The post office here seems to be a hit and miss... inconcistent with delivery. I bought some color filters for my camera (2x now - 1st time unintintally but still). The first time, the post office delivered without an issue...no problems; and I ordered them around the same time frame... just hours apart...no more than a day or two at max. Anyway, for some reason they are having a huge problem delivering my second set of filters. They put my delivery on hold ( much better than the very first time where just sent a product I had ordered back without saying/ mentioning anything) stating customer had moved...moved where though? My husband and I have been here in Douglas now for almost 3 month. The catch is I used the same address this time as before; and we had just received a drill through FedEx and a high powered telephoto lense kit ( with a tripod and another filter set) through UPS. The local post office has a copy of my current address ( the one the county gave us) as we had to provide it in order to get a mailbox ( which was verified by the postmaster her/himself)so we could start receiving our mail. Now my order says it is in Los Angeles being returned to the sender but yet Amazon shows it out for delivery.Update on the post office: these guys are just horrible. They returned several of my transplant and seizure medications I need to live as undeliverable...did not give me chance to contact them etc; and I was counting on them - yet they can deliver junk mail. I know the postal service knows where I live and has the ability to deliver my medications... yesterday or the day before they delivered my Cellceph 250 mgs. So no excuse this time I am very unhappy with them now and do not completely trust them nor recommend them to deliver anything of importance like medication or finances etc. They cannot find it etc they will return it in a heartbeat without notifying you and or giving you a chance to contact them ( and in a reasonable amount of time).

I wasted two hours waiting for the mail man to stop and deliver a important letter no one knocked on my door i didnt even hear footsteps or the car its my second problem i have with them very lazy workers

Really bad service my house worker accidentally returned a very important letter i went to reclaim it the same day they didnt help at all they didnt ask me for my information they told me to come as early as possible i did Nothing just a waste of time just so they could say well call if we find it no one called the day after the next I went they took my information just to tell me they couldnt do anything USPS i recommend you KICK OR CHANGE YOUR WORKERS THAT ATTEND YOUR CUSTOMERS

There sure are alot of packages that go missing from this post office. Kind of suspicious if you ask me. Maybe somebody should look into this.

Good customer service , but oddly postmaster is always on a conference call how many calls can you have a month?

Almost always long lines because only one worker taking customers, it is the third time for me that I paid to send my box by priority mail and take a week or more because they send it ground, no money back, no apologies, never ever we have back in the counter the tape for priority, nor the stickers are at hand for the customers to use it, the box get confused and send wrong. I am really wish never go again, and use FedxEx instead. Magaly Alvarez

Lost my package was very unhelpful wont recommended anyone they will deliver your mail wrong and say they cant do anything about it.

Terrible customer service maybe people at the post office need more knowledge in shipping I went to ship an item via First Class mail told me it would be cheaper via Media Mail and told me it would be 2$ more via First Class which is a lie I just contacted USPS and they stated a package of 4oz would have been $1.61 the fact that I had more knowledge than one of your workers really has me wondering if this is the reason the postal service is going down hill.
