We had an excellent experience working with Devon and Keith. Our experience started about a week ago when the vehicle we had been looking for came up on their website as a new trade. We inquired about it and right away Devon was super informative and let us know it still had to be detailed and looked over. While in the shop we were informed that it did need some work but we were willing to wait. Devon keep us up to date on everything and when he was going on vacation, Keith took over and was just as helpful. We drove out to Devils Lake and Keith made sure the car was ready to test drive. After the test drive we were concerned about a small noise coming from the engine in which Keith had a mechanic, Mark, look at it ASAP. After Mark made a quick repair, we ready to purchase and Keith made sure everything went smoothly. After collecting our information in a very pleasant conversation, Keith had us work with Cody in Finance/Business. Cody was super helpful and explained all of the paperwork, asked if we had any questions and was super polite during the entire process. Devon, Keith, and Cody definitely made buying our vehicle one of the best car purchase experiences ever!

I had an awesome experience buying my first Ford from Devon and Cody at Marketplace. I found the truck I wanted but lived 1500 miles away from the dealership. Bought a pickup here and it was the best experience I’ve had from a dealer. Made the 1h 45m drive well worth it. Cheri and Steve worked with me and were super friendly. Had problems with opening my tailgate after buying the vehicle and Cheri got me into The Service department the next day and they fixed it free of charge. I had purchased a Subaru wrx back in July. It was my dream car for many years and Cheri in sales made the process very quick easy and painless! Application for the vehicle was simple and fast and had no issues once I arrived to pick up the car. I did apply and pay for the vehicle over the phone so I didn’t check out the car before purchasing. The vehicle itself ran and still runs perfect, however I do wish they would have told me about some of the cosmetic damage on the car even though I don’t care too much about that it would have been nice to know. There was a forgotten item that was suppose to be with the vehicle and cheri was very quick about sending it by mail. I would recommend the whole team at Ford marketplace as everyone I worked with was very professional and friendly!

We did a test drive - the vehicle was easy to handle, comfortable interior, lots of storage in the rear and a good price. Well i hate doing reviews on businesses because they can hurt. But i had no choice but to voice my opinion on this matter. I was interested in a flatbed truck that was for sell so they contacted me and put me with MR.TRAVIS the salesman who started out doing great then when it wasn’t in my favor he cut his communications. He tried saying when he call my service was bad but there’s emails or text to communicate. So i reached out to him with my concerns and again it was like i was blown off at lease give some type of insight. Instead of reaching out to me he just cut me off. I admit my credits not the best but that’s still not a reason to treat someone like that. Because everyone’s not going to have that perfect credit. I hope Mr Travis next customer get better service. I will never recommend anyone to even consider this dealership. I’m sure there’s good salesman’s there but one is all it takes. Now know one will read this but at least i voiced off my opinion.

Out of town trip. Vehicle having heating and cooling trouble. Called the service department they said bring it in right away. Arrived they had me pull it in the shop right away. Mechanic looked and it and diagnosed a water pump leak, gave me a couple options. Very friendly and very helpful. They was willing to service the vehicle right there. But I opted to hold off and have it done at home. Will call them again if I have any more vehicle trouble in the area.

Got my 4 th and final oil change for free as was provided by the sales agreement from date of purchase. appreciate the program. the quick lube did a great job.

The sales manager Steve made me feel like I was like buying a car from a friend. Zero pressure at all times. Both gentlemen are genuine in their cares and concerns beyond the role of a sales person. After the sale they still checked up on me to make sure my long (1700 mile one way) trip was was going and if I had any questions or concerns about the truck.
