Recently moved and had to get internet transferred over to our new home. The guy who came (Im sorry, I wanted to give a shout out but dont remember his name) was awesome! It was chaotic that day, as moving is, and he was still personable, patient, professional, and understanding when everyone got there, all at the same time!

I called 10am on a Tuesday, wait time, 1 min or less.The router / wifi tech identified 2.4 interference, and split my dual band managed router to 2.4 / 5g in less than a min.I used to be a wifi tech for Comcast and this process would have taken 5 mins on a good day, more for the script the agent is forced to read you, not the case with consolidated.Company 5/5, agent 5/5 . Great tech support!Also surprised they are running fiber, great infastructure! And the price seems about right.

Actually some of the worst internet I have had the misfortune of using. And I lived in a 3rd world country. Connection is inconsistent AT BEST, constant dropping, awful packet loss, and the customer service does not adequately address the problems you present them. If you value the ability to use a computer then do not use this provider.

I moved back to Texas last winter, and have had two other internet providers since. Let me just say that I miss consolidated!! Rarely dealt with outages, customer service was quick and friendly, and they made it easy. You don’t realized how good you had it until you move away and al your options are garbage. Keep up the good work!!

Exceptional customer service every time I have needed assistance over the past 15 years. Terry made repairs to the equipment inside my home. I appreciated that he removed his shoes upon entering my home. He zeroed in on the problem immediately and replaced the faulty equipment then provided me with a detailed explanation of what was wrong. I have continued to retain Consolidateds services even though there may be less expensive options from other companies PRIMARILY because of their outstanding customer service. I especially appreciate their 24-hour online telephone service.

Actually horrible internet connection, consistent dropping all day. if i could rate lower than 1 star i would. i hope the people in charge get their act together and realize their service is absolutely atrocious

Whatever hampster wheel you have that provides internet to your customers needs to be retired! I run a high end router and have never had issues with other internet providers across the country. But when the internet drops out 3 times a night and runs as if we are on dial up from 1998 something needs to be fixed!

Nice people at the front desk. Prices are getting to high. The lobby was clean. Cable service is good internet not so good lag time outs ect. I only have 2 devices and they say I have plenty of speed but it is what it is

These guys have a bit of a bad reputation, but weve have seen nothing but good things from them. Were in the country, in 4 months never had the connection go bad and less than 50/month to stream whatever we want isnt something to complain about. Also the guys that hooked up our service were straight pros.

I got internet when I lived in Dickinson with a 150 deposit and moved no problem. Moved to different places transferred but never told me that my account number was changed.I got shut off because they didnt inform me about the Change. And wouldnt let me get my deposit back k until January now. I paid it the night they disconnected it.

These are some of the greatest people that I have ever met. I have been to many internet companies and have never had anyone work with me as well as these guys have. They helped me in ways that had nothing to do with internet, cable or phone and I will forever be grateful to them for it. Nor will I ever be able to explain to them how great they are.

Good product, HORRIBLE customer service. If you are a business and are dealing with Cami, bring your patience. Talking with installers, they are overwhelmed and not hiring extra help. Good news for them: they are the only game in town.

All right now, cause all I have is Internet service, when I had TV it was decent, they came in and did what I needed I got fiber optics here and it seems to do what I need sufficiently for the most part. Im not into commercial TV and just have Internet only, watching YouTube and Netflix seems to cover what Im looking for at this point and XM Radio seems to be the ticket

I can drive 5 blocks to et the movie in redbox that I can at least choose from. Its so ubsurd. That I cannot watch a movie.also it is ridiculous to charge $100 When it is all commercials. Some cable fraud is happening here

If you want crappie Internet that fails day in and day out with customer support that does absolutely nothing to help solve your problem this is the company to go with. Been having issues all week called multiple times and still having issues. Do yourself a favor and go with midcontenent communications if you are in Dickinson, ND. I guarantee that I am moving out of this apartment complex ( which forces you to have consolidated for internet) and going with somewhere I can get midcontenent again.

We like our consolidated service... we have cable, internet and DVR. I stream Netflix and HBO without a problem. Ive also always been able to talk to a person when I contact them. Another plus is when they need to come over and check on anything I dont have to take a half day off work to wait on them. When I had Midcontinent I would have to take half a day off due to the fact they could never give me an exact time. With Consolidated the person will give me an exact time so I can be home. I do not have any complaints about this company.

~Its always slower internet than what you are paying....and we have had trouble constantly with losing internet connections since living where we do...before that they were fine and no problems. The customer service use to be better also where they were loyal to loyal customers, now with the influx of population in this area they could care less about giving you credit on your bill for service interruption...If there were more options id pick a better provider but they only have one other competitor in the area which I hear is better but I am too scared to try it cause it might be worse lol...as far as the cable tv goes its great I havent had any problems at all with that part of it.~
