Horrific customer service! I had my 15 year old drive herself and my 9 year old to go in for a trim because I had to drop my niece off somewhere else at the same time! My daughter was embarrassed and apold the staff member were basically talking to each other how I am a horrible mother for not being at the appointment and that I have my 15 yrs old driving. I arrived at the place 4 minutes past my youngest daughters appointment time, because I was not aware they need me there! I am a single mother who sometimes needs my older daughter help me on some tasks! Shame on THEM for gossiping on situations they do not know! I will NEVER go there again. And the simple trim was horrible they ruined both of the girls hair!

The only place we get our hair cut! Everyone is always very nice and curtious. My only tiny issue is why cant you make an appointment to get haircuts or waxs seems odd to me. Its almost impossible to get in otherwise

My mom took my daughter to get her haircut here and her experience was awful. The lady she had complained about her boss the whole time and was mad that they are busy. They didnt even wet my daughters hair to give her a trim, nor did she part it. She barely trimmed anything off. Not worth the money and definitely wont be back.

The lady was polite and very kind. The haircut I needed was just a trim and some layering so I cant speak for their dyes and such, but I was very satisfied with it and would 100% recommend it to anyone needing a haircut, especially last minute. Great conversation and a great cut.

If your on a budget and you have 3 boys who need haircuts like myself and you need it done FAST THIS IS YOUR PLACE AND LOVE THE PRODUCTS!

Erica was my stylist. I had a wonderful experience. She conducted herself with a professional flare! Additionally she made suggestions about my services and follwed through with the things we talked about and both agreed on. Would definitely reccomend her to others!

Horrid. The lady complained about oil workers the entire time and how she is considered low class because her husband works construction instead of oil. Whined about housing costs, down talked me when I mentioned we were looking to buy or build, because thats out of her price range. Was rude when her tip reflected the poor cut she gave!

Always a great haircut at a good price. Easy call in to get an appointment. Tara is my favorite stylist there. She always does a great job!

I dont know how well they cut hair here because the place is rarely open. I have been there about a dozen times over the last 3 years and the place has never been open, It says they are open till 6 but I have shown up right as they close several time. Closing times being 1PM or 4PM I quit trying to get my hair cut there because their hours are just a lie. they are open when they feel like it and dont give a damn about their customers. this is standard for this whole walmart. Best to avoid the whole store

My daughter tried putting red koolaid in her hair so I called to see if I could bring her in and explained all this and what we wanted to do and also explained I lived an hour away and if they could get her in. I was told over the phone that if I could make it by 5 pm they would take care of her and that would give them enough time. I get there at 4:40 then the lady told me no she decided to make other arrangements and Maybe I could find a box of color or another product. She didnt even look at her hair. She was very rude and offered no other help. This is the 2nd time I have had an encounter with this lady and I thought the first time she was just having a bad day but this did it for me. She ruined this place for us and the other ladies that work there.

The staff here is always down to earth friendly not that fake nice you can get from those really over priced salons,I always get great service and always right on time when I make an appointment.

I had my 5 year old sons haircut there today... and I will not take him back. The stylist was so rude... he’s ticklish and when she used the clippers he couldn’t hold still. She was gruff with him, and did a crappy job on his hair because she was “trying to hurry”. The topper....At the register she told him that “if he had been good he would have gotten a treat”.... SERIOUSLY???! If you have no skills with children don’t cut hair at a Walmart smartstyle! Now I have to try to fix the cut at home. 😡

Went in with my three boys at 3pm. The lady gave me a look of shock border-lining disgust and asked me to come back the next day. I explained to her we live out of town and I could not. I then called to ask the manager if they had openings for today and she said yes. Ive had the same issue at their sister store, Regency. Im done with their sub par service.

Every month I have been going in for my color,cut and style having relocated from California its hard to get a a new hairdresser. I started with a salon very glam inside however the stylist had very inconvenient hours and over priced. And never used hair product on me?? Always having to ask for some hairspray! So with all that said and done with Im so happy I found the Smart Style Salon Im picky about my A-line and Carol my hairdresser gets down with my color cut and style.Not to mention no skimping on hair product. So just because the shop is Bling bling does not mean your going to get the best of everything, oh yeah I feel its rude to have it program for a 14percent tip that is expected on top of what your charged for service! So I am grateful for Smart Style Salon and my hairdresser Carol.
