First time there and I love it. Kim is so awesome she did my nails for My daughter baby shower, I will be going back.

I really wanted to love this place! I was looking for something new (and cheaper) than my current nail salon. The wait time was only about 20 minutes and the lady was very kind. I asked for a certain shade, they didnt have it. Then again and again. Finally, I just said any pink will work. Then she couldnt understand me when I told her I wanted round nails, not square. So as she cut my natural nails all the way down, it was too late to do the round like I usually do. Then I guess she didnt shave off my previous color from before enough, so the other color was completely showing through on some parts. So, we had to start over on some nails. They were super thick and unnatural looking.. wanted them off the moment I left. Oh, and as you can see.. she couldnt do the nails straight. So, I also had crooked nails. Will just stick to my usual place.

Great customer service and mind set ! The nail tech was very patient in helping me choose and showing me the exact tone of pale pink I wanted. Once I finally made my mind up she was very understanding of the exact shape I was wanting. She would show me every nail after shaping to make sure I was happy with the outcome. After all this I was only charged $40.00 for great customer service, patience and very long almond/oval nails that are perfectly thinned out and shaped exactly how I wanted.

After waiting an hour while my feet soaked I finally got up and left. They kept telling me, “a little longer.” But it never came. When I got up to leave she said, “ok I’ll do them now.” They should be more honest about their wait times. Absolutely unprofessional.

I called yesterday (9/10) to check if it was possible for me to use an expired gift card of $23. The lady I spoke with said if I came yesterday, they would honor it. I explained I had my children yesterday and couldn’t come until this morning (9/11) and she said it was okay. I called this morning when they opened to verify AGAIN that the gift card could be used. They said yes, I drove 25 minutes to get here and asked AGAIN when I came in. Still, yes I could use it. I got a pedicure and my eyebrows done. Then of course, when it’s time to pay, they aren’t going to honor the gift card. The lady was extremely rude and started yelling at me saying that I must have “called the wrong number”. Which I didn’t, and it was verified in person as well. So unprofessional and they made me pay the full amount of $37. I would not recommend coming here. There are so many better salons, that aren’t rude and won’t yell at you, spitting.

I love coming here. Staff is very nice. I usually bring my girls and sometimes my husband. If for what ever reason I come alone they ask about everyone. We love getting the wax on our feet! I would recommend Choles to everyone!! They take great care of you

Love love this place. A hidden gem in Dickinson. The experience here was great, welcoming staff, high quality products, great music and free refreshment. Technicians working here are very knowledgeableand meticulous in everything that they do. They did amazing job with my pedicure and shellac. Prices are decent too.

Really nice staff. I was greeted as I walked thru the door and taken stright to the pedicure chair(it was around 4:30PM). Low music playing in the back ground. Nice atmosphere and the nail tech offered me a water during my pedicure. I will definitely be back. Good prices too with a variety of polish color.

Great atmosphere and amazingly friendly staff. I got the Lavender pedicure and really enjoyed it. They sanitize their tools and open all pedicure kit and tools from sealed bag. Also they use pedicure liners for every customer whichis very important for me when choosing a nail spa.The manager is very personable and pays good attention to customers and make sure they have what they need.

Warn!!! Don’t go to this shop. I walked out after she did my nails in less than 10 minutes no soaking and used the used equipment on me (nasty). I’m looking at my nails like what? I was so disappointed and leave to look for another nail salon.

This was my first visit to Chloe Nails and I will definitely come back! I went to another nail salon and long story short the other place did a terrible job. I came here and they took the time to carefully clean off the mess I had from the other salon and did exactly what I wanted on my nails and I am extremely happy, my nails look and feel great! Everybody I spoke with was very polite and professional. I really enjoyed the mini hand massage at the end. I would recommend this business to anyone!! Thank you!

I had my nails done there with my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, & nieces. We were all impressed with our nails the day they were done. Within the first 24hrs, there was noticed lifting. Nails shouldnt be lifting the very next day after you get them done! As for my nieces, their polish from their manicures & pedicures came off the next day too.

Staff were all professional and friendly. They have lots of pedicure options and they serve you drinks while you get your pedicure.Kim did amazing neck massage after my pedicure. I will be definitely back.

I had been wanting to try a new place so went here on Tuesday. My experience was sad. The owner was short with me and literally cut me off when I was telling her how I wanted my nails done. My daughter who has worked in this type of industry said “who did your nails? They look horrible.”

Ive tried every place in the area and this is by far my favorite. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The staff is super sweet, the prices fair and they really treat you like a VIP! Never disappointed.

I got shellac nails today and I love them! The person who did my nails (I forgot to catch her name) was very nice and made sure I was ok with everything she did. I will definitely be coming back

Just left Chloes , Jodie gave an excellent foot massage and finished up with the best pedicure Ive ever experienced. I would recommend Chloes nail Salon to all who need extra care on their feet. At Chloes the people are nice and attentive along with the salon being neat and clean.

I found this nail spa from online reviews and it was a rejuvenating experience. They did wonderful job with my gel manicure. Nail tech here are talented and helpful.

They added a larger tip to my bill after i had left. I tipped 10$ on a 57$ tab and my credit card statement says 72$ Its not about the 5$ its the fact that they STOLE. Never going back as there are hundreds of nail salons to choose from and im calling my bank

I have been coming to this nail salon lately and possibly one of the best place to do mani and pedi. They not only do excellent work on nails but also give good customer service. When I go there they always make me feel like home. They always offer me beverages and check hows everything with my nails. What is most important to me is that they take time to do nails perfect. They never rush even though other peoples are waiting. I highly recommend!

Their manicures and pedicures are very reasonably priced! The foot massage was divine. Everyones friendly and it feels very much like a neighborhood joint, which is wonderful.

I have been going this place for last few months and going ever since.My nails are always pretty and nice when I leave from here.They also do an excellent job on my eyebrows. Jodie made sure to only wax and tweeze hairs that were necessary.

Due to New management as of 3 weeks ago the new service is horrible! When the old management was running the shop everything ran smoothly and my nails were never messed up, also they stayed on my nails for 2 weeks. Since new management I have been to the nail shop 3 time and each time atleast 3 of my nails have came off within 2 days. I vowed to the old management to be a loyal customer but I can not anymore.WE NEED OLD MANAGEMENT BACK Pleasee!!!!

I just had my pedi done at this place and thought of sharing my experience.The service here is pretty amazing and am pretty happy!!! The lady who didmy pedi made sure everything is great and strictly followed their sanitaryprocedures thats made me more comfortable.
