Went to get my phone fixed and they said they would order the part and call me. Its been a month and still no part ordered and no phone call. I will definitely be talking to the BBB about this

Got my screen replaced and after two days it started acting up to the point where it started calling people and typing things on its own.. I called and they said they would replace it for free as long as I has my receipt. Well been there 3 different times to nobody being there, besides the fact I live In Maryland, not only did I waste my time, I wasted gas and money. This place sucks. And is ridiculous

This place is a rip off. My son had his screen/LCD replaced there and in less than a week it went bad. He never dropped the phone or had any damage to it. He was just sitting texting and the screen started having lines through it. I went to take it back to get replaced and the employee/manager there said the inside of the lcd screen was cracked . He said my son must have done something. I said you sold him a bad screen. He told me it wouldnt work if it was bad. I told him it was working fine then it just started having lines all through it. There is no crack in the screen. He kept telling me it is in the inside of the screen. He refused to replace it or give us our money back. He would not give me his name or the name of the owner of the company. What kind of business is that!! My son had to work a whole day to make the money to replace his screen. This place is just ripping people off . I reported them to security and to the Dover Mall Management. I wouldnt even give them 1 star.
