Honestly, it was the greatest experience I’ve ever had! I came in and they said it would take a minute, so I wasn’t expecting much. After a few minutes, I got a call to come into work. I asked to get my car back so I could go in, He said I was next on the lift, So I decided to stay. I kid you not he had everything done in less than 30 minutes with only two mechanics! I double checked all the work and it looks amazing! Thank you guys so much!!!!

My experience was phenomenal. I had a huge hole in my tire and without an appointment, I walked right in with the help of Norman immediately. He told me they didn’t have the tire I needed but he called a store near by and got me a tire within 20 minutes, and within an hour my car was repaired and ready to head home! Great great service. 10/10 recommended.

I saw my tire looked a little low, I tried looking for the nail and couldnt find it, I called Mavis Tires & Brakes off Douglas Blvd Called about my tire needing to be plugged, and they were able to get me in the same day, so I head over, told them my car sensor was telling me it was the driver side front wheel, and got helped right way. Caleb looked at the driver side front tire and couldnt find the nail, he then checked the systems tire sensor and found it was reading the wrong tire, so he found it was actually passenger side front tire, he plugged the tire and reprogrammed my sensors so they would read the right tires like it was supposed to. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Got a car at an auction and knew it needed the brakes done really soon. I came into Mavis & the handled me good but also found my rear struts were no good(Explained the wiggle around sharp curves). They got it done pretty quickly betting their projected time & the car runs like new! Al signed me up for Mavis credit for a discounted price (saved $300). He said hed give me that price even if not approved! Thanks. Definitely coming back

The experience was overall good. The manager and his team seem to be quite nice. I will admit, they took longer than I expected checking me out. I wasn’t in a rush, therefore, I was patient & didn’t mind. Overall, they did a great job replacing my tires and their quote was cheap in comparison to many other places!

This place is the best. I take my sons car here all the time.We bought tires and they went beyond their normal workday routine to get us back on the road. They also fixed our breaks and a few other things. They are always nice and respectful, timely and very affordable. Hope you like them as much as I do.

I had to share my experience at Mavis Tires located at the Douglas Blvd location. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating. I went to several different places before I made the decision to purchase tires. I spoke to a gentleman that goes by the name Cody. He was able to meet all of what I felt was reasonable. The customer service is superb. If you looking for tires do your homework first. Believe me I did my homework. I ended up at Mavis Tires. I will do business with them from now on.

Had some work done & it was cool. I came back because I was having some issues surrounding my battery.. I won’t name drop but the mechanic said he would order the part & install it for me.. took my name & number & made it seem like he was going to help and wasn’t any help at all. I couldn’t get him on the phone after he said he would keep me updated.. & when I did he wasn’t too helpful & never called back with an update after saying he’d order the part I needed. I was driving around with a shoe string holding my battery for a week until I decided I would just go somewhere else to have it fixed.. the car was cutting off on me & all.. was not happy about that.

So in Sunday on our way to a quick Sams errand, My mothers Range tire dropped to 30 PSI. I asked Google assistant to find me the closest open tire shop and behold!The Manager Norman walked all the way outside to clear up the confusion on my face because clearly I thought I was a bother. For a Sunday morning they were busy working. So he had the Mechanic Exavier assist us with not only the one tire but check all of our tires as well. Norman strike me as a fun and respectful gentleman. During his greeting he was observant that my mother just had surgery and told Exavier, the lady stays in the car just jack the Range up. I will always use their service and recommend all I know that this kind of observation to details is key to great customer service and trust building for such an important machine in our lives.

Amazing service! The gentleman that was working the counter on Sunday was extremely helpful. I caught a flat tire going through Douglasville on my way home to Alabama and they were able to repair my tire and got me in and out and back on the road in no time!

Not sure why but I had to take a tire to them an was told a 90 mins now yes I understand about being short staffed but when somebody come in with one tire you dont put them to the back of the line and tell him to have to wait to put a tire on a rim with a machine takes no more than 3 to 4 minutes and to fill with air it is a 6 to 10 minute process from beginning to end and thats including talking to the customer when I re-spoke to him and let him know that I was in a quite of a hurry he found somebody else to do the job when the tire was done he didnt mean we cash me out he waited on four different people before cashing me out so yes did I get done quicker than 90 minutes yes but at least took 45 minutes from the time you walking in and getting back my tire remind you it is a big shop with a lot of employees they need to have better management and pricing was ridiculous too high for me

I was taking my daughter to school and hit a HUGE screw in the road so I goggled the nearest tire shop...this was at 7:53am the shop opened at 8am on the dot!..and a gentleman came outside and greeted me with a smile asking how could he help .. fortunately he was able to plug my tire I wasnt even there 15mins and he made sure I was comfortable the entire staff was very professional and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here from now on..Thanks for your speedy help Norman and crew members..now Im off to work!

I had my car services on August 20, 2021. I had a flat tire under warrenty that I needed replaced as well as I needed an oil change. I set up the appt for 4pm I asked how long it would take they didnt answer so I left. I get a call 2 hours later telling me my TPMS sensor was broken. I know that is impossible since I did not drive on the flat, he said they break very easily with a flat which is hard to believe. Wanted to charge 65 I declined go back to.pick up car not ready. They did not rotate the tires nor reset oil light guy said they were new. I know they broke the sensor and dont want to replace itUpdate spoke with Norman he was extremely helpful and replaced the sensor

This Mavis in Douglasville was supposed to fix my truck rear end that’s still bouncing when driving and mostly when breaking and now my break paddle goes to the floor every morning. I have to pump it 3 to 4 time before it work properly. When Mavis first repaired it, the repair only lasted for 3 weeks. Took my truck back to the same shop to fix the bouncing again it only lasted 2 days. Not only that they bought a rebuilt caliper which was already on my truck from 2020. Also added gas shocks and never gave me any option on what type of shock I would like on my truck. 3rd round I go to Mavis in Austell on a appointment but they short staff and move slow. I left my truck there over night to come back the next day nothing done. Took my truck back to Mavis in Douglasville one of the old heads gets smart about me wanting to ride with him in my truck so we can be on the same page. But for the most part he had no customer service. Over all I paid almost $1000 to get my truck fixed and it is still not fixed . I’m looking into an investigation and attorney because that to much money to let THIS FLY BY LIKE IT NEVER HAPPEN. I can’t trust this company at all

I had a 9 oclock appointment scheduled for tires. After waiting for over an hour and half I called the location to check the status. The man I was talking to seemed nice he told me they were behind and it would be another hour and half. Surprisingly he said my husband took the keys and left. My husband called me immediately after leaving and told me the man was being really rude and was upset that I called to check the status. He didnt know my husband was standing right in front of him so he heard everything the man and the other coworker were saying. Iwouldnt recommend this company to anyone they are slow and unprofessional.

I Had a problem with the wrong tire being put on my car. I called back up there once I noticed and the technician Jonathan Listen to me and found the right tire in there system after one of his colleagues said they didnt sell that particular tire. So Jonathan told me come back on Tuesday ill have it here for you. I called first on Tuesday to make sure the tire was there and the general manager Norman answered the phone and was very professional and put me on hold too as he said physically put his hands on the tire. He returned and said come on up we got you. From there he got me in and out as quickly as possible.Thanks guys

Corporate tire stores are all basically interchangeable. Most price match, most will try and upsell you, most have decent selections, and most try and provide a decent level of customer service. Generally speaking, buying tires is usually not a particularly noteworthy experience, or typically one worth writing a review about.However, the single reason I love this particular tire store is because of Norm, the GM there. I dont think Ive ever met anyone as enthusiastic and as personable in a service/sales job. The dude is awesome. Makes you feel like the only customer in the room, will work with you for what you need without trying to oversell you, and will make up for any minor inconvenience you may suffer while getting your new tires. Hell, even if he did try to upsell me on something Id probably just go ahead and do it just because of how pleasant an experience buying from him is.At any rate, Ive bought more tires than I probably should have over the last couple years, and after meeting Norm, the Mavis Tire on Douglas Blvd (commonly mistaken for the one next to Sams Club) will be my first stop from now on to buy from Norm. Highly recommended!

The manager was very good to an older lady. He didnt have to credit her anything on her brakes or tires. He did anyway. As for me, he did not charge me for checking all my tires on my truck I have been working on for 2 years to get it ready for my son. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting a fair deal for a fair price. Definitely 5 stars. I came to buy one tire. I left with a full check on my truck.

Service center was short 2 service techs. My 10 am appointment was going to be delayed at least 3 hours. Service Mgr. Offered to getme a ride so I could get my other vehicle to be able to get my shopping errands done. I was called 3.5 hours later informing me my vehicle was ready. I thought I could get a ride, but it didnt work out. The Mgr. Offered me a ride when he could get things caught up. After 2 hours I was able to arrange a ride. On the way there, I received a call and someone was coming to pick me up. I told them I was on my way there and didnt need a ride. The Mgr did everything he could do to make up for the delay due to employee shortage.

My husband and I were greeted by Jay who was outstanding and took care of us in a very professional manner. We got our 4 brand new tires AND alignment(didnt even have to ask for this because NORMAN knew it needed to be done with our new tires) we got our break fluid and power steering flushed at no charge (for the long wait with flex tires credit payment system which we were approved for within minutes) we will be coming back for our breaks next month and for all future services on our vehicle(s) thank yall so much and keep up the outstanding work! We appreciate yall.

Never ever go here!Scheduled and appointment for SaturdayOn Wednesday for 4 new tires.I called on Thursday to confirm they would have the tires there.Showed up Saturday 30 minutes prior to appointment, left the vehicle there.Me and the wife ran some errands etc.Got a call from them about 3 1/2 hoursLater stating theyre heavy lift was broken.Unbelievable!!! None of the technicians said anything. should have told somebody up front!!

I went back for all of the right reasons. I had a left upper control arm worn out of limits and several of the studs on my wheels were swollen which happens over time. I also ended up replacing my tires. Eddie worked on my truck and did a a great job. He even stopped in the parking lot to let me know that everything went well and that he test drove it to make sure. Whether you deal with Eddie Norm Alyssa Caleb or jonathan everyone understands and tries to help any way they can. I hope not to be back but if I do I know Ill be in good hands. I was very pleased with my service at Mavis. I needed a Brake flush and Kurt took a look at my vehicle to let me know what else may need to be done. He respectively made his recommendations without being pushy, on other services he thought I should get and left it up to me to decide. No pressure. The store manager Norman was the one who worked on my vehicle and noticed my brake light was on as well and took care of it for me at no additional charge. Now this is the type of company that represents customer service, courtesy and concern for their customers. I felt valued and appreciated. I will return to Mavis again. Thank you.

Excellent service! A couple bolts in our skid plate had fallen out while in town shopping and we stopped in to see if anything could be done about it; Jay showed us exactly what the issue was, where new bolts would go, and zip tied it in place free of charge so we could be on our way without worrying about it flying off driving down the interstate. He was very kind, informative, and got us back on the road in about 10 minutes! I cannot vouch for their brake and tire service, but hands down the best I had been treated in any chain automotive service center.

First I just wanna say that GOD, IS GOOD ALL OF THE TIME.Now what I mean by that is that, as I did research on who would not try and get over on me and My Wife. I ended up going with Mavis tire in Douglasville Georgia. And I will never go to another mechanic for service again going forward. As I have been taken advantage of from several other vehicle service companies. The Gm, Assistant Manger the Customer Service team, even the Technicians. Made me feel at ease, and now I believe that I will be able. To make the trip to Arkansas and back. Without any issues as Me and My Wife. Getting my car, Roxi worked on is my least favorite thing to do in life and I hate it. Its time consuming and expensive and you have to go to the right place with the right people. As a woman, you also get walked all over by mechanics who assume you dont know anything about cars. Manager Jay and Darryl were understanding to the fact I was a student on a budget, educated me about what my car really needed and what could wait, and they really worked with me! I was happy to see a black business that is about their business and thriving! This will be my go to place now that Im a Douglasville resident!
