This is really nice spot to shop. Always nice customer service.

I always receive exceptional customer service at this location. The manager here is so sweet and very helpful. I always find what I need and if there is something I need assistance with, the manager goes above and beyond! Ive never ran into a situation where food or household items are out of stock.

If your looking for a easy store to buy stuff good luck here .... items in the wrong place..... bathroom has use paper towels or toilet paper on the ground sink in the is about to fall of the wall ... staff is running around on there phones ... and always catching a attitude with the customers in line ... even though customer is always right.

The nastiest store I have ever shopped at. The store literally looks like a hurricane came through. Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Dyed bright red hair and wears jeans and sport pants. Smokes outside front door. Only reason I go is for emergency shopping. Needs major help.

Very bad experienced manager accused my son of stealing a ball instead of talking to me he approached my 8 year old..The ball was on a shelve didnt apologize!! After telling him to respect kids and he should talk to the parents first! He kicked me out of the store..My son was with my mom and went to look for me I was not far so I saw everything!! Parents think twice before you take your kids shopping at this store..Management you just lost a very good costumer!!

Little messy. Stocker stocking shelves wasnt friendly. Lady that checked me out was nice. Other than that it was ok. Some dollar stores are always behind on stocking shelves. Cant keep up.

I asked sharonda help finding some items Im fresh out of a wheelchair on a walker with two broken legs and she wanted nothing to do with me she definitely needs to find another job shes very unfriendly and never smiles if you dont like working here go somewhere else.

Really wish I knew how to report this store. Here it is 8:43 am, I am sitting in the parking lot (along with many others) waiting on someone to come and open, only one employee here who also cant get in to do her job because management or whomever is supposed to open isnt here. The sign clearly says they open at 8am, which happens more often than should be allowed. Just unacceptable. Dollar stores in general need to start hiring more reliable and presentable employees in my own opinion.

Its smelled AWFUL, thought it was just a customer that smelled of urine but no it was in the part of the store near the sodas and the freezers. The STAFF is great, but... the store is a mess only because I believe corporate wants the staff to have EVERYTHING out on the sales floor to sell it. (Used to work in retail so I know how that kinda thing works) overall it is a good store and the staff is kind and helpful, Ive never seen an employee not helping or working.

I love this place. They have really cleaned it up. The managers are all so awesome the workers are very friendly and helpful.

I would give this place more stars but it does not deserve it, I would much rather skip this store and drive to the family dollar over on highway 3. Why? Because some of the employees dont care and are extremely unprofessional!!! I have been going to this store for 1 year now and everytime I hate to walk inside because of the rudeness. The young lady with the red hair and the new black guy who not long ago started are the most unprofessional workers. Sometimes they are on their phones at the register and you can hear their entire conversations. Another time I was there and the card reader wasnt working properly, I tried about 3 times as I was trying the red head girl was getting frustrated with me as if it were my fault and she said something rude. The very last time I went there the red head girl rang my stuff up and I paid for if, I said oh you forgot an item and she gave me this look like she didnt want to ring it up and made a remark. I said forget it and threw my things in the basket! There were plenty other times things happened. I will no longer be going back Ive NEVER left such a long or bad review but this place needs better employees! I will take my business to family dollar where the people are much more friendlier and happier!

It took almost a full hour to get seated,they said about 35 minutes.The appitizer was cold, the food gotCold before we could eat it due cool air blowing against the wall add back across to our food,and thats not to mention any inside waiting area because it was cold outside!!!!!!

Honestly of you can avoid this store its probably best especially if you are a woman. I say that cause of the men hounding the area. And that just the outside of the store, inside isnt any better, they lack good work ethic, customer service, passion, leadership and more. Hey it gots what you need, but such a discomforting feeling going there. So maybe corporate or management will hire employees that can actually preform.

Slow worker long lines and druggies always outside the store.

I had to literally search for an emplyee so I could pay. This store is very unorganized l. Boxes & boxes of new merchandise that needs to be stocked just left in the aisles. Its like that all the time. I only go there because its convenient.

I frequently go here for household supplies and gardening needs. I can usually find good bargains on seeds, planters, and bird feeders. They also carry store brands of picnic paper supplies And storage containers and bags. Just have a list and beware impulse shopping.

This store is the worst! It is dirty. Shelves are mostly empty and refrigerated sections are empty. Items to be stocked are left sitting in the isles making it difficult to maneuver the isles every day. Long checkout lines with only one clerk while others walk around. Its like they do not want to help each other. Management is very poor!I travel the extra few miles to the store on the other side of the Gulf freeway which is a very clean and organized store. Corporate should visit and make changes.

They got a little bit of everything for him and her and the kids and the animals they got a little bit of everything like I said nice people good service they could use a little help but other than that all around respectable business

I love this dollar general! It looks super run down from the outside but its worth checking out. They have everything! I use it often when I dont want to drive to the heb for something random.

Always good deals, finds inside! Pricing was off/misleading today on 3-4 of my items so spent a bit more than anticipated. Overall still one of my quick in/out favs!

Two words.. RUDE personnel. Ive been there twice, both times the cashiers were so rude. The first time, the cashier didnt even look at me to give me my receipt. The second time, the cashier just looked at me and put my receipt on the counter without saying a word. The place is so unkept. I would only go that if its absolutely necessary, which means never again.

Late night experience was much better than the ridiculously long line I have experienced during the day. The young behind the register was very funny and personable.

It is a typical Dollar General, but there is one amazing lady who works there. I am not sure if she is the manager, but she is there quite frequently.

A nice discounted store on everything you need and at close range.Disappointed in the employees behavior as cashiers.I work were we strife on customer service, and believe that their personnel calls could of waited,or been more discreet, walk away somewhere, and take your personnel calls.
