My friend treated me to a wax at the salon and it was my first time at this place. She normally goes to another place but they couldnt take me, so we thought wed try this place. I have a service dog for my bad anxiety and she was with me that day. I had my wax done and it was very painful the whole time, I came home and developed huge scabs within a day with bleeding. I can tell its going to scar permantly. My friend who takes me do my visits unfortunately got put in the hospital the next day and was in there all week for breathing trouble and stress etc. AShe finally had some energy from the hospital to call the middle of the week. The owner was very rude to me. I explained to him that she was not capable of making the phone call because she has very bad anxiety and panic attacks and she cant have confortation or she can faint. He kept asking me why I didnt call sooner. And I said iver and over I been in tbe hospital hooked up to IVs all week. If he wanted to confirm he could have called. I am not one to ever ask for my money back but considering she had scabs and scab and bleeding it was warranted or it should have nit been a problem. She has no hospital coverage or she would have went to get cream and pain medicine from doctor. All of this being said I strongly recommend that nobody goes to this place. When I was there they said they were changing their name but they still have the old name on the door. Makes me wonder why they are changing their name. My friend goes to European wax and never has a problem and if she ever did they wouldnt treat you like this with all the bleeding and scabs she could see an attorney in small claims four. So if she does not see a refund then thats what we will do. So people like this doesnt do it to anybody else. The pain was so bad she could barely walk for 4 days. Taking advantage of somebody with a service dog is sickening in my eyes.

Tiffany does my nails and she is amazing. Very gentle. I trust her completly she really cares about her clients.
