We have gone to Cell Surgeon several times for repairs and were always satisfied with the staff and services. I was in the market for a phone, new or gently used, and wanted to purchase in full and unlocked for any carrier. I decided to purchase at Cell Surgeon because they had the phone I wanted, new, and at a great price. It was considerably cheaper than the big box retailers. The price I paid was what the typical deals were when signing up for contracted service. I was working with the owner on this purchase. He informed me that they now offer activation for prepaid service and helped me find a carrier and plan. He activated my phone, switching services and porting over my current number. Unfortunately the phone service was activated successfully, but would not work on my phone. He quickly identified the issue and worked to resolve it. The phone which should have been unlocked wasnt, so he had to request that it be unlocked. In the mean time this would leave me up to 24 hours without a phone. He immediately without hesitation offered me a used phone he had in the store to use temporarily. He got it up and running and I was on my way. I will have my new unlock phone today. The owner runs an great, customer service first business. His care and work ethic meant a lot to me. He absolutely shows that his customers are valued. If youre ever in need of repairs, a new or used phone, or even prepaid service I highly recommend checking with Cell Surgeon first.

UPDATE: my sons phone wasnt fixed properly, now the screen doesnt register and glitches.Took my sons phone there to be fixed, called next day because I didnt hear anything. Was on hold for ten minutes for them to find the phone. Was hung up on, had to call back for more hold time,& told it wasnt done. Told they would be done with it that evening to pkup tomorrow. Daughter called to check, guy said looks like it. When my daughter told him shed be i, he just hung up on her. Customer service gets 1 🌟 but my sons phone screen is fixed so 5 🌟 for that.

They advertise that they are able to fix all phones make and models. I am a peaceful Android user so when I cracked my screen I decided to try this particular store out ..first screen order, not the correct size..second screen placed on incorrectly..I will be returning to get my money back for this poor job. Nice staff and knowledgeable about phones and tablets. Needed my screen and once it was delivered he replaced while I waited. Theyre are quite busy so it may take a day or two. They may work with you if you need it quicker. They need a little work on communication. Need to have a better tracking system that all employees have access to.

Cell Doctor guys are great I would not take my phone anywhere else cause I cracked my screen I took it to them and they fixed it then about a month later my screen messed up with all these lines going though it you could not see the screen so I took my phone to the cell doctor and they fixed her right up for me free of charge they are the best haven’t had a problem with my phone seen then they are the best.

After visiting another business first to inquire about fixing my phones camera lens, I felt unconvinced they knew what they were doing; I found Cell Surgeon. I walked in asked about getting it fixed; an hour later phone came out good as new! The technician never, at any point, seemed to be unconfident on what part to use and the repair!

I had an issue with my phone not charging. I took it to Cell Surgeon and the guys were very helpful. They were very knowledgeable about my phone. I thought I would have to get a new phone but the guys at Cell Surgeon got my phone charging again.
