If I were filthy rich, I’d buy every single car at Winner in Dover DE, just and only because Mr. Charles Bailey is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST person to work with as a customer. He’s gonna get you exactly what you ask for and need, plus better. This is the second car I bought from Winner in Dover. I don’t think I will ever go to any other dealership for cars. The Winner dealership team is outstanding.Both cars I got from Winner were absolute winners!And so is Mr. Charles Bailey. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I live in NJ and traveled to DE after my local Hyundai dealership made a disappointing offer for a 21 Elantra. I normally deal with Velma Luke, who is amazing by the way, but she was out sick and she sent me to Lex Todd who turned out to be just as amazing. He listened to everything that I wanted and worked out the best deal for me with options. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured. When I picked up the vehicle, which was for my daughter, he went over the vehicle thoroughly to make sure she knew how to use everything. I will forever buy Hyundais.

Stay away! If you don’t take their high interest rate or don’t have cash on hand this company sells car right from underneath you. I had a verbal agreement with the Winner Hyundai. The salesman I was dealing with faxed the purchase paperwork related to cost to my lender. I call two business days later to say I got the check for the payment and he tells me the car was sold over the weekend. The salesman blames me. He could have called me to tell me before I picked up the check. Poor customer relations. I guess they weren’t going to make that much off me because I didn’t take their high interest rate. Nothing but excuses about how I should have called them. Now I look like the fool with my lender when I have to return a check for thousands of dollars. What kind of business is that. They are definitely not a local company I will ever deal with. I strongly urge you to stay away.

Curt, Keith and Tee were great to work with. I had done some research on the 2022 Tucson and was very excited to test drive it. My husband and I headed up to Dover on a Thursday afternoon and after looking at the model in the shroom had the opportunity to test drive it. It was so quiet and drove like a dream. Of course, I wasn’t planning on buying anything that day but they gave me a good deal on my trade in and they were able to get me the color I wanted (white). It will be delivered in the next couple of weeks and Curt will be driving it to our house. Can’t wait to get it! Thanks to everyone at Winner Hyundai!

My experience was great. Our salesperson Mr Montgomery was very professional, personable and knowledgeable of the product. We told him what we were looking for and what would make the deal work, he was able to get the deal we wanted in a reasonable amount of time. The dealership also has a tech person who works with you to show you the technology on the car. He was professional and knowledgeable. The experience of the dealership was well above average and I would recommend them to any person purchasing a car.

Excellent service! I went for a $30,000 mile β€œcheck up” on my Santa Fe. The appointment was easily made online. When I arrived I was immediately taken care of by a friendly staff (Melissa) and given the probable cost and estimated time. They had my car done in 1 1/2 hrs (exactly what they said it would be) and the cost was actually a little less that they quoted. They suggested I get new wiper blades but did not put them on until I gave the ok. I would definitely recommend Winner!

I booked an appointment for memory day because I thought the dealership was open, but it was closed. Amanda gratefully reached out to me and told me she would give me a different spot on Wednesday. During my vehicle service, Amanda and Melissa were in contact with me constantly via text message. Brought our 2nd Hyundai in for service. Amazing no high pressure tactical service sales pitch. Amanda told me what if anything was needed, I decided. Had the oil changed, tires rotated and spark plugs changed at 115k miles...and the work was completed as promised no nonsense. Didnt have to wait for hours as previously experienced at other dealers. I dont usually leave reviews but Amanda in service and their service team deserve a 10 star rating. If you own a Hyundai or considering one, service here is top notch.

From start to finish J was well prepared for answering all questions concerning details associated with operating the new Palisade. His answers were clear concise and presented in a manner easily understood. Most importantly, Jay was available after the sale for answering questions relating to the many facets of this computerized vehicles. When he had a question that required instruction details, he would immediately sit himself in a dealer vehicle and manipulate the functions for better instruction. All is all, this is the type sales person (most of us) need with understanding the operation of sophisticated controls in a New Vehicles.

Thank you!---DISCLAIMER: We are very well aware of the chip and resulting new car shortage due to supply chain issues caused by COVID-19 and exceedingly high car buying demand.Our car buying process at Winner Hyundai started with a call from me inquiring about a specific Palisade. Once Chelsea, internet sales associate, found out the dealer was getting a shipment of our exact pick, she immediately called me to schedule our visit. Chelsea went above and beyond to iron out the details of our purchase including confirming twice the car was being sold at MSRP and that we can use outside funding to purchase. She put the paperwork and notes on her managers desk in advance of our Monday treck to Delaware from Maryland.And thats when everything went downhill. We met with manager Kevin D. He introduced us to review and negotiate details with A. Morris, another sales associate. A. initiated pricing with the MSRP plus add ons. We exchanged some ideas, which he graciously took back to Kevin numerous times. Then, out of nowhere Kevin comes over to tell us that the car is now $4,000 above MSRP, that we could only use Hyundai financing, and hes not budging. Astounded, because this was contradictory to our conversations with both Chelsea and now A., we asked Kevin how could he just up the price in the middle of negotiations? We drove almost 2 hours based on confirmed details and now it appeared he was using discriminatory pricing to pigeon hole/strong arm us into purchasing the car above fair market value and with non-negotiable add-ons we didnt want anyway. He simply blamed senior management and even tried to throw Chelsea under the bus, claiming she gave us incorrect info and was confused on the details.I am appalled and disappointed that a manager acted this way. We were eager to make the purchase that day, considering we drove hours and had cash/checks in hand ready to be Winner customers.Never returning and will recommend people stay away from this dealer especially during this season of low inventory/high buyer demand as a result of supply chain issues. My advice is just wait it out if you can.

W e were about to buy a 2021 sonata limited hybrid when he came back and told us one had just been returned with only 218 mile and was the exact same car even the color and gave us an unbelievable deal. Just before Christmas i went into the Winner Hyundai dealership because of a promotional email i received. I was looking to see if I could do better in lowering my car note. I met Lex Todd whom i spent the next couple of hours with. What i liked about him was that never was i under any pressure to buy . I found him knowledgeable , personable and you could tell someone who likes their job. He took the time to explain the different options i could choose from, showed me a few cars, let me drive a few etc.I left that day no i didnt purchased a car ..but a few days later after i was able to absorb all the information he gave me i called and started my paperwork to get a car . I ended up trading my 2016 Hyundai Veloster R Spec and with the benefits of a new car got the 2021 Hyundai Accent.I was away for the holidays but when i got to the dealership that Monday morning Lex Todd had everything in place .It didnt just stop there Lex called me a few days later to double check that i didnt have any questions or concerns. I am obsessed with my new 2021 Hyundai Elantra Limited Hybrid, and I have Keshaun Tolbert to thank for making the process easy and sending me home with an amazing vehicle.I was set on purchasing a vehicle from another dealership, and they were more focused on playing the numbers game and selling older cars off the lot than they were finding me the right new car for me to drive home in at a reasonable price. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jay, the sales rep at Winner. We worked out a deal we were both happy with, I sat with finance and signed all the paperwork, then Jay delivered the car to me. I want to point out that I have never had a sales rep able to cover the all the details of a car at delivery to me, both big and small, like Jay was able to. He literally knew everything about the car. He was awesome. The last Hyundai I purchased, I got a lot of, Um, Im not sure and I can ask if the other salesman knows? But with Jay, he knew everything. He also set up my Blue Link and I was connected to the car with my phone.A few days later, I had a minor issue with the car that I needed to run back to the dealership for. They were understanding of my concerns, were patient with me, and took care of it. Easy peasy. I will be back in a few years for my next Hyundai, for sure.

Purchased new Santa Fe. Strange braking noise from front. Called to schedule appointment, but was week and half before could get in.Not pleased with that, brake noise and week and 1/2 to get in???First time in service CND. Noise worsened over course of a week. Noise now very loud when driving and braking. Lost confidence in vehicles ability to stop and that damage was happening. Had no idea what it was!Dropped off to service because did not trust to drive it any longer.Service Dept found rubber band around hub and around front studs from factory. Also front lug nuts not properly torqued from factory.OK, factory quality control.But that also means when car was in first time, the wheels were not removed for a brake noise. I feel the car was driven and noise not heard and that was it, CND and call the customer.Again not pleased... Hope this will not be a theme.

Service Dept - once you get in, the service is OK. If you need quick work, go to Salisbury. You will wait 2 weeks or more to get an appointment at Winner. Salisbury can usually get you in in a day or two.

Your Dealership is fantastic and Melissa in Hyundai Service is awesome. Unfortunately the Service Technicians cant solve the electrical malfunctioning of my 2020 Sonata. They have tried for 3 weeks. I even showed them videos of part of the problems. Again unfortunately when the car is diagnosed the errors arent recorded. I love my Sonata & will just have to wait for it to totally break down before the problems can be revealed & then resolved. These are rare problems that may occur with any vehicle. I arrived at my appointment for an oil change and have my car serviced almost an hour late and they were nice enough to take me any way. Replaced 3 burnt out tail and head lights rotated some tires - the oil change and added some brake work I needed. The work was done in a timely manner and at a cost I could live with. Melissa was very professional as always and explained the work the mechanic suggested to be done.

The actual car test driving and learning about it was great. It was every point afterward, Ive been struggling to get the paperwork from the dealer. I have no way of knowing how much ill be paying or when itll be due. The lease agreement wasnt included in my paperwork and ive spent the past few days trying to get it. Ive stopped in, asked them to email it, and then stopped in again and still nothing... Still waiting. Id shop elsewhere if you want a quick and easy deal.

Hands down best customer service at a dealership!! The girls at the desk, Melissa and Amanda, are always prompt in calling me back and updating on me on the status of my repairs. My wife and I have now leased two vehicles from Winner Hyundai in Dover (2018 Kona limited and this weekend a 2020 Ioniq Hybrid Limited) and I have to say that the experience was absolutely fantastic. This time we handled the deal and details prior to going into the dealership which was a really awesome thing to be able to do. All we had to do on the day the final papers were to be signed was to show up, test drive the car a 2nd time (just to be sure, also we wanted to drive the car without a sales person in the car), and then go sign the final paperwork.Our salesman gave us a fantastic tour of the car and its features (I usually skip this myself on most cars, but my wife REALLY enjoyed it and this car had some many fancy techno features that I actually liked it too) prior to the final paperwork as well as after the paperwork to go over the last few things including making sure the phone was already set up to control the car remotely (she did that the night before haha).I wish they had more colors available as well as a certain model we wanted to try (the Elantra Hybrid), but the Rona kinda makes everything a bit harder to get even in 2021.When our 3 years are up again on her car, well be checking out what theyve got going on then as well. A top notch experience for sure. It felt more like a Lexus dealership experience (if youve ever been through that before, its fantastic) which I never really expected, Lexus dealerships are still better, but damn if Hyundai isnt trying. Hopefully the personnel is taken care of so they can keep good people like our two experiences have been so far.

First and foremost, the company took good measure for Covid-19 safety. My sales associate, Lex Todd, was very hospitable and patient and was willing to work with me to give me a great offer. Was very engaging and made me feel very comfortable. The staff that works the detailing and cleaning of car did a great job as well. The financing personnel that I spoke to was also very cooperative and genuine. Overall great experience.
