After paying an equipment charge of $10 mo. for a very basic router that could have been purchased outright for $30 or less, I was told that my increasingly poor service did not warrant a different router or any further checking for that matter. All looked fine on their end so I just needed to disconnect everything not in use when I wanted to check my email. Are you kidding me? THAT is tech support? I hadnt been using anything more than I had used over 2 years ago when I first got Frontier and things worked halfway decent. I work from home and I certainly wasnt having to disconnect wifi from my phones to check email then! Why is a router replacement or upgrade so out of the question if it might just help the issue? Especially since Ive already paid $270 for this cheap router...

Had a problem with my Internet they took care of it right away thank you Frontier communications
