I love my One LIFE FITNESS, its family oriented, clean, tons of workout equipment, great vibes, and you LITERALLY HAVE TO SIGN UP, because its WORTH EVERY CENT... I LOVE IT THERE!!!

First of let me start by saying I really dont like working out. I have always found it boring and I tend to look for reasons to justify not going.

There is a very friendly atmosphere at Golds Gym Douglasville. Gym associates are always willing to assist you with questions and give you recommendations if you ask. A comfortable, welcoming sense of community is present there. They offer a great variety of classes and have helpful, informative class instructors. The choices of gym equipment and workout spaces offer flexibility and numerous options for exercise plans. The Gym Membership is very reasonably priced for all that is offered through this location.

Never I mean never workout here. I talked to a customer service representative back in September to cancel my membership. It’s February and their gym membership fee is still coming out my account. Their staff consist of liars. Continues to tell me that their sending an email of cancellation and never receive it therefore another lost payment without proof. Changed to one life fitness and still trying to collect my payments. Bad business!!!!!!!! Very bad business!!!!!!

Hats off to Brandy for handling a carefully planned schedule. I know from working in an flight operations environment, the scheduler must handle various personnel issues, and plan what best for the business. Its a thankless job and I want to thank you. By the way, shes a pretty good instructor too.Kim, Jimmy, April, Lauren, Lisha, Robin, Julie, Dakota, Jacob, Melissa, and of course Amy I dont know how you do it. Everyone of you always puts out 150%, always keep the class on track, remember everyone names and are so helpful. You do all this while working other jobs, and taking care of your families. It takes a special person to get up on that stage, you guys are amazing. Jodie, and Chase, you guys are getting better with every class. Great jobI say this with every survey, West Georgia Golds Gym is best Golds Gym in the country, and I travel over 100 nights a year. Thanks guys

Been a member here since i was 5 years old taking swimming lessons (yep there used to be a pool) and it was called the Health Club. best gym in the world :) i like how someone used the word cozy. that is the perfect description. if youre reading this and contemplating joining this gym- do it!

I love this gym. Although it doesnt have all the equipment and class options as the Golds Gym off Chapel Hill Road, its cheaper, friendlier, and more personal. I dont feel awkward at all when I work out. Everyone that goes there is nice. Thumbs up.

This is my home gym and I love the staff and all of the customers that come in and work hard at Fitness! The classes are great in the staff is always willing to help if you are in need.

Today was my first time working out at this location. I joined yesterday. Marly and Braydon were super friendly and helpful with my registration. Today, Jill was extremely helpful with showing me how to use the equipment. I had a great workout and enjoyed being there.Thanks!!

This is easily the best gym I have ever been to - CrossFit or otherwise! Everyone is incredibly encouraging, supportive, and enthusiastic.

I like the coziness and snob-free environment. The other members are normal people, like me, who are just there to get a good work out, not to socialize or hang out. The staff are friendly and helpful. I choose this one over the other Douglasville location because it just seems less intimidating.

Golds Gym on hospital drive is amazing! The staff is super friendly and the facility is very well kept! The instructors are awesome and willl diff routines to give you a variety and make all fitness levels feel welcome! Love this place :)

The hours listed on here are incorrect. They close at 6 p.m. on Saturdays and its also disappointing that they do not have clean drinking water or paper towels unlike the golds gym off of Chapel Hill.

Offers a variety if options to work out. I love the classes and they have a section just fir women. You can even watch a movie while working out!

Been going to Golds for 6 years! Love the friendly atmosphere. So glad there are more Zumba class times to accommodate us busy, working single Moms!!

I absolutely love this gym! It is always very clean and has amazing group exercise classes. Shoutouts to the front office staff: Audrey, Patrice, Camera, Amber, Marlee, Zach, and Alec. And group exercise instructors: Kim, Lisa, Lisha, Kera, Lakisha, Lauren, Brittany and Michael. Thank yall for being a part of my fitness journey!

Ive been a member of this gym since 2007 on and off due to moving. I originally gave this company a 5 star review. That has since changed. The golds gym billing company ABC FINANCIAL are a bunch of damn crooks. Ive tried to cancel my membership 2 times and am still getting billed. Im seriously about to contact a lawyer because this is beyond ridiculous!

Golds is a great gym. They have a lot of space so you dont seem crowded, there is a lot of machines.

Very rude and unprofessional management staff! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced with a business! I was lied to by one of the managers. Good luck having a manager actually pick up the phone and return your call if you ever leave a message, its going on 4 days and I still havent received a call back. Gym is kept very hot and muggy, feels like youre in a sauna. Its very obvious theyre more concerned with how much money theyre bringing in than customer satisfaction! After the horrible customer service I experienced from management, I will never recommend this gym to anyone!

I dont know how to say ... oh what the hell. You guys need more Zumba dance instructors. You have that ONE and she seems to be the substitute for all the other ones. She is rhythm-less and gives you diabolical looks if you leave early despite the fact that she is dreadful. I have literally driven to the East-West connector location just not to have to be manacled to the other hostages called her participants. Honestly, walking into her class and having her see you is like driving on to the highway ramp and finding obscene traffic with no hope for retreat. There ... I said it.

I like it here, they have pretty much all the equiment u need. Staff is friendly. I jus put in my ear buds and zone out to some music, get my work out in and go home. Never had any issues

Great workout place & the atmosphere is phenomenal.

I was a member at golds for 2 yrs. Mostly went to the chapel hill location because the front desk staff and manger seems friendlier at that location. But I had problems with the gym charging me for childcare after I was told that I would not be charged after the 4th month. They failed to tell me you had to inform them that you want to cancel childcare 30 days in advance. Also Kim at the front at chapel hill made me feel pressured when I decided to cancel my membership. If its such a great gym then there should be no worry about customers returning later on. I got a bad tast in my mouth about the hospital drive location the 1st time going there. I asked for a tour and he was unable to because he was the only person up front. Didnt offer to show me around after other employees got there. I did like the classes (not the Zumba instructor at hospital drive). Dakota was a great Zumba instructor!!! But after being a member for 2 yrs I am boarded with the classes. So basically its an ok gym but needs lots of improvement. Childcare employees are great but it costs WAY too much!!!! $40 for one month for one child if you dont commit to 4 months. The classes get boring over time. And staff being professional and friendly needs improvement.
