The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and they give in their best effort in trying to assist their customers with issues, including me.I had a problem with my wacom tablet because I could not hook it up to my computer... which was due to the computer I had at the time that would not find it. And speaking of my old computer, the side was proven to be broken (the outer shell on the side was a little loose for some reason, even though I did not drop it at all).I had fun chatting with the staff and they are very knowledgeable in the world of computers and technology. We had some laughs and I got to know very interesting things during my visit there. I told them I was interested in animation, and they said that if I was interested in doing a animation for them, they would somehow put me into contacts lists on their website and give a slight promotion. It makes me happy to know this and I DO hope I have an opportunity to do this one day whenever I am not too overwhelmed by work...And back to what I said earlier... for $300, my dad got a new Toshiba laptop for me. And after we went out for lunch at Arbys, we came back here and realized that it was the cord that was the problem for my tablet, so we had to order a new one. We did, and now my computer can recognize it finally, so I can use my tablet free without worries. Thanks, guys!! πŸ˜‰

Awesome people and service. They came to my house and diagnosed my computer, took it back to their shop for a new hard drive, and had it back to me in a few days. Getting a new hard drive, I was concerned about programs and quicken data. Everything worked perfectly, even the data to my quicken was restored. The computer ran much faster and the junk I didnt need or use was cleaned up. I m grateful to have found these guys, and wont take my business anywhere else. They also came to the house and got all my printers/scanners working, Not to mention the security cameras I had been shopping for. I definitely recommend them to anyone, especially small business owners whos time is of the essence.

They service both our work and home computers, Mac & HP. Very friendly, informative, and reasonably priced family run business which looks out for their customers best interest. They will also recommend the best purchases for your needs and where to find the best deals on equipment. Go discuss how best to maintain your equipment and protect you from viruses and such. They can also set up security cameras for your business or home.

DO NOT HAND YOUR ELECTRONICS OVER TO THESE PEOPLE. Please read before going here!I took my MacBook Pro here after it started having issues turning on. The owner of the store told me that he had the best computer guy working there and he used to work for NASA, so if anyone was going to fix my computer, it would be them. After they worked on it for a week, they had no luck with it. I asked my friend if he could look at it and he fixed it in 20 minutes (who has very little experiencing fixing computers). Also, they stole hardware out of my computer and didnt tell me about it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Regardless if another place can fix your device, at least you will have the comfort knowing they wont steal accessories out of your computer/phone.

My 5 year old 27 iMacs hard drive crashed a few weeks ago so I hauled it in a giant suitcase through the mall all the way into Nashville. They said they wouldnt touch my data and wanted to charge $250 to just remove my hard drive and give it to me...literally opening the screen and handing me a busted hard drive. You cant make this stuff up. Not to mention actually ordering and installing a new hard drive, paying someone else across the street to transfer it to that hard drive and all sorts of other ridiculous fees for a grand total of over $800. In a desperate, last ditch effort, I stopped by Scotts Computers before buying a completely new system. They laughed when I mentioned the other guys charges (rightfully so), and said theyd get to work. $200 out the door! No catch, no gimmicks, just awesome customer service. It took several days to download all of the busted hard drive data and they updated me halfway through which I appreciated. They were such life savers! Highly recommended for any computer or tech needs.

I am from Charlotte TN and I took my Galaxy Note II (2) and needed the cracked glass replaced. The 16 year old that was working there took my phone in and destroyed the phone beyond repair. They did not take responsibility for their actions and did not replace my phone. They also charged me $25 dollars for the diagnostic. I went to Quick iFix in Coolsprings and they informed me that the 16 yo did not know how to do a glass only separation of a Galaxy device properly and damage the entire LCD assembly. Now i am out a $600 dollar phone. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

If you value your computer, then do not take it to Scotts!I had a problem with my laptop turning/logging off. I took it to Scotts to be fixed. They charged a $25 diagnostic fee which is average. When they called me to pick it up, they had done a tune up and charged me $85 dollars for it. When I got it home, my laptop had several new programs on it. My old programs were missing. They had replaced my Norton antivirus with avast! and other programs I had never heard of. It ran slower than when I took it in to them. The sound refused to work and some websites (such as Netflicks) refused to work at all. It was worse than the original problem. I took it back the next day and they failed to fix even the problems they had created. They have completely wrecked my laptop and I will never go there again. DO NOT GO TO SCOTTS!!!
