First time to Belknap today. Loved all the staff. Dr Lee and the finance office are wonderful (apologies for forgetting lovely finance/billing womans name) . So happy we decided to switch practices. Dr Lee was very thorough and took ample time to explain the treatment plan.Highly recommend

I honestly would send anyone asking to Belknap.Only my second visit, but I feel heard and safe.I have an extreme sensitivity to anesthetics. Dr Dubinouski heard and understood completely.As he promised the affects wore off within the hour with no ill affects.Beats being sick for 3 days as I have been in the past when a doctor totally ignored me.🙏🦋💙 love you guys.His chair-side assistant was also Clear kind and attentive. 👍🏼🐾💜

Dr. Thapa is wonderful - great communication. Excellent work. They got me in once last minute when I chipped my tooth right before leaving for several months, and she fixed it as if it had never happened. Highly recommend!

I was greeted by the same girl as everytime for past 10+ years, she is so kind and remembers me!!! Judy and Nikki check me out and make me parting with my money, not so bad. My Dr dentist has a great bedside manor and CARES!! she doesnt care how long it takes to make my bite be perfect, the assistant laughs with me as I drool and not at me. Belknap dental is a fantastic place to go! The staff from the front desk, to the huge fist to the dentist are so kind and friendly and take the time to explain everything!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!!

I have been going to Belknap Dental for the last 2 years now and have been nothing but pleased every time I walk through the door. The lady at the front, I apologize I never got her name, is so kind and ready to help with whatever you need.I see Dr. Lee because I got braces back in august and she is just amazing! She strives for perfection and it shows. I love her team as well, Nicole Erica and Brit are the best. They are so funny and nice and make you feel so welcomed. They truly are an amazing team and I wouldnt chose any other office over them.

Great office, friendly staff, communication is very good. Dr Alex is the best, coming from someone who has a lot of anxiety going to the dentist. Him and his team have helped alleviate that. They’re patient and kind and not pushy.

Both times I have been in so far have been great. Everyone is friendly, professional, and kind. The hygienist Ive had both times is also very gentle and exact with the instruments. They really have their operations down to a science.Ive been to dentists in the past who try to upsell you on procedures you dont need. They do not do that here.

I went in for a visit to have my teeth cleaned and when I was done they told me my insurance wouldnt pay for it. I called out my insurance company and asked them why and they told me it was because it was a deep cleaning. Ive had a deep cleaning done in the past which took two visits shots of Novocaine and they go up and scrape your roots. This was a standard cleaning and it took 30 minutes and they use no instruments except for an ultrasonic water cleaner. Why would they try to defraud my insurance company and myself by billing it as a deep cleaning? I hate fraud!!

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist and have very sensitive teeth. The hygienist was wonderful in both respects. She talked to me and kept me as relaxed as possible and she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable all around. I was very grateful and appreciative.

My family and I are new patients and we had new appointments scheduled for October because they didnt have any openings when we called initially. Because of how they handle cancelations, we were able to get in within a week of becoming new patients. You just need to be signed up for cancelation text notifications.Wonderful and friendly staff. My hygienist was extremely gentle and explained everything as she went along. Having an orthodontist in house is also very convenient. I would definitely recommend!

No one likes going to the dentist, or at least no one says its their favorite activity. That being said belknap was extremely friendly. When I called for a new patient appointment I was told I would be waiting until august. I asked to be put on a cancellation notice and within a week had an appointment. My hygienist kim was friendly and professional, the dentist seemed genuinely interested in my concerns, and I feel like my family and I will be well taken care of here.PS. 5 stars pending further interactions (billing and admin stuff etc)

BAD BUSINESS!I went in for the initial evaluation, was told that my teeth and gums looked great and that I only needed a few fillings and a regular cleaning. The dental hygienist practically forced their monthly plan down my throat with a $50 activation fee and $32/mo that would give me 15% off fillings and covered my cleanings. Well, I went for it! Sounds great, right? HA! I go in for my scheduled cleaning to be told by another dental hygienist that I have gum disease and that none of the procedures I needed are covered under the plan they sold me. Fine. (Dr. Alex also said that my gums and teeth were fine after the second evaluation). I didn’t get a cleaning that day as the women told me it was “pointless”. I went and got dental insurance and rescheduled all of my appointments for 6 months out so I could be financially prepared and my insurance would be ready to go. I cancelled the plan they sold me, the plan that didn’t cover a single thing they told me I actually needed with the intent on going back in with my new insurance that would take care of it. What did they do? TERMINATED.Honestly, never been so mislead and confused by a dental office in all my life. Seems as though they would prefer they just have you pay into their monthly plans than take insurance, that you can actually use.If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This place is an absolute joke... Save your money and do not go here.Wanted a simple cleaning, however the requite you spend $1000 dollars on x-rays.Worst dentist office ever!!

Dr. Manchester and his assistant, Sue were nice, although the procedure was close to double what my old dentist would have charged. If I hadnt moved so far, Id have gone back to him.The reason for one star was the financial officer, Diana. She yelled at me and accused me of lying for not applying for their payment plan. I told her how dare she speak to me in that manner and I had every intention of paying, but thought Id pay as we go. She stood over me, continuing to berate me, walks over to a computer and tells me to fill out the application. I went over to the dentist and asked him to finish the work so I would not have to come back. He said he couldnt, he just works there and could only give me the temporary implant until I pay. I went to get all the money in my bank, used my credit card for the rest and Dr. Manchester put in the permanent bridge.Diana should be fired. She has a lot of nerve speaking to people the way she spoke to me. I will find out how to make that happen.

This Dental Practice has always been on top of any issues that would promote wellness of their clientele. The staff have always been courteous and professional at all times. They are all trained in CPR and First Aide plus the Dover Fire Rescue is less then 5 minutes away at any given time. I would recommend Belknap Dental to anyone who needs great dental care.

It was by far the best cleaning I’ve ever received!

Daughter had a cleaning in August 2020 had X-rays done. Belknap calls weeks later to say she has two cavities. Cleaning in February shows she now has 3 cavities and the dental hygienist suggests sealants. Now most likely because of covid they don’t let you go back while the cavities are being done but when I booked the appointment for the cavities I requested that all 3 be done which did not happen plus Dr Alex came out and said he didn’t recommend sealants and it sometimes hides tooth decay which I was told prevents decay. Severely annoyed and candler her next cleaning.

I had an urgent need for a tooth repair and they were able to fit me in right away. I was concerned, being that it was during covid 19, but once I was there, I could see the folks at Belknap Dental went above and beyond to ensure both their safety and mine from any possible exposure to the virus. It was very easy to place my trust with them. Dr. Manchester and Susan both did a fantastic job!

Havent been to a dentist in 10 years, anxiety was through the roof, but they made feel absolutely comfortable (as soon as i got to the room). Lets face it...the front door routines EVERYWHERE are just AWFUL! Beyond that...they made me feel great...even made me feel good about the 12 cavities!

I went in for an extraction last winter and the dentist not only could not pull my tooth out after two full hours, he broke the tooth into pieces AND he broke the tooth in front of it. I had to go to an emergency oral surgeon who had the rest of my tooth pulled out after five minutes. I just now called and asked to make an appointment and they said they dont accept medicaid and I said I was aware and would pay out of pocket and the receptionist said No, people who have medicaid are not allowed in the office. Unbelievable.

Dr. Thapa and her assistant Erica are the nicest dentists ever. They have seriously changed my life by addressing the things I was most ashamed of: my teeth. Belknap Dental was also the only facility that would bring me on a a patient during COVID when it was rampant. I have nothing but the best to say about this practice.

I have been a patient at Belknap for decades, and I would never go anywhere else. The staff is amazing. My recent visit on Thursday, I was seen by Nicole (she’s been there for 1 year). This was my first time meeting her, and she’s a very warm and friendly hygienist. Her skills were thorough, gentle, and she was alwaysconcerned about “my” comfort (eye protection, water spraying, etc).Any questions that I had, she provided very confident answers. We spoke about an issue I had regarding a possibility of looking into what, if anything, could be done for my teeth that have shifted, due to the lengthy time between getting a crown on one tooth, and another tooth extracted and an implant placed. As stated before, she was quick to speak to someone regarding this .... so I had an immediate answer.In 2 words, “SHE’S AMAZING”! I’d be happy to see her anytime. Belknap is fortune to have her on their staff.

Wish I had found this dentist a long time ago!! They are amazing.. Everyone there is so great, warm, caring, gentle. The office is clean/modern and comfortable. I recently changed my dentist to Belknap dental associates. Honestly, this is the best thing I could have done! The owner is awesome and so is all of the dental staff that Ive come in contact with. I have had 2 different dental hygienists, which on both occasions were great! The cleaning was very thorough and follow up care is always prompt an extremely informative. The front desk clerks are very attentive And accommodating to scheduling requests! Pleasant experience here, You can really tell they care about your teeth! I cant wait until my cleaning in March! If youre upset with your current dentist/dental practice, dont hesitate to try Belknap Dental Associates!

Wonderful staff and experience

Everyone here is very friendly and professional - which sounds cliche, but its true! Dr. Alex has done a wonderful job at putting my nerves at ease (it had been many years since Id had a filling and I was a bit anxious - childhood me hated them!); he walked me through each step in the process and made sure to let me know to just say the word if I felt the need to stop at any point... which wasnt necessary at all! Smooth sailing the whole time.They are very accommodating with scheduling as well, and the appointment reminders/follow ups can be handled through text - perfect for me since answering a call at work can be tough.All in all, 10/10 experience!

Theyre always professional and on time and get things done in a timely manner so that I can go about my day and continue with my errands without skipping a beat I would recommend them to anybody theyre amazing with children also

Our family has been going here for years. Very helpful staff from scheduling, checking in, our hygienist Marcy and billing. Everyone is professional and pleasant. We just starting using the Glo Whitening System are happy with the results so far. I was afraid of tooth sensitivity but that has not happened. Great results 😁
