Vyve is the absolute worst internet provider in Glenrock, Wyoming. Their customer service is terrible, good luck getting your bill paid or auto debit even set up. We just cancelled our internet today. Our bill started at $65 a month and three years later our bill turned into $95 a month. They didn’t disclose that your bill goes up $10 every year. The internet and “service” is not even close to being worth $95 a month. Don’t waste your time or money, go with another provider!!!

It would be nice if you could talk to the people in the Douglas office. Tired of digital channels always pixalating so you cant watch or hear the program. Casper (local) channels the worst!

This is the worst service I’ve ever had to deal with. Techs have been to my house over 2 dozen times and have not fixed the slow service. They can temporarily get it working a little better but I’ve never had over 22mbps, even when I was paying for 200mbps. I am looking forward to switching internet providers! Please do not pick vyve as your internet service provider in Glenrock Wy.

A very nice technician came to hook up my service but was unable to get me access to the internet because there was a problem with “the tap.” A work order was placed and, according to the customer service rep, completed. I still do not have service. I have had 3 different people from this company claim to have sent me an email and have received no emails from this company. I heard the technician on the phone register my modem and, according to the customer service rep, my modem is not registered with this company. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with customer service and the only thing they could tell me was that they couldn’t tell me anything. This is without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business and no one seems to have a clue what is going on.

Mike Warren is the absolute best! Never lose that guy and pay him more! I promise he is worth every penny and more than what you are paying him! Vyve service is also good, rates are competitive but we stick around because Mikes customer service is the best!

ZERO STARS!!!It is not uncommon to not have internet service from vyve. We are on day #6 without internet. Last Wednesday the corporate call center told me I could drive to Douglas (25 mi one way) to get new modem from the Douglas office. Drove to Douglas on Thursday to find the office closed, all day. Called the corporate call center again to set up a service call, for the following Tuesday.Today is Monday and my wife gets a text message saying that the service tech will be here today. I call the service center again to see what time the tech will be here today, and she said between 8am and 5pm. She asks if there is anything else she can help me with and I tell her it would be nice if she could fix my internet. She does some checking and tells me that an outage has been reported in our area today.How is the tech going to fix my equipment and verify it when there is no internet service?!?!RUN AWAY FROM VYVE!!!

I read some of the reviews on Google, and I was certainly skeptical at first. Living in Glenrock, and being a gamer, Ive had a hard time with high pings, bad bandwidth limits, and bad customer service with other companies in the past. I feel like Ive finally found an internet provider with good speeds and great customer service. Ignore the other reviews. Maybe they were true at some point, but they arent anymore. I have been very impressed with every part of my service, and I will continue to use and recommend them.

Dont ever, ever use Vyve!!! They dont send you bills, you are supposed to know when to pay. Then if you pay early EVERY month and then one time you type in your account number wrong while paying online, they dont let you know, they just shut off your service, with no notice and then charge $42 in fees to reactivate!!! Stay away!!!! Far, far away!!!

What a nightmare!! First I was lied to about what service I had from the start, then I was told that they would credit me a month of service due to the mistakes. That was another bald face lie!!! I paid my next bill and they told me I didn’t receive a credit and now since I was past due they were going to disconnect me. It now would cost $ 42 to reconnect my service. This was 5 days after my account was paid in full and my service hadn’t been disconnected yet.

When the services work, I have no issue. At least once a month more commonly 2-3 times a month the phone or the phone and internet are down for extended periods. Day 5 with out a phone this time. Customer service is terrible, long wait times with the same lack of results.

Static local channels, no one to talk to in local office until Wednesday. Bad customer service when not even main office can contact local office. Got told there is nothing that Vyve could do to help me get message to local office before they shut me off. Channels freeze and we all miss our weekly show. Frustrating and infuriating!
