Charlie is the best all around. His knowledge of computers impressed me highly. I move back here from Texas and I thought I would never find Someone as great as I had in Texas for our business. I was wrong Charlie’s Computer service truly surpassed anyone I used in Texas. I have to ask myself “how did I Dickson get so lucky”

I cannot say how much I appreciate Charlie and what he did to help me and fix my laptops! I had one that I spilled an entire drink on and he checked it out and said it only needed a new keyboard, how amazing! I also had another one I took to another local business that said it was no longer any good I was devastated as it was a great laptop with all the bells and whistles. After nearly two years and almost throwing it out I decided to take it along with the other just to see if Charlie could take a look see and oh my goodness a miracle happened.........he fixed it with just the knowledge he has of computers it was an easy fix according to him! He truly is my hero!!! Great Service, great prices!!! Would recommend him to all my friends and family! Thank you Charlie!

My husband visited recently. Said Charlie was great! If he has any other problems he will return to this location.

He is extremely friendly and seems to really care about his customers. His communication however left a lot to be desired. The only way we were able to get in contact with him was with a couple in-store visits. I dropped my laptop off at his store and he had it for 6 weeks. I will admit that it sounds like it has a lot of issues beyond what he was capable of fixing and thats fine but a more timely notice would have been ideal or even just an upfront admission of his knowledge of these types of problems. I rely on my laptop for my business so I was in a bind for 6 weeks. He only charged me for a diagnostic test which was nice but I would have gladly paid to have it back much quicker.

I highly recommend Charlie’s Computers for any computer equipment purchases. He has many refurbished desktops and laptops available for competitive prices—better than the big box retailers, who have only a limited selection in stock.

2nd visit here, owner is very knowledgeable and fast. Was pretty sure the problem was found in minutes, but asked to keep my laptop so he could ensure no other issues were affecting it. Said he could potentially have it back this evening if all goes well. 1st visit for a different issue he fixed on the spot and charged minimal for his time. This is the place to bring your computer issues!!

I ordered the parts for my HP laptop and he replaced the RAM ,a damaged charging port,my mouse,updated my software.He was always available with a text day or night.He kept me updated on when my parts would arrive and he did an Amazing job fixing my laptop a lot cheaper than his competitors in town.I’ll definitely go back to him in the future.He is a nice guy and he went above and beyond to fix my laptop.I have no complaints here from me.🤗😁

He is a great guy ,very honest and all prices are fair or under normal price. I have taken my computers there many times the work is always excellent. Why go to a big store like best buy when you can get up close and personal help from him?

Charlie fixed and updated my older computer. It is working great so far. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and reasonable.

Charlie came on-site to install a networking solution to correct a problem of poor Wi-Fi coverage. He was meticulous about how everything should be set up and did not allow sloppy work - all wiring was ran and spliced neatly. Prices are inexpensive compared to other repair shops and you get legitimate, friendly customer service. Our Wi-Fi coverage went from spotty to perfect. Will use Charlie for all future needs!
