I went to 3 different locations in search of neutralizing shampoo and ended up going to Walmart. This is a product that used to always be in stock but recently, Ive noticed what DG refers to as the ethnic hair care sections are much smaller, stocked with off-brand products and some sites dont have that section at all. Very disappointing.

Cant find the discounts and no longer carring this so its got to go kind of markdowns as easily as in the other dollar generals. Also seems really crowded with merch that hasnt been stocked.

Really like the people that work there ..this store doesnt have some items as the other stores do.

This was a sad dollar general. One employee who was completely unfriendly and on her phone the whole time (personal phone). She had 5 people in line and we waited in line for at least 7 min b4 she came out from the back and was still talking to her private call and trying to check us out. It was so unorganized, dirty, and just the worst one Ive been in since the one in Pegram.

Walmart is always saving the day, with their amazing low prices especially during theses rough times they still manage to supply what I need to support my family! Thank Wally world much love from the schultz family 💯❤️🤗😎

Why do the Dollar General stores in Parkers Crossroads TN not sell clothes Ike others do?

They had a couple things i needed but they are always out of stuff the shelves are not stocked i dont understand why,because all the DG in town are not like that

Newly remodeled!!!!! Way more refrigerated selections to choose from at this location! Its so convenient and the staff is always friendly! This location does have a public bathroom upon request! Its one of the busiest locations in Dickson! Highly recommend this store!

I loved the new remodeled store. Very big store with lots of items. I bought some clothing though. Three pieces to be exact and the cashier didnt take the plastic tags off. Its heavy with that on there. Hard to believe she didnt notice. Now today Ive got to go back and get someone to take it off!!

This place was disgusting dirty. Found syringes all in bathroom floor...Employees were extremely rude n had terrible attitude when I asked for assistance.They made me feel like I didnt belong there.Was a terrible experience. Will not be spending any more of my hard earned money at a place that treats their customers that way..

Its the dollar store. Quick carbs and beer. Maybe some scotch tape and cat food if you dont feel like walmart.

The only reason for 1 star, is because you can’t give less. The manager “Ty” was so rude. They had merchandise on the floor but would not sell it because it was in a box on the top shelf and on the sales floor and rang up on clearance. She said that stuff couldn’t be sold. She also asked another customer for a book the customer purchased on clearance and the customer gave it to her. Funny how she chooses to “bend” policy when it was in her interest. Her rudeness was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. She said she’s been with the company 5 years. I think she needs more training. Pathetic.

This store is so organized and the stock is never put up and its always slow as hell in there but it close to my house

Nice store. This is one of the newer locations ( out of the dozen) in Dickson. It’s mostly always stocked up and clean.

Purchased make-up products on sale but after checking my receipt in the parking lot, I had to go back in because none of the items rang up right. I then had to argue for 5 minutes to the cashier that the items I had purchased were in fact on sale.

This is a great place for cheap quick shop. The staff are usually friendly. Also its always clean and organized. Its one with a larger selection then say the smaller one in downtown. Will shop again.

Never enough employees

Was able to get what I needed. The store seems to need a bit more organization. There were stock carts blocking several aisles which made shopping difficult.Employees were nice enough.

Love the prices..very friendly staff..lots of variety.

Stays organized for the most part. Clothing isle could use some work but the cashier was very polite and it seems as though they have friendlier staff in the evening hours.

They are everywhere and some are cleaner than others but this one is pretty good for having clean aisles.

Couldnt find what I needed where it was supposed to be according to the stores own signs. Asked the associate where it would be, and she just gave a are you stupid look and acted as if it was somehow a inconvenience to her to even tell me where it was. Store was also a mess with stock racks sitting in the same places they were the last time I was in this location months ago. You can barely navigate the store for the racks. I dont expect DG to be a high end store, but it could at least make an effort to not be a absolute wreck all the time.

Horrible service!!! When opening a new register, because there are 6 people line, they dont take the next in line. They have done this to me on 3 different occasions. Tonight was my last visit to that particular location!!!

Up until February, 2016, this store was kept clean, well organized, and had friendly/helpful employees. Since February, when myself and all my fellow employees quit, this store has gone down hill tremendously! I run into some of my former customers around town and every one of those customers will beg me to go back and clean up this store!Every time you walk in the door they have new employees. Heres a hint DG, no one will stay because the pay rate sucks!The shelves are not organized! The aisles are full of U-boats full of either stock to go out or empty boxes. (What happened to not leaving leaving U-boats on the floor?) Carts full of merchandise blocking the aisles where customers cant get through the aisles. (What happened to the carts are for the customers?) Shelves are never fronted and faced. The outside garbage is always over flowing.Heres another tip DG...you lost the BEST TEAM that store ever had in between the months of February and March. Why dont you wise up and see what happened in those months? Or better yet, why dont you call some of those ex- employees and find out why we left? Id be happy to tell you! Give me a call. My number hasnt changed!
