The service was Excellent! The owner and his wife were very friendly and when he learned we were from New Orleans and had evacuated from Hurricane Ida, he did everything he could to make our experience a good one and to make sure we could take the road back home with confidence. Thank You!!!

I called and asked for the availability on two specific tires just to start with, because I obviously want four to match if possible, and before he would even look or make sure he understood me he just said, “we sell used tires here!”, I said, “yes sir, I know I just wanted to check the availability on these two tires first”. He literally said, “nope ain’t got’em”, and hung up on me before even trying to help in any way possible or give me time to ask on availability on any others. No exaggeration. My fiancé is coming back from out of town and got her oil changed and they mentioned replacing them before her trip, especially with the rain so that’s why I called in the first place. I’ll certainly pass on my experience to everyone We know locally in Dothan. Horrible way to try and earn business. I never leave reviews but this certainly deserves one, first time for everything I guess.

These people are the absolute Best!!!!! I was in a rush and the owner (Christy) said no problem, we can plug your tire while your driving. So they met me on the interstate and fixed it while i was doing 82mph.Crazy right? She plugged it in 10 minutes 😁. I asked her did she get dizzy watching the tire go round & round. She replied Not at all, it helps my inner ear problem.

A1! The Lady met me at the car before I could even get out... She took it upon herself to leave the shop and go to the warehouse to do a little extra checking for us! I appreciate it!

Sorta disappointed with them bought four tires from them went back to them after I was told the flat repair would be free since I bought the tires from them.... Nope had to pay for it to be plugged... Not the safest way to fix a tire either. Guess I will need to find a new tire shop.

Very rude on the phone got cussed at and called a liar. Would never recommend to anyone. This place should be at the bottom of everyones list for tire shops!
