Perfect car wash! It cleaned the back of our van, a spot most automatic car washes miss. The staff were very friendly. They had a car out with towels, glass cleaner and air freshners that actually smell good!

This is easily the best car wash i have been too. I have ran both my vehicles through it and have came out completely clean with a good slick shine to them. The only thing i wish would come out better the cleaning to the wheels. But i have yet to see a automatic car wash that does wheels really good lol. But i have been back to this one several times now. Definitely recommend.

Ottos Express Car Wash is one of the best car washes in the Walton County area! One will be closer to my house soon and my wife and I will be on the monthly membership!! Highly recommended!!

I live in Orlando and come to Destin 3-4 times a year for business. On the up, I typically run into a lot of bugs, and I need to clean my car. Ottos car wash does a very good job, and I like the vacuums too. The only thing that they can do to improve this, would be to put a shaded cover over the vacuum areas, that covers you to reduce the direct sunlight. Very good car wash.

You have to self-vacuum and it would be nice to see a hand wash option but otherwise a quality place with good ingress/egress from the main road and excellent follow up customer service.Note: my original review was updated to 5 stars following my conversation and emails with Jon. Based on our discussion the issue with my rims was likely from road rash & not his conveyor system. He had the stats to back it up. Always good to see when someone takes their business & customer reviews seriously and I wish them a lot of future success.

Fun car wash, which works extremely well. Black Explorer and it was spotless after we went through. The vacuums really did a good job, looked as if they had an engine cleaning cart as well.

Was in town from a 16 hr drive Kansas City and the truck was plenty dirty. The crew was friendly and greeted me at the entrance and while I vacuumed he made sure I was good. Very professional and friendly for a change. The was was fun and cool for the kids with the lights. Lots of vacuums and they had very good suction. I’ll be back when in Destin next time. Thanks

After years of avoiding automated ‘tunnel washers’ because I didn’t want my car’s paint to get scratched up I ran into the owner of this Otto’s and asked him about the brushes scratching my car. He had a great answer about how their brushes are made with a particular foam that can’t scratch, and assured me that my paint will be fine. I’m very glad I asked, then gave his car wash a chance because they did a fantastic job and I have not found one single scratch on my car. I take my daily driver there at least once a week now, and it always leave their parking lot looking brand new!Seriously though, their technology is state of the art, customer service is fantastic, and vacuums are strong. Best value I have found in a car wash yet.🚗👍🏻Update: They have the coolest little machine to clean your floor mats, and if you have the tall rubber ones that don’t fit in the machine they will spray them off by the entrance.

Our first time at this car wash. Super wash, as good as we could have done ourselves. We chose the $12 express wash and boy is our car shiny! The attendants scrubbed the back and front before we entered the tunnel. The vacuum worked great plus they had a rug beating machine. Will definitely go again.

Ottos is best! Carwash around Destin area. Crews are so friendly and accomodating. Their carwash system performs a lot better(and cheaper) than the one next to fuji sushi buffet. They also got more room in their vacuum area.

We were in Destin for a vacation, and after a drive from Indianapolis, our car needed a wash. After doing some research, we found Otto’s was close by. We went through the wash, and what a great experience it was. They took extra time to do manual bug removal before we entered the wash. Everyone was very friendly, and due to the awesome usage of neon lights, it even provided a few minutes of entertainment for our kids. While vacuuming after the wash, a young man approached us to ask how we were doing and how the experience was. After chatting for a few minutes, we came to find out he was one of the owners. Great experience all around. First class!

The only word for this place is PHENOMENAL. Spectacular customer service. Pulled up and was immediately greeted by an attendant who was super helpful being that I didnt want tire shine. They made sure it was turned off inside and the manager double checked. MILITARY FRIENDLY! they offer 10% off monthly packages which I am definitely going to be getting. Quality of the wash is well above standards. As always, leaving a carwash, excess water is everywhere that the blower didnt get. With the ultimate wash, I got spot free rinse. When i say I could barely get my towel wet, Im not lying. I have a long history of the carwash business in my family and I can tell you that the chemicals and products used with this was are amazing quality. No expense was spared when they built this place. I was pretty worried about bringing my brand new Kia Stinger to a wash, so glad I did.My 1 and only recommendation to Ottos is that you may want to hire a worker to give complimentary wipe downs. Tips are welcome but not required.They earned every star I gave them and they officially have my carwash business as long as Im here in destin.

This carwash is just okay, I went through with the black car and their employees were scrubbing my whole car down with brushes that they do not clean every time a car gets washed. I found scratches on my black car that were not there prior to the wash. They have kids running their wash that obviously do not have experience, I will not be back.

This is the best car wash facility ever! Our car needed a good clean after travelling from Ontario, dirty and covered in dog hair so we gave Otto’s a try. Amazing. They have so many staff! A nice guy who greeted us and helped with selection/payment, another two who scrubbed our car down before it went in the wash, and then another who offered to power wash our rubber mats. We chose the Express Wash ($12) and it was outstanding. The complimentary vacuums are also amazing! All the dog hair gone. And nice towels and glass cleaner available. Can’t give this place enough stars! 👍👍👍

After reading a few reviews I picked Ottos to get the car washed while in town on vacation. WOW.. what an impressive place! These people are hands on.. Ive never seen such care taken with customers vehicles. Personable folks. The very best!

Where should I start, let me say Amazing!! John greeted us and made us feel like family. Amazing deals (they even offered a military discount - the military express club on the already low prices). Great all around care for your vehicle. The strongest vacuums Ive ever seen. Every staff member looks & acts happy to be there...that speaks volumes about management.If you havent been you must go! Well be back as soon as we see one spec of dirt.

Were from out of town so this car wash was very different from those back home. They did an excellent job getting rid of the bugs stuck on windshield and frnt bumper, the wash itself was great. I very much liked that the vacuums were free compared to back home where they arent. Also the complimentary towls to dry your car and tire shine were an added plus.

Legit car wash! whats even better is he layout. It seems well thought out; increased turn radius with in the property, spacious vacuuming spots are awesome. What puts it over the top was the friendly customer service. Prices were good, vacuums really suck...thats important for us folks with kids who drop stuff in the most inconvenient crevices of a vehicle. Thank you

Great car wash! Usually not a fan of automatic washes but my wife’s Altima looks great after a wash here! Customer service is better at this car wash than many restaurants in the area! Best Car wash ever! I have used Otto’s a few times now and every time I have someone comments on my “Brand New Vehicle “, because my car sparkles from top to tires/bottom! Love the free vacuum, mat cleaner, and now they have placed window cleaner and rags for free use! Also, customer service is important to them. Each time I have gone the owner or his son have come out to assist or ensure I am happy with everything. I highly recommend Otto’s!

I love this place!! I have the monthly plan and my car has never looked so good! Honestly sometimes I go in just because I love the rainbow bubbles and the lights......I feel like a kid on a Disney ride......okay, so I’m easily amused 🤷‍♀️! Stopped by Otto’s Express Car Wash this afternoon while visiting the area from Jacksonville. This is one of the coolest car washes I’ve been to. I decided to go with the Ultimate Wash because we had bugs and road grime all over the car. My car came out spotless! The staff was super friendly and even checked up on us after the car wash. We also tried the complimentary mat washers and were very impressed with how clean the mats got. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit.

Normally I dont go to car washes due to I lime hand washing my vehicles. I took my car to this place and all I can say is phenomenal!!!!! From the car wash to the mats cleaning which really took me by surprise and the customer service was excellent. Thanks Jon and all the attendants at Ottos in Destin.Original review: At this time, I can only give 3 stars because they charge full price, but dont have all services operating. Currently (4/12/19) they have wash and vacuum, but no towels and/or sprays. The staff are very friendly and pleasant.Also, my car wasnt completely clean and the tire shine wasnt really shiny/wet.The attendant, however says the remaining services should be incorporated within the next two weeks.The membership can be added after first wash and the price of wash will be rolled into membership. Members get a window sticker which controls a members only entry gate.

Ill be back! From the time I drove on the property, the staff was super helpful. Once my car was through the wash, they came to the car, showed me everything that was available for me to use to clean my car, and kept checking on me to see if I needed anything.Once you pay for the car wash, there is SO much you can use to work on the inside of your car (INCLUDED!). One machine beats the sand/dirt out of your mats, another actually WASHES your mats, then of course, the high-powered vacuums were great. Also available is cleaner and rags to clean your interior. My car went from looking like a sandy beach dog (sand and dog hair) to basically brand new!

Awesome staff. Super friendly. They will pressure wash your floor mats and return them to you. Plenty of rags and glass cleaner for all. My one complaint is that the parking spots are slanted making the vacuum cleaner hoses too short

The package deal for unlimited car washes is a STEAL at only $55 a month!!! Car was sparkling after the $20 wash. Wish there were towels to finish getting the water droplets off the headlights and front grill (it wasn’t very wet at ALL. Dryers do a great job!) Also wish there were towels and cleaner for the inside of the car as well. For the lack of towels reason alone, I’m going to stick with my regular car wash over in Ft. Walton close to where I live. But I’d recommend this place to anyone who asks!

Amazing car wash, great drive through stay in your car wash but then they not only give you free vacuums but tire shine spray and as many microfiber towels as you need to get the spots the wash dryer couldnt.

Complimentary vacuums, a lot of them. Good quality window cleaner with clean microfiber towels and this really cool machine to help clean your floormats. Not the cheapest option in town but they have a friendly staff, and the washing machine isnt crazy aggressive on the car.

Cost a couple bucks more than other cheaper car washes in the area, but cheaper than others. A fair middle-ground. New equipment, rug wringer for dirty floor mats.

I was driving 100mph for 10 hours down the highway all the way to Destin just Daytona’ing the F out of that highway SPLAT SPLAT the whole way here just crushin them dang bugs with my windshield. Went to the boys here at Otto I tell you what I get down with them boys they dun scrubbed them bugs off before the car wash even started!
