In addition to not having a loaner vehicle or other means to get me home after they were unable to fix my car they did an awful job of keeping me informed the next day about the status of my vehicle. It needed a new starter which I understand up-charging is part of what dealerships do but a starter for my make and model can be found in retailers such as advance auto as well as online for no higher then 180 dollars. I was charged over 500 just for the starter that does not include labor. While running a diagnostic of my vehicle to determine what needed to be replaced they gave me a list of suggested other problems they found that needed to be fixed. These items totaled over 2,000 dollars. What they did not know was just 7 days prior a 200,000 mile service was just done on the vehicle and so only one of the 7 items they listed was needed. The place I took it to is very reliable and I personally know the people there and my safety is important to them. Also fixing car issues is how they also make money so they wouldn’t just let 2k worth of work leave there shop. The fact that this location is up charging at such an astronomical rate is in its self a problem. The fact that they are attempting to take advantage of people by claiming work needs to be done that does not to be done is criminal. This should not be allowed to continue and someone should investigate such dishonesty and criminal practice.

I bought a 2011 Civic. I thought I got a car that had been looked through by the mechanics, as my sales associate said, but that wasnt the case. There were three glaringly obvious issues that I caught within the first week of having it, and Im not a trained mechanic. 1. Hadnt been aligned. 2. Weights werent balanced. 3. Bone dry wiper fluid reservoir. These are very basic portions of looking over a car that you intend to put your business name over. If you buy a used car here, make no mistake, they give it a bath and some tire shine and thats all theyve done to make sure the car is safe for you. Totally unimpressed.

I want to start by saying; I love my Honda. I am a loyal customer, on my 3rd Honda vehicle. That being said, every encounter I have had with my closest Honda garage (Dover Honda) had been miserable. The staff have been rude. The phone system is garbage. I have had to bring my vehicle to my local mechanic for repairs after every visit. The antitheft radio codes and the occasional recall are the only reasons I return

Cody and the rest of the team at Dover Honda is fantastic. This was my first purchase of a new car from a dealership and I walked in feeling very anxious about such a big purchase. Cody was patient, welcoming and understanding and by the end of the experience it felt as if I was just talking to a friend. I love my new Accord and will absolutely plan on leasing from them again!

The auto center service is subpar. The men running that place act like a bunch of frat boys. The AC in my Accord (which I bought new a few years ago) stopped working early June. They had to order a part and said it would be in, in a week. A week 1/2 went by and I didn’t hear anything from them so I called and found out the part wasn’t going to arrive until early July….here it is mid July and I have heard nothing from them. I had asked what the chances were on being offered a temporary car until the part came in because I had purchased the extended warranty and I have a newborn and I didn’t think it was safe for her to be in the heat. The manager said “I’d love to help you but I can’t, not having AC isn’t considered a safety risk.” I disagree and when I have to drive around with my baby in 90 degree weather for weeks on end that’s a safety risk. Needless to say I got fed up and decided to buy a 2021 Kia Sorento from Dan O’Brien Kia in Concord. He gave me a great deal on my trade-in and I had a great experience! Great prices but HORRIBLE customer service after you make the deal. They filled out the registration forms wrong TWICE with careless errors and didn’t provide the proper documentation for the DMV to register the vehicle. It has taken over 3 weeks to attempt to get the car registered. I drove 3 hours to get a car from them, they knew what time I was arriving and I sat in the dealership for 2.5 hours waiting to sign papers. As soon as they finally send me the accurate documents I need to register the car I am done and never dealing with this dealership again.Update: and they will not return my phone call to resolve the problems. This has been an absolute miserable experience.

Called at 8am to make an appointment to see a specific car, informed them we were driving over an hour and to make sure the car was available. On the drive there, we called again to make sure we were all set, they said yes. When we got there, they were very unprofessional and unorganized. We met with a salesperson, they knew we were looking at that specific car and took my license to photo copy. They were gone for what felt like 20 mins, when they came back they said they just sold the car to someone else. Then we had to drive an hour home without getting to try out the car we made an appointment to see. Really disappointed in their customer service.

My experience at Dover Honda is always above my expectations. Because of very low mileage after 14 months, didn’t expect the oil change to be complementary because it was still the first oil change with this CR-V. Oil change and tire rotation, was charged only for the rotation. When I picked up my car, it had been washed and vacuumed, as they always do. Nice touch Dover Honda!

Wasnt to impressed being asked if I knew what time it was on initial contact. I understand its Friday and the weekend is close, and my vehicle isnt one they normally service. Just would be nice to come to a business that is happy to help and go out of their way, not about how soon they can get out. Otherwise service has been fine. Convenient that they have this service open to work around your schedule and you dont have to make an appointment to get an oil change done.

The people from this place is just outstanding. They go above and beyond wtih my expectations. I currently just move in New Hampshire got a car accident and and totaled my car and have a lot of things going on with my life. But as soon as I walked in trying to get an affordable and good price car. They go right away and help me with what I need. More than what I expected. I love the people very accommodating especially Miss Caitlin and MR Anton and MR Toni too! They are very easy to deal with. Couldn’t be any happier with my purchase with this place.

Worst experience ever!! Un professional staff, We started to work with a sales person and She had no personality, Did not listen to what we wanted, or care she just wanted a sale. We Left for a couple hours and came back as we decided to buy the car we wanted to work with someone else but they refused. The management was much worse than the sales woman raising voices talking down to us. Quite frankly they were very rude. I will never recommend them to anyone. And to top it off they use COVID as a crutch to not to take any money off ( not even $100) what a lame excuse. Using a pandemic to benefit is distasteful and unethical. I hope ICL does not represent this way at all their dealerships.

I was considering upgrading my HRV to a CRV so I stopped in to just “look.” I was immediately greeted by John Renault. He was so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Sometimes salesmen can be pushy- this was absolutely not the case. He listened to what I had to say, found me the car that met my needs, did not push me to buy, but answered all of my questions professionally and respectfully. I decided to purchase the car and John facilitated the process from there. There was no need to haggle with Dover Honda over the trade-in value of my HRV; it was a very fair and generous trade-in. Buying a car is not a quick process- John kept me informed of what was going on each step of the way while I waited, while also stopping by to chat or offer refreshments. I’ve always believed that Hondas sell themselves, but John helped to make the process at Dover Honda a cut above the rest.

Went to pick up my car from a service being performed on my 2015 Honda CRV.Picked my car up on Saturday right before they closed and my vehicle wasn’t vacuumed but it was ransacked and my kids candy was eaten, my things were thrown about, my change stolen and my credit card was taken from my console.I’m an insurance agent and have had no problems with any service until today, March 27th.Will tell all my clients to be wary of this dealership and any service done here.Edit:04-02-2021Nobody at the Dover Honda Dealership made the this situation right. I straightened up and cleaned my car before leaving my car in the service bay of dealership overnight for them to work on it in the AM.Will no longer take my car there and recommend everyone to not leave your vehicle overnight.04-06-2021Service done on my car is making my car sound worse than when I dropped it off. Made an apt to come back to have them fix the problem and hope they resolve it. I’ll be taking all of my possessions out of my vehicle.

What a wonderful place!! I dealt with Cody Davenport whom I met when I was searching for my car last time and he was awesome. I had the opportunity to deal with Cody on trading in my civic for an Accord. Cody must read the all the Honda pamphlets for each car. He knows all the options and what cars they are available on. Cody walked me thru the used car like he was the previous owner. I continued my search to every car dealer in Massachusetts and NH for the next two weeks. He followed up with me via text and we came to an agreement on trade value of my car. I was driving away in my preowned Honda within 2 hours. Finance department got the rate thru my credit union I needed to complete the deal. Cody Davenport is truly an amazing Honda Dealer Sales Specialist. Top Notch!!

I stopped in with my 2017 CRV for a tire rotation this week. The dealership isnt ever in my regular route, so carving out time for service is always a challenge. Unfortunately, my timing wasnt great as they had experienced a lengthy power outage the previous day and were very backed up as a consequence. I explained to Reece that I was already a bit behind in my rotation schedule and was disappointed that I would have to put it off longer and figure out when to fit this trip in again. Reece was an excellent problem solver. He navigated the obstacles of the schedule and not only accommodated my request, but also took care of the next upcoming mileage service and inspection so that I came out all set for the next several months! He never once led me to feel like an inconvenience and really kept the focus on working this out together. Experiences like this are what make me continue to get all of my service there instead of choosing someplace closer.

Ignore the masks required signs on the door, theyre just for show. At the service desk, one employee wasnt wearing a mask at all and another TOOK THEIR MASK OFF RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Less than an arms length away. Indoors, in a small enclosed room, with no dividers between us or anything.I saw SIX employees not wearing masks or with their nose uncovered. Its disgusting that they arent taking this seriously.I wouldnt go back. I didt even feel safe getting in my car after they worked on it, because I had no reason to believe that the techs actually wore masks inside my car.

I came to Dover Honda on 12/30/20 to test drive a 2017 civic I was interested in purchasing. I initially worked with Cody, who was fine to deal with. His sales manager however, was unprofessional and lacked skill basic customer service skills. I was ready to make a deal, and I asked about negotiating the price. The sales manager told me they were firm on the price, and that the car would sell anyday because it was such a fantastic deal. When I mentioned I had seen some better deals online, and asked if they price matched, they told me no. He said If youve found better prices online, why havent you gone there?. Seriously?! Youre trying to sell cars and thats what you say to someone? They acted like I was trying to get the car for free. We didnt even talk numbers. I left my contact information, and never heard back from them. The car I test drove is still sitting in the lot today. I bought a car identical to the one I test drove at a dealership who had superior customer service and spoke to me like a customer, not an annoyance. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

So far I’ve met one decent person in my experience at Dover Honda. I felt like a burden buying my car when it was close to closing time for them. Granted it was the only time I could get down there. People do not hold their word, they say they’ll give you a call shortly then you’ll never get a call. They’ll have you make multiple trips down to fix an issue on your car and the issue continues. Very unprofessional and rude people there. If I was to recommend anything about Dover Honda it would be the exit.

We purchased a certified used Honda and traded a car. Dover Honda said they would transfer the registration over from one car to the other. That was over 2 months ago and its still not done! they never call back. Lie about what they have done and so far have not yet done the job. we only had 20 day temp plates. So disappointing!

Would not recommend. Took my car there for a brake slide service, differential flush, and patch a tire. Dropped it off at 8 AM and asked to be notified as soon as it was ready. Received no notifications, only a request to change my cabin air filter for $49.99 and engine air filter for $59.99. (Absolutely outrageous prices considering you can buy filters for around $10 on Amazon and watch a 2 minute YouTube video on how to do it yourself.) At 4:30 I called them to check the status and they said I could pay the $500 bill but didnt tell me what it was even for. I was given the runaround on the phone, transferred from cashier to technician, back to cashier, then finally paid.I picked up my car and the lug nut key was missing from the pouch. and the jack stand was left out in the trunk.I emailed and called the manager twice and never heard back. I did receive a call from the cashier who offered to deliver the key to me, but I knew this was impossible since you need the car in person to test the key.So I brought my car back in, and a technician walked out holding a handful of lug nut keys. He got lucky and guessed mine on the first try.To sum up, I have 4 words for Dover Honda: Careless, disrespectful, overpriced, lazy.

Bought a brand new 2020 civic September of 2020 and it has been nothing but problems since I got it. I wish I could give it back I never should have bought it. Bluetooth only works when it wants to sometimes I have to reconnect 5 times just to get it to work. I’ve also had several issues where the windows are opening by themselves at night and then there is either snow or rain water in my car in the morning. I will never buy another Honda Civic.

This was honestly the best car buying experience Ive ever had (and Ive owned many cars over the years). My sales rep, Caitlin, was warm, yet professional, and listened to what I wanted and patiently answered my questions. I had absolutely no intention of driving away in a new Civic yesterday, but Eric worked hard to get me a price I simply couldnt refuse. I bought a car here a few weeks ago and the woman who helped me in financing neglected to give me any of the paperwork required for registration so I had to return after being told by the city that I couldnt register my car. Frustrating and felt very unprofessional to let me leave without the proper paperwork.I was able to move past that but last night I was given another runaroundfrom Dover Honda. There was an issue with the windows not being able to go back up that was noted during the test drive and the sales rep said they would get it fixed, so we agreed and I purchased the car.So I went in to have it fixed and the service team said it was all set. When I finally tried the front passenger side button, it wouldn’t work to bring the window back up.After calling the service desk and asking about the problem I was told to bring the car in, but when I brought it in yesterday I was told it wouldn’t be covered and I’d have to pay for the repair.When I purchased the car, I was assured the windows would be fixed and now I’m being told they won’t.What is the disconnect here? I’m frustrated by this situation and upset with the whole team there.Based on my experience, Dover Honda is a poorly run and unprofessional business. Im hoping that someone will reach out and make this right but the person I spoke to yesterday said there is nothing they would do.

However not so much goes for the finance department, seemed very pushy, demanding, and failed to even tell us any accurate numbers until we asked before signing. After us saying it just isn’t going to work out, and thank you for this opportunity became very rude. The finance portion is a crucial step, and it just wasn’t there. Do not recommend.

Dover Honda is unlike any other dealership I have worked with in the past. I am typically hesitant at best and indignant at worst, when it’s time to get a car. Becky VanBobo, our Honda sales associate, managed to provide me with a whole new outlook on the car buying process. Instead of feeling excited that I had made it out of battle alive, we were SO EXCITED with our new CAR.While Becky was working hard with me, the rest of the staff was not just tolerant of my 8 year old, but interactive, patient, and kind towards him.As for the car, I was looking for a safe, reliable and affordable option for my daughter. The Honda Civic checked all the boxes. Her feelings of nostalgia towards her old car were gone the first time she dove her new car. It was snowing when she was leaving work and by the time she got home, was as beside herself by how safe the car felt, and confident she was while driving.She absolutely loves it.I have never bought a Honda before but their customer experience is amazing enough to me not want to go anywhere else.

I had planned to leave 4 stars, but upon returning home and discovering the repair I went in for was not completed properly, I have to dock my review.As for the positive: I give one star for company culture, as the employees seem cheerful with one another and happy to be at work. I give another star for Ken at service check-in, who is very cordial and accommodating. I give a third star for cleanliness and pleasantness of the waiting area and restrooms.I cannot in good conscience recommend this location for two reasons: One, before we had work done on our Civic, we described our problem in full to the service team. We ordered the parts we needed, and were quoted for the labor to install those parts. Only after I arrived later and had been waiting for one of the two hours we had been quoted did I learn that we had not been quoted to fix the problem, only to install the parts, and so there would be an additional hour of labor required.Two, after being there over 4 hours and missing a full day of work, I was checked out without any oral summary of what had been done, which I thought was odd since Id seen many customers come and go and receive more thorough treatment. When I discovered that the repair was only partially done, I had to guess that this was why I was sent off without a verbal account of the work.We will definitely have to have further work done, and the money we spent exceeded what we had been quoted not only for the extra hour of labor but also for data and environmental fees which were never quoted.

I have never had a bad experience at Dover Honda. They are very friendly, helpful, professional and never try to make have any service that you dont want or need. My family has purchased 7 cars there in 12 years and we will always keep going back. Dover Honda was always a go to for new Hondas and service, for thirty years, but recently my daughter had a ruptured gas tank on her 2018 CRV. It sat in their lot for over ten days and they were unable to give me a time frame on a replacement tank. I got fed up and called a local body shop who told me they could have a replacement tank the next day.We sent a tow truck over to get the CRV at their lot but wouldnt release it until we pAid a $120 fee for diagnosing the problem. I diagnosed the problem in 20 seconds after seeing a picture from 1300 miles away.They have turned into price gougers and will never return with my business.

Our daughter passed her drivers license test and we took her to Dover Honda for her first car. Our salesperson was Allan L. and he was great to deal with. We were interested in the CR-V and he spent several hours with us going over all the features of the car, taking us for a test drive, and thoroughly answering all of our questions. We never felt pressured and it was a pleasant experience. We appreciated how Allan took some extra time to help our daughter get comfortable with the vehicle and all its features before we drove off. After test driving many vehicles at different dealerships, we returned to Dover Honda for two reasons. First, the 2017 CRV was our favorite of the vehicles we tested, hands down! Second, the experience we had at Dover Honda initially was wonderful. Charley and Ric gave us their best price on the vehicle from the get-go and were very straightforward. We were very happy with the purchase price of the vehicle that we ultimately chose. In addition, Charley was an absolute pleasure to work with, was very transparent and honest in all steps of the process, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We also had a great experience with Sarah in Finance. We purchased our Civic at Dover Honda in 2013 and are so happy we returned to purchase another vehicle here. The experience Dover Honda provides its customers is, in our opinion, significantly different than what the typical car dealership provides. Everyone is honest, upfront, friendly, and genuine. I arrived for an oil change and utilized Dover Hondas quick lane. I was greeted pleasantly and told it would be about 30-45 minutes. It was definitely under 40 minutes. I was very impressed to have it done so quickly on a Saturday with no appointment. They even washed the car as well. Great experience.

I have always been a Toyota fan but wanted to check out the Honda and I was glad I did. Buying it was not my plan but I was impressed with the CR-V and Cody Davenport our salesman did a great job taking the time to go over the vehicle and Paula Redden did a great job with pricing. Oh ya there also was the music and clapping of hands every time a vehicle was sold. I counted 5 times while I was there.I am glad I went.

Outstanding car shopping experience!! Dover Honda has certainly put together an A-Team when it comes to the highest level of customer service imaginable. As my wife and I shopped for cars over the last couple of months there was something special that kept us coming back to Dover Honda. Four years ago we purchased our very first Honda (2016 CRV) which we enjoyed very much. As time rolled on we started looking at a new vehicles, a plethora of makes and models (17 to be exact) which we narrowed down to our next new vehicle. We like to think that we saved the best for last Honda in making our final choice. It was a new 2019 Honda Passport from Dover Honda that won our hearts over. In all honesty, of our three visits to Dover Honda, it was our initial meeting with Dover Hondas Top Notch Sales Team Kris Adams and Eric Swindell that convinced us to purchase from Dover Honda. He let me walk around the lot and look for exactly which one I liked the best. He made the process as easy as possible and patiently walked me through how to use all of the features. I was in the area due to work and had just got a recall notice about my air bag module. I called Dover Honda and set up an appointment for after work. They worked me in quick and had me setup after work for the next day. Total time was about 3 hours wait but they did give my car a complimentary wash after they serviced the air bag. The staff was very friendly and courteous. If Im ever in the area again for work and need my Honda serviced, I will definitely go to Dover Honda again!

I had to go 15 miles out of my way to come to this one, but sure am glad I went with my feelings. Though my car only called for an oil change and tire rotation, I had things I was concerned about to be checked on my new Honda CR-V, and they did it without an appointment. I had a tire pressure warning light come in on my Honda. I was visiting from out of state on vacation and did not know much about the surrounding area.I rolled into the shop and explained my situation. After a lengthy search for a used car, we ended up at Dover Honda in NH.Browsing the online inventory, I saw a car that raised my interest and I used the online form to ask if its still available. To my surprise, on a Friday night, I got a reply from Paula Redden.We were able to schedule a visit a couple of days later to see and test drive the car. Paula is not your stereotypical car sales person: she was very welcoming, no pressure, didnt ask us any inappropriate questions like other sales people from other dealers did, and completely understood our needs.We decided to buy the car after we drove it and thoroughly looked at it: Paula gave us all the time we needed to inspect the car ourselves to make sure its exactly what we want and need. Our lease on our 2016 CR-V was coming to an end in September so Paula gave us a call to see if we wanted to come in early and get into a new vehicle. We came in with the intent of leasing another CR-V. After exploring our options and a comedy filled test drive with Kris we ultimately we decided on an sharp HR-V Sport. Paula and Kris did everything in their power to get us the features we wanted and a payment we were happy with. Marsha did a splendid job of getting us through the paperwork and was a pleasure to deal with.
