I got my car detailed here and now my 2010 Camry looks brand new! These guys did a great job and cleaned every square centimeter (and believe me, that couldn’t have been easy given that it was my car) I love the smell of a clean car as well. I left thinking ‘I really need to do this more often!’And they drove me to and picked me up from work!My only suggestion would be to make the business easier to find. Although these guys are on a busy street - it’s not well labeled (I guess the business sign blew away in the wind)Thanks so much - I love my “new” car!

Ive been coming to Final Finish for my new cars Detailing since i moved to Maine. Twice a year since 2018. From the start they were the place of incredible choice and find! I had major front end work done here back in Jan 2020. The whole right side of my car was disassembled, painted, and put back together. In this process my stock air intake was removed and was not put back together properly. The filter was not seated right and was allowing unfiltered air into the engine. My front license plate had a frame around it and the two screws holding the plate had plastic caps on them for aesthetics. One of these caps was missing when I got my car back.On another note, I consider the paint color match to be perfect.

Fantastic job for detailing. I got the base detail (6k) and the collision center did an amazing job. My car looks, smells, and feels brand new. It didn’t take them that long either! Be prepared to have to leave your car, but with the 6k I could have easily stayed in the office and been fine!! Thank you for an amazing detailing experience!

I recently had my car repaired through Final Finish after an accident and can’t leave enough positive feedback about the service I received! They communicated back and forth with my insurance company to ensure that my claim was accurate and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The damaged areas of my car were repaired perfectly and it looks brand new again! I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I went to Final Finish for repairs on my vehicle. They were very professional. They also went above and beyond to get my vehicle in right away, and fix the damage. The job was completed in the specified time. When picking up my vehicle, it was clean inside and out. One thing that stood out the most was when they cleaned the inside of my car, it looked brand new. The carpets alone were spotless! They even found a gift card that I had lost! They are extremely honest, and do fantastic work. They did an excellent job on the repair. I would highly recommend Final Finish.

Fantastic job! I am ashamed to admit that I let my two chocolate labs trash my vehicle. I dropped it off in the morning and at the end of the day I have a new vehicle again.. going to get seat protectors now so it stays nice. Im even going to drop it off again for some exterior work. Our dealership in Portsmouth recommended Final Finish. They were excellent! Repaired all of the damage (rear bumper) beautifully and in a timely manner. They were flexible on scheduling and fitting us in. Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Worked with insurance company so I didn’t have to much. Returned the car nice and clean on the outside, wheels sparkly black and even cleaned the inside! Could not recommend enough. Hopefully we do not have to go back but if we do unfortunately get damage again to the car THIS is where we’re going!

I brought my vehicle here as i seen it had awesome reviews. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I was helped by billy. Although he was helpful, I think it’s unprofessional to talk to a customer while you smell like between bathing in alcohol or clam baking off what must have been your lunch considering this was like 2:30pm. Just not a good first impression.

Awesome work by the guys at Final Finish Collision Center, on the repair to the front my my vehicle. They mastered everything, lining up the bumper with the rest of the body and light fixtures, matching the paint, and every little detail, to make my car look just as it did before the accident! Very courteous staff. After leaving a message they didnt call me back. I had to follow up, also again no call when the parts came in, but when I called back I was easily scheduled at my convenience. Was done at BOTH the time and price estimated. And washed it after so nice and clean. Would highly recommend them. Dont get put off by thier not calling you.

I got the 24k cleaning service done by final collision today. When I got my car back I sweat it was cleaner than when I bought it. Outstanding work. Door jambs cleaned. All the little crevices in the center console cleaned. Even the leather seats and door panels are scrubbed. Makes my car feel brand new again. 5/5.

Couldnt be happier with the way my truck looks. They even detailed the interior and exterior and went above and beyond to touch up a couple scratches while they were painting that had nothing to do with the service my truck was there for. I have had my car fixed here twice. The first time, it was quite extensive, although it was awhile until I got it back, the end result was beautiful. Yesterday, I had scraped the side of my car and even though it was 10 minutes before they were leaving for the day, Bill, took my car and buffed out the entire white transfer paint!! I brought my car to final finish in dover on March 16th i still dont have itThey keep telling me they will call me back and havent called me back onceThey have been paid by my insurance co. Which is allstate allstate calls me twice a week to make sure everything is going goodThey have told me how they keep putting in for parts and they dont do it until my insurance calls themMy insurance pays for 30 days on rental carNow that my 30 days has been up since last week i have to pay for the rental I live on social security. I cant afford this.I called them today to see when my car would be done the one that answered was sent there to help she tried but could not find out much she said it was on a hoist so apparently nothing had been doneShe was suppose to call me back I didnt hear from herI had an accident but it was suppose to take 9 days for repairs. It has now been 39 days and nothing is doneI dont know how to handle this situationIm very unhappy with the service I ve never been treated like this by a business

Stopped in at Final Finish with Gracie the English Bulldog pup after a shopping cart slammed into my honda. I was horrified at the scrape in the paint. Mark and Bill took a quick look and polished it out in about 15 minutes.They even gave grace a tennis ball to play with while we waited. Pet friendly. Excellent service at the Dover, NH location! Cleaned EVERY inch of the cars interior (except the trunk) and even washed the outside and the tires! They kindly placed all of my personal items in a box in the car. The price was very reasonable and turnaround time was great - I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up after work. My only suggestion is to have some identifying signage somewhere outside the building as I did not know where to go when I first arrived. And I was unaware of any early-bird drop off/box at the time, so when I arrived at 7:45 am, the guys in the service department were kind enough to help me as I was unable to wait until they opened at 8 am. Highly recommended, though!

I had my 2017 Camry fixed by these guys and they did an outstanding job. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I only had 11,000 miles on the car at the time and it looks like brand new when they got done with it. We are talking show room condition. Now I am having my 2017 Cadillac CT6 exterior done to take the swirl marks out. I will never take my car anywhere but final finish collision center. Thank you!I just want to add to my review that I did take my 2017 Cadillac ct6 over to get all the swirl marks out. They said the swirl marks were so bad they had never seen a vehicle in such bad shape. They kept my car for 6 hours when I got it back it looked in showroom condition. I would like to leave a review for final finish collision center, I had my car detailed today September 19th. My car never looked so good it looks better than when I originally bought it brand new. They do an excellent job and take very good care of you and are very prompt.

I dealt with Mark the entire time from when I originally brought my car in just for a claim till it got deemed undrivable and he help me get the rental car that day. Thanks to him I didn’t go more than 20 minutes without a car and I kept in touch with him and my car was finished seven days early. I came in to check and he had it ready for me. Very friendly and open the atmosphere Mark took me right to the shop and straight to my car even while it was wrapped up and ready to get painted I’ll definitely be seeing him for any more scratches and dents on my Honda Civic. And the best part was they worked 100% with my insurance and I didn’t have to pay a penny

Last week I foolishly fell asleep with my windows and sunroof open and of course, we had a torrential downpour overnight. Within 2 days my car smelled like the boys locker room. Thankfully, Adam advised me on how to minimize the damage until they could get me in for a 14k service. Id never had my car detailed before and have to say I was STUNNED when I picked it up! My car looked better than it did when I bought it! They even managed to get all of the dog hair that Id never been out despite repeated attempts with the car wash super vacuums. Im sold on this service and already plan to make this a regular service for my car. Well worth it, great guys, great service.

When you have to go back and clean the seats, windows and hard surfaces you have to wonder where the $210 they charge you for goes. Spent almost an hour actually detailing my car once I got it back... Not impressed, could have done a better job myself and paid much less! Only good that came out of it is the stuff mark they removed

Good work, thorough and they cleaned the interior of my car afterwards! One area I would like to see improved is to be updated on the cars status more frequently. I know they have to wait for insurance adjustors to okay more work but it would be helpful to know when the work will be finished.
