willing to go out on a limb to help a customer in need. I would highly recommend going to this store if you are looking to purchase a device or have any questions/concerns. I left the conversation feeling better about the situation and Jacob even remained on the line with me until it was certain that my device was all set after the factory reset. As anyone may understand, it is hard when you are a full-time student and living off of a budget. I am a medical student and truly was unable to afford to just buy a new phone, Jacob and Josh made sure that we did everything we could to fix the device before resorting to that option. Its nice to not only be assisted for these concerns, but to have customer representatives who truly care and will help you. Thank you!

When unsatisfied with one of the replacement, next day, was told no other option I was stuck with a product I did not want. Old phone was shipped off. Taking to next level... Beware of this non-corporate seller! Buy online instead! Matt Smith sold us two new phones and blatantly misrepresented an optional set up fee of $45 dollars per phone as Verizons standard activation fee, so were charged twice for activation. He didnt even set up one of the phones because their wifi was too slow. In addition he signed us both up for a $17/month protection plan we never discussed and never wanted. The sales team here are scammers and their accessories are far over priced.

Be advised this is not an actual verizon store but a third party authorized retailer. I went to purchase a new note 20 and was talked into a Motorola Edge plus under the pretence I could return it with in 14 days no questions asked. Day ten I decid to do just that as I dont like the curved edges on the screen.When I get to the store I told them what was going on and they seemed shocked at my displeasure with the phone I was pushed by the sales person to buy (Im sure there commission is better on the Motorolas.) I was told since my phone had a slight amount of damage I could trade the phone in for a $1040.00 restocking fee, which was the full purchase price of the phone. I thought that was insane, no big deal I paid extra for insurance right? Even though I can get the phone replaced they wont take it back because it would be a different serial number. So I am stuck with this phone now. They brought out this large, intimidating, tattooed, shaved head man that seemed to enjoy the fact I was screwed and there was nothing I could do about it. No customer service after they close the sale.Also FYI its $200 per scratch if you try to return a phone with the lightest scratch.I would not recommend doing any business with this company, if you must use verizon go to the Biddeford or Portsmouth store, as they are actual verizon stores, avoid these used car salesman con artist at dover location at all costs.

She was very prompt and efficient, and showed me how to transfer all the content from my previous phone to my new one. Thanks to Chris Weinhold for his assistance this past week. I had lost the ring tone of dogs barking on my phone. Nothing worked in getting it restored . I have a hearing problem so I needed something loud I could hear anywhere. Chris finally found the problem, the phone was not reset at the factory. While the couple next to us was waiting on phones for whatever the sales employee was eating his lunch while sitting on the floor, while with customers. Dont these guys have a off the floor lunch policy. While i sat in center waiting I noticed that a lot of these business are trying to tall table talk us. Came in to get information on upgrading a couple of phones that we had for almost four years. Sharon gave us an awesome overview and priced out multiple devices for us. We left the store to do some more homework ourselves and I went back that evening to get myself a new phone from Sharon. I spent three hours this am at the Weeks Crossing Verizon store having Meredith Wilson transfer my number from AT&T to Verizon and set up an iPhone 11.When I got home there were a few little things I had to tweak but mostly Meredith did all the hard work. 5/5 stars for my experience today! This was one of the best visits to Verizon I have ever had all thanks to the sales person who worked with me! Gregory Joseph assisted me during my stop in and was extremely kind, personable, funny, and knowledgable. I typically leave the store with several questions, but he had them all answered. This was one of the fastest Verizon experiences I have ever had as I normally feel as if i am in there for over an hour where this was around 20 minutes. The young man Matt Wright was amazing ,I have been in that particular store 3 times for this same issue, Matt was the only salesman who followed through and helped me with this issue. He got to the bottom of the issue, and didnt brush me off when I showed no interest in buying a new phone. He is to be commented on his customer service. I will upgrade and purchase from him and only him in the future!

Was ok but felt pushed in getting more expensive phone but not meeting my needs. Also was not able to give me discounts in for my old phone yet tight lipped in a lot of things I asked.Got better discounts through the Verizon Telesales by an authorized Verizon representative (on Verizon App) got a new one through them without being pressured or overwhelmed unlike the store staff did.

Owen was very helpful in making sure I got the exact phone that I wanted. I went to Verizon after my phone had been stolen and Owen worked with me to make sure that I was happy when I left the store. His efforts to make sure that I could get the phone that I wanted were above and beyond what I expected. Steve called me at a time I was interested in discussing my phone and service. Sara helped as well. The short of it was I paid off my phone, doubled my data,, received a new tablet and was able to reclaim my original rebate Verizon did not pay. I am extremely pleased and will stay with Verizon. Me and a friend went in to get her a new phone and we were helped by Sharon and Owen. We went there with a kid that my friend was babysitting and things got out of hand pretty quick. The kid was fine, we were a mess. My friend had no idea what she wanted and doesn’t have the most in depth knowledge of anything really. Sharon was training Owen and he seemed like he had a real grasp on the product knowledge and alone would have been great to deal with. Sharon is the star of the show though she knew the answers to any questions we threw at her and there were a lot of questions. She fully explained in detail probably several times over until we were on the same page when it came to billing and contract stuff. Both had a great sense of humor and would definitely go back again just based on these two. I might go back and buy some stuff just to hang out. Thanks guys. Will recommend you two to anyone I can.
