Horrible service for a national corporation . We requested a service tech come fix the issues we have had 5 times and NEVER once did anyone show up . We have gone days with out service and days with severely lagging internet but Century Link still got paid . Im not sure where the problem lies. Perhaps with the fact they have one service tech to work our entire LARGE area which is poor management because where we live it can be 20 miles between cities and towns . Ultimately it rest with Century Link . Its their company and customer happiness is very important and one aspect this company cares little for . Were locked in for now but given a choice we would go elsewhere .

After spending several days trying to set up my internet via an IT department outsourced to India; finally got my internet online, problem is I couldnt even stream Netflix without serious latency. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra with a cable internet provider. Centurylink is DSL = hot garbage.

Connection is really bad. It will boot you a lot.
