I was in a tight spot and they were able to get me in right away. The guy found out a bolt was missing from my tie rod and replaced it while only charging me for the alignment I originally went in for. Considering the situation they helped me avoid over the long drive I had ahead of me, this was the best 80 bucks Ive ever spent.

Altogether turned out not to be a terrible experience.....I was headed back to Wyoming from work & my truck wasnt going to make it in that kind of snow & ice; passenger side sounded terrible!
