I hate to be leaving this, if I could there would be 0 stars. Im at a loss for words and usually dont complain but feel women should know. I got my hair colored purple and to achieve desired color my hair had to be bleached. She started at the top and by the time she got to the back, my head was BURNING! When I told the stylist, I was told beauty is pain. I sat for another 30 minutes in pain. When she rinsed it out my head was on fire. Then I was told that my hair needed another round of bleach. I told her ok but to please stay away from roots or scalp. She applies bleach with foil this time but still manages to get it on my scalp. Then she put me under the heat! I told her Im in pain, it really hurts, etc. Was told its OK and normal. To wrap this long story up, I got home and my scalp was oozing and bleeding. Its been 2 days and everything has scabbed over. I cant brush my hair and am nervous to even take a shower.

Whats the point of reservations if others without appointments go before you. Pass!!!! Im too busy to put up with that....

Just before covid hit us i had my roots done and the color at the bottem done. It has lasted a long time, the girls did a great job. but its so time again. see you girls soon.

My husband and I get our hair done here with Lesley. Shes awesome! Ive tried to call ahead to schedule appointments for us. Sometimes the time and gray hair just sneaks up on you. Lesleys been wonderful at getting us in or at least try to get us in that week. Plus, its down the street.

I love the way my hair turned out! The lady who cut my hair knew what she was doing and styled it exactly how I wanted it! Definitely gonna go back and I know exactly where Im taking my son for his first hair cut

If i could give no stars I would. We arrived ten min early and were told the girl was finishing a cut and would be with us soon. After she finished the cut she went out to smoke. Twenty min after our appointment time she had still not returned so we left. Dont bother with this place.

Had my daughters hair cut here. The girl that cut her hair sprayed it wet to cut it which i thought was fine. However, when we got home and I washed and dried her hair I realized that her hair was cut very uneven. It was very noticeable and uneven. I had to take her back to have someone else re-cut her hair to even it out. The lady who fixed her hair did a good job. Even though I didnt ask for one, a refund was never offered which I think should have at least been offered for the inconvenience of having to come back a second time for someone to correct the bad haircut. This is not good business if you ask me. Thankful my daughters hair is now cut correctly, but I dont think I will go back to this establishment.

I think they do a decent job but they seem to always be in a hurry. I think they should give the client a few minutes to explain what kind of haircut they want before they just rush you thru. There should be some consultation time before hand. The client/customer has to live with that haircut afterwards so they should always try to have their customers leave the salon happy.

Im very disappointed with the stylist who cut my hair. I told her in detail what i wanted and she agreed she understood. After she cut most of my hair off, she styled it so she says to see the layers. It wasnt until I got home a few hours later that I noticed my hair was cut uneven. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED!! I was out and about looking like this. I shouldnt have allowed the new girl to cut my hair. I usually have Thao cut my hair. Also I was charged for the hair cut and charged for her styling my hair. I didnt ask for blow dry and goop in my hair, that was her doing. Im going back to day for a full refund and expect an experienced stylist to fix my hair. The concern is, I dont want my hair any shorter. I dont see how they can fix it with out cutting it shorter. Im very disappointed and let down. My husband and Son have their hair done here too. We have been very satisfied up until now.

I like to have my hair caut in a way that doesnt make me feel angry, and in my 34 years of being alive, its happened a few times. Ive been on a roll, and really have liked my haircuts for the past sever years (not at this store) but today I thought I would go for convenience. Not one of my better decisions. The lady who cut my hair, had someone waiting on her, so she almost didnt even call my name, though my son and I were waiting long before she walked in. Not to mention, she barely speaks english, so you cant tell her what you want anyways. Then she cuts off one half of my hair, when I specially asked her not to tough the top. She is a basic hair stylist. Not depth or ability to adjust person-by-person whatsoever. So, cut the sides, nothing on top, screwed it up (she knew it) and had the audacity to charge me $20. This is not her fault. Shes trying to make a living, and I tried to take a shortcut and expected to get the same result. This is my fault, but I will never make this mistake twice. Ive learned a valuable lesson. I wish her the best.

Not top, fancy-schmancy, raise your pinky finger salon, but for my post hurricane budget, they do an awesome job and for a fraction of the money of a high-falutan-tutan salon. I came out very happy. AND, had my daughters washed and cut too...both of us for less than one person at the other foo-foo salons. Lol
