Customer service was awful . Recently, I stopped by to have the owner take a look at my AC. He asked that I bring the car back before 6pm and leave it overnight so that he could add some type of dye to help him identify the leak location...I asked what time should I bring the car back, he said anytime before 6. I got there at 5:40 pm, I called him because the door was locked. He answered and said he had left early, said that i did not tell him that I was bringing the car back. I said, I asked you and you said just bring it back before 6pm. Then I asked Colin what do you want me to do because i have already made arrangements for someone to pick me up, his response was.... why dont you have someone else work on your car because you have a bad attitude. I said i will and hung up.Why couldnt he just admit he forgot that i was bringing my car back???? I guess a leak wasnt worth him sticking around! Trust me in the past, I have paid dearly for him being parts changer.........Sincerely,So Disappointed!!!
